내관(內關)(PC6).공손(公孫)(SP4) 자침이 정상인의 자율신경계에 미치는 영향 연구

Objectives : This study was designed to investigate the effect of PC6 and SP4 on autonomic nerve system in healthy adults. Methods : 22 healthy adults were recruited and randomized into the study group or control group. The study group (real acupuncture group) was acupuncturcd on PC6 and SP4. The control group (sham acupuncture group) was acupunctured superficially near PC6 and SP4 but not the exact points. The subjects rested for 10 minutes, and were then acupunctured. After 15 minutes, acupuncture needles were removed and the subjects rested for another 15 minutes. Heart rate variability(HRV) was continuously measured during the study period by FM-150 (digital Holter ECG recorder). Results : In the real acupuncture group. LF(low frequency) significantly decreased during the acupuncture period(p<0.05). LF/HF ratio also had a significant decrease during acupuncture period and the decrease was maintained during the post-treatment period as compared with the pre-treatment period. In the sham acupuncture group. LF significantly increased during the acupuncture period but LF/HF ratio had no significant changes. Conclusions : The results suggest that acupuncture on PC6 and SP4 can increase parasympathetic activity and balance autonomic nervous system.

First, Obangsinjangmu gwajang(the five heavenly generals dance), by personifying and deifying the central energy of the universe, which is the doctrine of five natural elements of positive and negative(Yin and Yang), the Obangsinj angmu is determined to fulfill the mission as the messiah to create a new order. Second, Youngno(a slave) gwajang, wearing a lion mask, who has the status of the slave, gets rid of the Yangban class, the local deputy, the ajeon(the petty town official), and even the king. Third, Mundungi(a leper) gwajang, putting on a leper s mask, M undungi cries out for freedom of speech and retrieval of self-esteem. The leper wishes for the arrival of equal opportunity for all mankind. This key scene realizes salvation and liberation of human beings. Forth, Yangban(a nobleman) gwajang, the Yangban class loses authority and moral principles, while M alttugi is bom as the new hero. Fifth, Jung(a monk) gwajang, since both Yangban and Buddhism cannot save the world, the Jung yearns for the arrival of a new savior. Sixth, Halm i(an old woman), Younggam (a man) gwajang, Halm i and Younggam wish to obtain a new status in the society. They also pray for a harmonized and circular Yin and Yang world.

Disease associated with microorganisms are far from resolved by current therapeutics. One of effective approach to health maintenance and disease control is the use of dietary bacterial and carbohydrate supplements. This comprises use of probiotics and prebiotics. Probiotics mean the live microorganisms, which when administered in adequate amounts confer a health benefit on the host. Prebiotics mean a nondigestible food ingredient that beneficially affects the host by selectively stimulating the growth and/or activity of one or a limited number of bacteria that can Improve the host health. Especially, probiotics has the relation which is close with innate immunity and adaptive immunity. And probiotics has the clinical value with many disease like lactose intolerance, constipation, acute gastroenteritis, food hypersensitivity and allergy, atopic dermatitis, crohn's disease, rheumatoid arthritis, pelvic radiotherapy, intestinal inflammation and chemical exposure, colon cancer, inhibitory effect of Helicobacter pylori and lowering the level of cholesterol. We use jointly korean medicine and probiotics and it has the more therapeutic effect in the many disease.
