우리나라 여성노인의 성공적 노화를 위한 여가정책(2): 활성화 방안

현재 우리나라 노인들은 노후생활에 대한 대비도 부족했었으며 청장년기의 여가경험도 풍부하지 못한 세대이다. 또한 유교적인 전통사회에 익숙하며 가족 공동체 내에서 심리적·물질적 부양문제 해결을 실천했던 세대이다. 그러나 현재의 노인세대가 겪고 있는 가족문화나 사회문화·여가문화는 과거 선조들의 겪었던 내용과는 완전히 다른 것이며 급변하는 사회변동에 맞추어 노화에 따른 적응이 그 어느 때보다도 시급한 시점이다. 그렇기 때문에 현대사회의 고령화 문제 해결을 위한 정책개발에 있어서는 노인부양의 사회적 책임, 사회구성원으로서의 노인에 대한 재조명, 노후생활에서 여가활동의 중요성 등이 주요 과제로 다루어져야 한다. 특히 여성노인과 관련된 전반에 관한 충분한 이해 없이는 고안된 정책은 실현가능성이 떨어지고 사회보장 부담만 증가시키며 나아가 노인여가의 전반적 문제로 인한 가족 전체의 삶의 질 저하에까지 확대될 수 있다. 이러한 관점에서 원형중(2005)은 여성노인 복지구현이라는 궁극적 목표를 통해 나누어진 총체적 건강만족, 가정생활만족, 여가생활만족, 노인문제의 여성문제화, 경제적 안정 등의 일반목표를 제시하였으며, 개인적 차원과 국가·사회적 차원의 부분목표를 제시하였다. 이중 국가·사회적 차원의 정책적인 지원으로 중요하게 다루어질 부분으로 ①여가연구의 활성화, ②관련법규의 정리 및 조정기능강화, ③여가시설·자원공급 시스템 구축, ④노인 여가시설·환경의 개발과 개선, ⑤여가시설·환경의 효율적 관리의 5가지 세부목표를 제시, 최종적으로 ``우리나라 여성노인의 성공적 노화를 위한 여가정책 모형``을 제시하였다. 기존 여성노인의 여가정책이 다양한 분야에서 접근이 되었었지만 그 구심점을 찾지 못하고 있는 실정에서 원형중(2005)의 모형은 여성노인의 정서요인과 여가만족 및 생활만족의 관계 정립에 대한 양적연구와 성공적 노화를 위한 여성노인의 요구분석을 위한 질적 연구를 통해 도출된 자료를 기반으로 정립된 모형으로서 보다 실질적인 활성화 방안 제시는 모형의 활용도 및 여성노인을 위한 사회기여에 있어 반드시 필요한 학문적 노작이어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 원형중의 모형(2005)을 근간으로 ``여성노인의 성공적 노화를 위한 여가정책``을 달성하기 위한 구체적이고 실질적인 여가정책 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 문헌조사를 통하여 실시되었으며, 여성노인의 여가정책이 노인복지와 통합적인 여가정책에 그 기반을 두어야 한다는 기본 전제 하에 일반적 노인복지와 여가정책을 동시에 탐색하여 그 해답을 구명코자 하였다. 구체적으로 노인복지정책과 여가정책의 대상영역을 파악하기 위해 관련 기본법과 현황자료를 토대로 하였다. 또한 우리나라의 여성노인의 여가정책의 대안을 마련하는데 참고하기 위해 연구된 선진국의 사례는 주로 인터넷을 이용하여 수집하였으며 각각의 내용을 정책 대안별로 분석하는데 사용하였다. Contemporary Korean elderly appeared not to prepare properly for their aging life and did not have a plentiful leisure participation experiences due to Korean War and Japanese annexation when they were at youth and mid-life stage. In addition to this fact, they had been regarded as bread winners who were under obligations to support their family`s psychological and material lives under the traditional Confucius norms. However, unfortunately, their life at hand is quite different what they had envisioned and need to cope with ever changing life surroundingsin their elderly life stages. Therefore, it is necessary to consider social supporting system of the elderly economic life, pay special attention on social life system of the elderly and leisure life patterns of the elderly. In particular, policies those overlooked the general problems incurring with elderly women may add up the burden of social support system and end up with deterioration of overall family lives along with elderly lives in general. Won(2005) has provided a theoretical model requesting plans for both personal and governmental plans to meet the needs of Korean elderly women and has suggested general goals including family life satisfaction, leisure life satisfaction, women`s issue in elderly problems, and financial stabilization. In addition, he insisted 5 elements of strategic plans for optimal elderly life satisfaction procedures and they are revitalization of leisure research, straightening out of the related acts and strengthening of adjustment of the acts, system construction for leisure facilities and resources, development and improvement for leisure facilities and resources of the elderly, and efficient management of leisure facilities and resources. Considering the fact that there is no scholastic agreement in terms of elderly research in spite of various approaches from different areas of specialization, Won`s model should become the center of scholastic interest in that the research model had been achieved through both epidemical (in-depth interview) and empirical methodologies and appeared to suggest the applicable model that could be used at hand. Therefore, in this research, the researchers have provided more concrete strategic plans for leisure policy for optimal aging of the Korean female elderly. Primary methodology of this research was review of the literature. The researchers` focus of literature review aims to find out the solution that bonds the elderly welfare and comprehensive leisure policy in contemporary Korean society. In particular, the researchers` research work mainly based on arranging and developing leisure related policies. In addition, the researcher used foreign countries those have exemplary leisure policy for the elderly through internet usage and suggested strategic plans based on these endeavors.

자전연소합성법에서의 알칼리염을 이용한 WC 분말의 제조

3, each concentrationof raw material (WO3, Mg, NaCl, Na2CO3, C) was investigated. Final product was characterized by XRD and SEM. X-ray datademonstrated that the NaCl+Na2CO3 combined mixture has superiority in the WC formation process. Single phase and sub-micrometer WC powder was synthesized at the temperature below 1600oC. The role of sodium salts in combustion process wasdiscussed, and chemical mechanism of WC formation was proposed. WC powder prepared by salt-assisted combustion synthesis hasa size 0.2~3m and low agglomeration degre.

현대사회는 증가된 여가시간에 대한 관심과 활용에 대한 문제를 인식하고 있으며, 여가중심사회로 전환되고 있다. 여가중심사회란 일 중심사회와는 달리 여가시간의 활동을 통해 주관으로 지각하는 인지된 자유를 추구하며 나아가 자아성찰 경험 등이 삶의 질 평가에 대한 가치기준이 되는 사회를 의미한다. 따라서 여가중심사회에서의 ‘여가’는 현대인들의 삶의 질을 결정하고 영향을 미치는 중요요인이기에 여가를 선택적 차원에서가 아니라 방법적, 결과적 차원에서의 질적 향상이 고려된 ‘여가’를 획득을 요구할 것이기에 여가교육은 현 시점에서 반드시 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 사회적 요구와 필요성에 따라 올바른 여가중심사회로의 전환을 위한 방법을 여가교육에서 찾고자 하였으며, 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 올바른 여가중심사회로의 전환을 위하여 여가교육은 반드시 필요하다. 둘째, 올바른 여가중심사회를 위한 여가교육 방향은 여가수용(受用)ㆍ활용(活用)능력 개발이 적합하며 치료차원에서의 교육과 더불어 예방적 차원에서의 실시되어야 한다. 셋째, 여가교육 하위영역은 여가수용을 위한 교육영역과 여가활용을 위한 교육영역으로 이분하고 세부영역으로 자아개념, 여가인지, 여가정보탐색, 여가참여 의사결정, 여가기술, 사회적 상호작용을 각각 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to interpret the necessity of leisure education for leisure focused society. Now days Korea changes work focused society to leisure focused society. So, leisure decide to korean's quality of life. In this reason leisure education is very necessary to korean. In order to explain the present situation, this study was divided to three part to revitalization of leisure education: 1) discourse about the necessity of leisure education; 2) set up the leisure education aim; and 3) create leisure education subdivision. Firstly, leisure education is very important in leisure focused society as a culture education and lifelong education. Secondly, leisure education construct a seating capacity of leisure and usage of leisure. Accordingly subdivision of leisure education is self-awareness, leisure-awareness, leisure information retrieval, participated in leisure decision making, leisure-skill and social-relationship.

고상법을 이용한 Y₃Al₅O₁₂:Ce³⁺의 제조에서 BaF₂가 미치는 영향

The effect of $BaF_2$ flux in $Y_3Al_5O_{12}:Ce^{3+}$(YAG:Ce) formation was investigated. Phase transformation of $Y_3Al_5O_{12}$(YAG) was characterized by using XRD, SEM, and TEM-EDS, and it was revealed that the sequential formation of the $Y_4Al_2O_9$(YAM), $YAlO_3$(YAP) and $Y_3Al_5O_{12}$(YAG) in the temperature range of 1000-1500$^{\circ}C$. Single phase of YAG was revealed from 1300$^{\circ}C$. In order to find out the effect of $BaF_2$ flux, three modeling experiments between starting materials (1.5$Al_2O_3$-2.5$Y_2O_3$, $Y_2O_3$-$BaF_2$, and $Al_2O_3$-$BaF_2$) were done. These modeling experiments showed that the nucleation process occurs via the dissolution-precipitation mechanism, whereas the grain growth process is controlled via the liquid-phase diffusion route. YAG:Ce phosphor particles prepared using a proposed technique exhibit a spherical shape, high crystallinity, and an emission intensity. According to the experimental results conducted in this investigation, 5% of $BaF_2$ was the best concentration for physical, chemical and optical properties of $Y_3Al_5O_{12}:Ce^{3+}$(YAG:Ce) that is approximately 10-15% greater than that of commercial phosphor powder.

태권도 지도자의 잡 크래프팅이 직무열의에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 태권도지도자의 잡 크래프팅이 직무열의에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지를 규명하는데 목적이 있으며, 2019년 12월 31일 경기북부에 위치한 N시, Y시, U시를 소재로 하고 있는 249개 태권도 도장에 종사하고 있는 지도자 237명으로부터 회수된 자료(남성 141명, 여성 96명)이 설문지를 가지고 본 연구 목적에 따라 통계 처리하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 잡 크래프팅은 직무열의와 상관관계가 있다. 둘째, 잡 크래프팅은 직무열의에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 이러한 연구의 결과는 지도자 스스로 자신의 일을 만들어 가다보면 그 과정과 시점에서 자신의 일이 그냥 단순한 일이 아니라 ‘변화하는 트렌드를 빠르게 캐치하는 지도자’, ‘참여자에게 즐거움을 주는 지도자’, ‘업무에 있어서 리스크를 줄여나가는 지혜로운 지도자’등으로 자신의 업무를 자신만의 언어로 정의 할 수 있게 될 것이며, 자신의 일을 자신만의 언어로 정의 할 수 있다면 자신만의 잡 크래프팅 캔버스를 완성할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 하지만 향후 연구에서는 잡 크래프팅에 관한 연구가 체육 분야에서는 확연하게 부족하여 여러 형태의 학문적인 연구가 시도되어지지 못하고 있다, 따라서 체육지도자의 유형을 분류하여 각 종목의 지도자들의 잡 크래프팅을 파악한 후 지도자들의 직무능력과 직무만족, 직무성과에 대하여 연구하여야 할 것이며, 더 나아가 참여자들이 느끼는 지도자의 잡 크래프팅에 대한 만족, 참여자의 삶의 만족 등에 대한 연구가 시도되어져야 할 것이다. This study aims to investigate how job crafting of Taekwondo Leader's affects their work enthusiasm. Based on a questionnaire survey of 237 Leader's (141 male and 96 female Leader's) in 249 Taekwondo studios located in N, Y, and U cities in northern Gyeonggi-do as of December 31, 2019, the following conclusions were drawn by the statistical process suitable for the purpose of this study. First, job crafting is correlated with job enthusiasm. Second, job crafting has a positive effect on job enthusiasm. The results of these studies will allow you to define your work in your own language, not just in the process and at the moment, but in the process and in the moment, you will be able to complete your own Job-Crating canvas. if you can define your work in your own language, such as ‘leader who catches changing trends quickly’, ‘leader who entertains participants’, and ‘wise leader who reduces risk in your work’, But as research on job crafting is greatly lacking in the field of physical education, various forms of academic research have not been attempted. Therefore, in the future research, it is necessary to classify the types of physical education instructors, analyze the job crafting of those instructors in each sport, and then study how job crating affects their job skills, job satisfaction, and job performance. Furthermore, researches need to be conducted on their satisfaction of job crafting and personal lives.
