In the mold-manufacturing field, various methods of advanced production technology are being used in the production of industrial-grade gear pulleys. Among the current methods are injection molding, hoop molding, insight molding, two-material molding, compound-mold molding, as well as engineering plastic mold. Currently, casting pulleys are inexpensive because they are produced in small quantities. However, they produce complications during the manufacturing process, are very unreasonable for mass production, and are disadvantageous in cost competitiveness. Pulleys are divided into hundreds of kinds and thousands of kinds, so the production methods vary. As these pulleys are made of a single material by a casting and welding method, they are not manufactured using injection molds consisting of different materials. In this research, pulleys, shafts, and reinforced plastic materials were incorporated using ANSYS software, and a low-cost, lightweight technology was applied for trial production with optimum design and extrusion technology.

Recently, localized heavy rain storms have been occurring frequently due to global warming, and it is difficult to shield a large number of facilities against disaster with limited manpower. The unmanned water treatment system uses five senses to analyze various judgment criteria, which are set according to field situations such as machine vibrations, the temperature of bearings, the sound of the operating machines, and the hydraulic pressure, current, and voltage of the hydraulic floodgates. It thus judges normal or abnormal operation status and conducts unmanned control of such machines. It automatically applies a system to the interruption of communications and therefore improves the reliability of its unmanned irrigation facilities. It maximizes the operational efficiency of managers responsible for various fields, enabling them to discharge water before the situation escalates to a crisis within the golden time, and to protect against damage to humans and property.

In or To use, manage, and preserve sustainable water resources for the current and future generations amid the threat of abnormal climate, it is necessary to establish a smart water grid system, the next-generation intelligent water management system. In this study, sensors, which make use of the five senses to watch, listen, and detect machine vibration, bearing temperature, machine operation sounds, current, voltage, and other symptoms that cannot be verified when the irrigation facilities are running, are used to establish various decision-making criteria appropriate to on-site situations. Based on such criteria, the unmanned conditions in the facilities were verified and analyzed. Existing technologies require on-site workers to check any defects caused by overloading of machines, which is the biggest constraining factor in the application of an unmanned control system for irrigation facilities. The new technology proposed in this study, on the other hand, allows for the unmanned analysis of the existence of machine vibration. This controls the decision-making process of any defect based on the analysis results, and necessary measures are taken automatically, resulting in improved reliability of the unmanned automation.
Hybrid 인터커넥션 구현을 위한 광전 복합케이블 제작에 관한 연구

With the increasing use of smart electronic devices, the size of the related I/O interface market is increasing rapidly. Demand is also growing for the continuous increase of data and video signals—such as faster data processing speed and data storage capacity—in the smart electronic device input/output interface market. Currently, the POF hybrid cable used in the smart electronic device input / output interface market cannot transmit over a long distance because the optical loss is too large, and the GOF hybrid cable is both vulnerable to bending and other sudden outside changes, and expensive. Therefore, in this study, the design and fabrication of a GOF hybrid cable and fiber guide were carried out in order to develop a cable which can easily withstand external impact, has low optical losses, and meets the demand for continuous data and video signal increase in the smart electronic device input / output interface market.

iPG(IPTV Programming Guide) 시스템은 DVB IPI 에서 정의한 SD&S(Service Discovery and Selection) 프로토콜을 기반으로 IPTV 의 실시간 방송 채널 서비스를 위한 검색 및 선택 기능을 제공한다. 전체 채널 정보와 스케줄링 정보를 기술하는 XML 기반의 문서를 UDP 프로토콜을 통해 수신 받고, 파싱한 후 그 정보를 객체화 하여 저장, 관리하며 Java TV 와 연동하기 위한 인터페이스를 정의한다. iPG 브라우저는 Java TV 의 API 만을 이용하여 구현되어 하위 미들웨어 표준과는 독립적으로 동작하며 사용자가 선택한 채널을 재생하기 위해 방송 미들웨어와 연동하여 동작하도록 구현된다.
멀티캐스트 프로토콜상에서 토큰 전달 방법 이용한 전체 순서화 알고리즘

It has been required more reliable communication on processes and improvement of system performance as distributed systems using multicast protocol became widespread. In distributed environment maintaining data consistency through asynchronous execution of processes and coordinating the activities of them would occurs. This paper proposes a total ordering algorithm, TORMP, in order to resolve these problems. TORMP takes advantage of multicast protocol and users an effective token passing method. It reduces a process delaying time before transmitting its message by multicasting a token simultaneously to every process that initiates the request of the message. Moreover, the processes receiving the token start multicasting the message at the same time, which causes to cut down the overall transmission delay. In case that one process sends a message, TORMP hardly uses the procedure of controlling for ordering. It gives fairly the right of sending messages to all processes in a group with utilizing vector clock. In TORMP, unlike other algorithms, the number of packets generated during ordering process does not depend on the number of processes.
