        Proposal on application plan of smart learning in museum

        A pattern of exhibition in museum is changedfrom static exhibition to interactive one by reasonof science technology. In particular, the popularity of smart device whichis one of field of ICT(Information communicationand technology) has became important compositionfor mutual communion between spectator andexhibition. Although definition of smart learning isdiverse, characters in common are learner-centerededucation, optimization of academic achievementfrom cooperation learning. In this respect, we examined the necessity ofsmart learning in museum and analysed applicationexamples. Also, we proposed improved prototype byresearch of applied exhibition samples in GwacheonNational Science Museum. At the present, level of research of smartlearning device in museum is not reached to stablestage, the necessity of adopt is required tomaximize smart learning device in order to fulfilleffective learning achievement. In the future, it is required more active andvibrant research, is able to help smart learning withcombination of museum's education and smartdevice.

In the future, it is required more active and vibrant research, is able to help smart learning with combination of museum``s education and smart device.

        작동체험 전시물 통합관리시스템 필요성 제언

        과학관은 과학기술 중심사회 구축 실현을 위한 노력 중의 하나로 과학문화 확산 및 과학기술 대중화·생활화 기반 조성을 위해 과학 교육·체험의 중심기관으로 역할이 증대되고 있다. 또한 급속히 변화하는 과학기술의 발달과 더불어 과학관의 전시물 연출 형태 또한 첨단기술의 발전과 흐름에 따라 다양화되고 복잡화되어 가고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 과학관 전시물의 경향 및 형태를 알아보기 위해 2008년 개관한 과천과학관을 포함하여 2013년 개관한 대구, 광주과학관, 2015년 개관예정인 부산과학관의 전시관별 전시물 현황 및 분석을 통해서 각 과학관 별 전시물 형태 및 특징에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 이를 기반으로 국내 과학관의 작동체험기반의 전시물을 비교·분석하여 국내 과학관의 전시물이 갖는 작동체험 전시물의 개선점과 향후 운영관리의 효율성을 위한 관리자 측면에서의 전시물 운영방안에 대해 모색해 보고자 한다. 아울러 정보통신기술의 발달로 인해 전시물 통합관리시스템 구축에 있어서도 사물인터넷(IOT:Internet of Things)을 활용한 정보화시스템을 통해 향후 과학관이 추구해야 하는 전시물유지관리방안의 개선점 및 방향성에 대해서도 제언하고자 한다. As one of the efforts to fulfill the modern society based on science technology, the roll of science museum has been emphasized on many ways such as spread of science culture, popularity of science technology, etc. With this flow of society, the importance on role of science museum has seemed to increase as central organization which supports the system on science education and on exhibit experience. On this study, the range of subject in science museum"s exhibition list were surveyed on Gwacheon National Science Museum opened 2008, Daegu and Gwangju National Science Museum opened 2013, and Busan National Science Museum is scheduled open 2015. Through this survey, we hope that there are helpful survey results to find some features and differences by analyses from characters of each Science Museum"s exhibits. Furthermore, we hope that this survey will be an attempt to understand the flow of present exhibit maintenance system, to recognize the necessity and direction of integrated management system which is likely to linked to IOT(Internet of Things) technology. After all, the new integrated management system will be a blueprint for innovative some improvement point from National Science Museums have problems.

        Non-clinical pharmacokinetic behavior of ginsenosides

        Ginsenosides, the major active ingredients of ginseng and other plants of the genus Panax, have beenused as natural medicines in the East for a long time; in addition, their popularity in the West hasincreased owing to their various beneficial pharmacological effects. There is therefore a wealth ofliterature regarding the pharmacological effects of ginsenosides. In contrast, there are few comprehensivestudies that investigate their pharmacokinetic behaviors. This is because ginseng contains thecomplicated mixture of herbal materials as well as thousands of constituents with complex chemicalproperties, and ginsenosides undergo multiple biotransformation processes after administration. This is asignificant issue as pharmacokinetic studies provide crucial data regarding the efficacy and safety ofcompounds. Moreover, there have been many difficulties in the development of the optimal dosageregimens of ginsenosides and the evaluation of their interactions with other drugs. Therefore, this reviewdetails the pharmacokinetic properties and profiles of ginsenosides determined in various animal modelsadministered through different routes of administration. Such information is valuable for designingspecialized delivery systems and determining optimal dosing strategies for ginsenosides.
