The purpose of the study is to search for interrelationship of interest and effort in education. According to Dewey, interest is defined as the relation between subjective attitude and objects. Self and object acquire identity by interest. Any object that can not be identified with the self can not be object of education. Two conditions are necessary for an object to be identified with the self. One is the function of the object itself for being identified with the self, and the other is the intellectual capacity of children for recognizing the object in its proper relation. The former is the logically necessary condition for the latter. In conclusion, the significance of Dewey's theory of interest in education is twofold. On the one hand it protects us from the notion that mind and mental states are something complete in themselves, which then happen to be applied to some ready-made objects and topics so that knowledge results. On the other side, it protects us from the notion that subject matter on its side is something isolated and independent.

The purpose of this study were to review Rousseau s natural idea of education and to draw its implications for the method of negative education. Rousseau s natural idea of education which demanded the idealization of education in an absolutely pure condition can be simply described as "return to the nature". In other words, it' s the education that" s been following the nature and corresponding with the nature. To understand his idea of education, at first, we have to grasp the definition of nature as center of that idea. Above all, the nature in Emile, it means of "activity"'. Therefore, Rousseau s negative education can be included as one of the parts of children and it contains physical development and sense training to prepare our reasoning. And Rousseau s negative education respected the freedom and love of children. 'the aim of Rousseau" s natural idea is to produce natural men and they are the people who the perfect reason. Rousseau s educational idea caused innovative change and development about children s education. The implications of the image of teacher by Rousseau is especially significant to child education today, for it awaken to us the facts that the educational success depends on the human relationship with child and that the teacher' s role is to promote this relationship in such a way to maximize mutual growth between the two.
티올키토산으로 피복된 EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) 함유 리포좀의 제조 및 아토피 감염 쥐에 대한 면역 특성

The enhancement of immunity for atopic dermatitis with application of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA)-loaded liposome was evaluated on NC/Nga mice. The EPA-loaded liposome was coated with thiol-chitosan. The liposomes were characterized with transmission electron microscopy (TEM), surface zeta potential & particle size analyzer (Zeta-PSA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The loading efficiency of EPA in the liposome was about 4.7%. The particle size of the EPA-loaded liposome was about 230 nm. The values of Immunoglobulin E (IgE), interleukin-4 (IL-4), and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were reduced significantly with application of the EPA-loaded liposome. The interferon-γ (IFN-γ) value was increased with the application effect. It is concluded that EPA loaded liposome have immunity advancing effects in mouse model of atopic dermatitis.

Photoelectrochemical (PEC) water splitting is one of the promising methods for hydrogen production by solar energy. Iron oxide has been effectively investigated as a photoelectrode material for PEC water splitting due to its intrinsic property such as short minority carrier diffusion length. However, iron oxide has a low PEC efficiency owing to a high recombination rate between photoexcited electrons and holes. In this study, we synthesized nanoporous structured iron oxide by anodization to overcome the drawbacks and to increase surface area. The anodized iron oxide was annealed in Ar atmosphere with different purging times. In conclusion, the highest current density of 0.032 mA/cm2 at 1.23 V vs. RHE was obtained with 60 s of pursing for iron oxide(Fe-60), which was 3 times higher in photocurrent density compared to iron oxide annealed with 600 s of pursing(Fe-600). The resistances and donor densities were also evaluated for all the anodized iron oxide by electrochemical impedance spectra and Mott-Schottky plot analysis.

Negative electrode was prepared by mixing Ti<sub>0.7</sub>Zr<sub>0.3</sub>Cr<sub>0.3</sub>Mn<sub>0.3</sub>V<sub>0.6</sub>Ni<sub>0.8</sub> alloy powder with copper or nickel powder and pressing in the air. The cycled electrodes were analyzed with SEM, potentiostat and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. It was found that the Cu-compacted electrode showed better low temperature dischargeability and higher rate capability than Ni-compacted electrode. From SEM analysis of the cycled electrode compacted with copper powder, it was observed that the surface of MH particles was covered with copper grains and whisker precipitated from electrolyte after dissolution during cell test. It is found that the improved electrode characteristics are attributed to the copper layer on MH particles deposited by dissolution and precipitation(DP) process.
