Korean metropolises are choked by lack of green space to attain the limit of horizontal expansion. The alternative plan is trying total expansion that the green zone and road are made from the rest site by high-rise buildings. And high-rise building can solve indiscriminate development to attain the limit situation. The building of landmark can be the image of the nation and the pride of the citizen. The relaxing the height restriction of government can be whole nation's interests. Appearing high-rise building in overpopulated city is the subject of a generation and this trend cannot be avoided.

The seismic design provisions of the 2005 KBC has been based on the 2000 IBC and has considered the building code situations in Korea. There are site ground motion, soil class, seismic design category in the significant changes of the 2005 KBC. In the case of soft soil condition, the response spectrum acceleration of the 2005 KBC is larger than that of previous code. To reduce the seismic force of the 2005 KBC, it need to introduce the eqrthauke force resisting system with high ductility.
국공유잡종재산의 효율적 활용을 위한 관리제도의 개선방안에 관한 연구 - 서울특별시 성북구 사례를 중심으로

1. CONTENTS<BR> (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR> The purpose of this study is to review the alternatives for efficient management of the national and public miscellaneous assets located in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, and examine the possibility of applying such alternatives to management of the miscellaneous assets.<BR> (2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR> 1) reviewing the concepts and management of the national and public miscellaneous assets, and 2) analyzing the conditions of the national and public miscellaneous assets in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul and addressing the problems to suggest their solution and thereby, improve the management of the miscellaneous assets.<BR> (3) RESEARCH RESULTS<BR> The solutions to the problems identified are suggested for efficient management of the national and public miscellaneous assets. To be more specific, the current sale policy needs to be replaced with a preservation policy ; the public land reserves should be expanded, the small parcels of land be integrated through exchanges, and the public assets should be managed in a more far-reaching and scientific way.<BR> To be so, the national and public miscellaneous assets should be surveyed more precisely to establish a model for more revenues from the land through computerization of the relevant data.<BR> 2. RESULTS<BR> In terms of reform measures for management system and legal system, it is required to readjust the land ownership among autonomous wards, improve the financial or compensation system and activate the trust system. Lastly, since the national and public assets should be used for people"s benefits and welfare, it is important that they should be efficiently managed, and in this regard, the relevant officials are urged to do their best for management of such assets.
철근콘크리트 구조물의 현장 정밀조사를 통한 구조해석 및 안정성 검토에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 철근콘크리트 구조의 품질관리 주요사항을 고찰하고, 철근콘크리트 구조물의 안전에 많은 영향을 미치는 균열이 다수 발생한 현장사례를 중심으로 하여, 현장정밀조사를 실시하여 균열의 원인을 규명하고, 구조해석 및 안정성검토를 실시하였다. 연구결과 균열은 복합적 원인에 의한 온도변화 및 수축에 의한 균열로 판단된다. 추가적인 균열은 없을 것으로 보이며, 구조체는 안전한 것으로 판단되므로0.3㎜미만의 균열은 표면처리를 하고, 0.3㎜ 이상의 균열은 V-cutting후 에폭시 인젝션을 하면 안전할 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this study was to propose the initial stiffness of steel welded beam-to-column connection. To simplify the analysis, neglect the influence of welding and fillet of H-section beam. According to the parameter(ζ), initial stiffness(K_(i)) increased by ratio of section modulus(Z_(b)/Z_(c)) and decreased by ratio of width/thickness. Result of analysis, range of moment resistance is 0.50M_(F)~1.00M_(F) (Unstiffened Welded Connection), 0.77M_(F)~1.00M_(F) (Continuity Plates Welded Connection) and initial stiffness(K_(i)) is 1.36×10^(8)~24.5×10^(8)(kgf·cm)(Unstiffened Welded Connection) 3.79×10^(8)~33.3x10^(8)(kgf·cm)(Continuity Plates Welded Connection).
