The premise of this research is the recent advancement of Building Information Modeling(BIM) Technology and Laser Scanning Technology(3D Scanning). The purpose of this research is to hypothesize the potential effectiveness of 3D scanning algorithms for the construction industry. The research aims to stimulate the recent development of 3D scanning and BIM technology to utilize Real-BIM. The paper will emphasize the prospects of Pre-Scanning and Post-Scanning automation algorithms. The objective of the paper it to review the current issues of Scan-to-BIM tasks to achieve Real-BIM and find where it can be improved.

The purpose of the paper is to amplify on the potential offered by the combination of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Point Cloud Data (PCD) for construction sequential based structural analysis. Today, enormous amounts of construction site data can be potentially categorised and quantified through BIM software. One of the extraordinary strength of various BIM software comes from their collaborative feature, able to combine the different source of data and knowledge. There are vastly different ways to obtain various construction site data, and 3D scanning data is one of the effective ways to collect close-to-reality construction site data. The objective of this paper is to propose a method of coordinating and utilizing PCD for construction sequential analysis of high-rise building as they deflate and deform during construction.

The premise of this research is the recent advancement of Building Information Modeling(BIM) Technology. The purpose of this research is to stimulate the recent development of BIM technology to utilize 3D scanning technology. The paper will emphasize the prospects of As-Built-BIM. The paper will categorize and identify each stage of As-Built-BIM. As-Buil-BIM can be a significant asset for building non-linear design structures. This paper will define As-Built-BIM stages to Level of Details(LOD) and Level of Accuracy(LOA). The objective of the paper is to bring fiscal benefit for As-Built-BIM projects and create a unique revenue model construction industry.

The purpose of the paper is to define the process of integrating BIM (Building Information Modeling) and PCD (Point Cloud Data) for structural analysis. Accurate GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) and PCD embedded As-Built-BIM is profoundly compelling not only in the short-term analysis but also in the long-term construction management and monitoring. Thus As-Built-BIM data, including the precise location information of the actual building is highly active throughout the life cycle of the building. The objective of this paper is to delineate the course of building As-Built-BIM: Scan-to-BIM. The research aims to stimulate the recent precision survey method development in the construction industry.

자막은 공연 예술의 이해도를 높이는 중요한 요소이다. 스크린에 고정된 형태의 자막은 관객의 좌석 위치에 따라 이해도의 차이가 생기는 한계가 있었다. 착용형 증강현실로 모델리티가 변화하면서 이에 적합한 상호작용 방식의 논의가 필요해졌다. 본 연구에서는 공연예술을 관람객을 위한 착용형 증강현실에 적합한 자막의 배치와 증강현실 디바이스의 새로운 상호작용방식을 제안한다. 실시간 자막을 제공할 뿐만 아니라, 사용자가 순간적으로 놓친 자막도 제공한다. 놓친 자막을 켜고 끄는 방식과 자막 배치 방식에 다양한 변형을 주어 공연 주변 관객과 관객 개인의 관람 경험을 해치지 않는 착용형 증강현실 상호작용 방식을 제안한다.
