한국인 체형에 적합한 근용안경의 광학중심간 거리에 대한 연구

본 연구는 50세 이상 근용안경을 착용하는 사람 중 동공간 거리에 영향을 주는 요인인 안면, 안검 안와 및 안구 등에 질환이나 기형이 없는 총 검사 대상자 1071명(남자 432명, 여자 639명)을 성별, 연령별로 근용 동공간 거리 524명(남자 202명, 여자 322명), 근용도수 측정자 1071명 조사하였다. 성별 평균 근용도수를 비교 분석한 결과 남자는 평균 S+2.34Dptr, 여자는 S+2.23Dptr로 그 차는 남자가 0.11Dptr 정도 더 높게 측정되었지만 아주 미소한 차로 나타나 나이가 많아짐에 따라 조절력의 감소 변화는 남녀 모두 같은 것으로 조사되었다. 현재 판매되고 있는 상품화된 근용안경을 F.P.D별 5개 그룹으로 분류하여 각 그룹별 O.C의 평균값(1그룹 64.04mm, 2그룹 66.96mm, 3그룹 68.28mm, 4그룹 62.03mm, 5그룹 72.00mm, 5개 그룹 평균 66.66mm)과 검사 대상자 남녀별 근용 P.D의 평균값(남자 60.04mm, 여자 58.23mm)을 비교했을 때 상품화된 근용안경의 O.C가 모두 크게 조사되었으며, 근용 P.D는 남자가 여자보다 평균 l.81mm가 더 큰 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 상품화된 근용안경의 O.C의 평균값 66.66mm와 근용안경 착용자의 근용 P.D의 차로 인한 프리즘 발생량을 남녀별로 비교한 결과 남자는 최저 $0.23{\Delta}$에서 최고 $5.06{\Delta}$로 평균 $1.66{\Delta}$, 여자는 최저 평균 $0.46{\Delta}$에서 최고 $5.79{\Delta}$의 영향을 받게되는 것으로 조사되었다. 그리고 상품화된 근용안경을 공용으로 착용할 경우 남녀가 각각 받는 프리즘영향은 근용 P.D가 큰 남자보다 P.D가 작은 여자가 평균 0.45 프리즘 디옵터의 영향을 더 많이 받는 것으로 조사되었다. This study investigated that total 1071 reading glasses wearers (male 432, female 639) without any eye disease or deformation in eyelid, orbit, eyeball (over 50 years old), were tested. Reading pupillary distance of 524 (male 202, female 322) of 1071 were examined and reading glasses power was examined for all 1071 patients. As a result of average reading diopters analysis by sex. male had S+2.34Dptr, female had S+2.23Dptr in average and male had a little more average power than female by 0.11Dptr. However, the difference was not much enough and by aging accommodation reduction changes were applied to both male and female. After dividing ready-made reading glasses on sale in optical shops into 5 groups by F.P.D. the average D.B.O.C(distance between optical centers) of each 5 group was examined (1st group 64.04 mm, 2nd group 66.96 mm, 3rd group 68.28 mm, 1th group 62.03 mm, 5th group 72.00 mm : the average of all groups was 66.96 mm : each group included 3 random samples : 195 ready-made reading glasses were measured), and compared with the average reading P.D of males and females (male 60.04 mm, female 58.23 mm). The result showed D.B.O.C of ready-made reading glasses on sale was bigger than the average reading P.D of them. The result reviewed the average range for male was $0.23{\Delta}(minimum){\sim}5.06{\Delta}(maximum)$, and for female was $0.46{\Delta}{\sim}5.79{\Delta}$. In conclusion when wearing ready-made reading glasses, female got more effected by average $0.45{\Delta}$ because reading P.D of female was smaller than that of male.

The a-C:H films have been grown on the glass substrate by PECVD mathod, where plasma was generated with a 60Hz line power source. The carbonization is checked from peak intensities of D (sp³) and G(sp² peaks in Raman spectra. The hydronization and C-H bonding status in films can also be determined from FTIR results. Both the bonding strength of C-H and the ratio of sp³ to sp² in bonding are found to be slightly dependent of partial pressure of C₂H₂. Judging from above results, we can conclude that the best value for partial pressure of C₂H₂ in growing process of thick films is about 15%.

In this study, corneal power and eye refraction error were studied on myopic of unaccommodated koreans. The mean of refraction error power is -2.39D(male : -2.75D, female : -2.02D). The mean of corneal refraction error power is +43.90D(malce : +44.07D, female : +43.71D). It is +o.90D higher than that of the model eye by Gullstrand(about + 43.00D).
소프트콘택트렌즈 피팅과 관련된 가시홍채직경 및 검열크기에 대한 상관관계

In order to find suitable size of soft contact lens for different ages group of elementary student to adults, visible iris diameter(horizontal, vertical) and palpebral aperture size were measured. Methods: Visible iris diameter (horizontal, vertical) and palpebral aperture size were measured in different age groups of total 514 subjects (1028 eyes) who have no eye disease and none history of surgery included cosmetic purpose. Results: No significant difference was found in iris diameter of both horizontal and vertical direction for different groups of age and sex but horizontal direction of palpebral aperture size in middle school students and university students groups and vertical direction of palpebral aperture size in high school student group shows significant difference (p<0.05) by sex. Horizontal visible iris diameter, vertical visible iris diameter, horizontal palpebral aperture size and vertical palpebral aperture size shows significant difference in difference age and sex. Conclusions: Visible iris diameter and palpebral aperture size are affective factor for soft contact lens diameter decision, especially it should considered more intensive for removing uncomfortable feeling of lens wearer.

The spherical aberration was investigated with the different surface curvatures of meniscus lens. An incident ray with variable height from the optical axis shows different values of spherical aberration. Therefore, our results reveal the dependence of aberrations on surface curvatures and concluded that the aberration can be reduced by adjusting lens shapes.

We study various effect on worning the spectacle frame before the eye. A small cylinderical bundle of rays, when falling obliquely upon a spherical surface, the greater the obliquity of the incident ray, the great will be the astigmatism that is increasied. Also when vertex length is not constant, field angle and diopter is changed.

This study shows the optician' s job analysis, some questionaire and their analysis. Job description drafed, the standard of questionaire was fixed. Job description is establised on the results of the job analysis by DACUM( Developing A Curriculum Method). The job description formed above 2.15 referred to the results of survey of the importance and perfomance frequency of the job. These elements made a draft of drawing up standard of the Optician National Licensing Examination by Job Analysis.
