It is common to design the duct branches where to supply the required air flow for individual room in residential apartment house. And TAB process is applied to control the designed air volume with adjusting volume dampers and/or supply diffusers after fully installing the ventilation system. These process has been resulted increasing the initial cost for the residential ventilation system because of man-hour and accessories such as volume control damper or diffuser. However it is difficult to adjust the air volume adequately in small air duct branches in residential ventilation system. The purpose of this study is to figure out the performance of distributor with split guide vane for the residential ventilation system. The results of this study are as follows. (1) Air distributor with guide is excellent in controlling and distributing the air volume for the branches (2) Distributing the supply air volume is more accurate when more than 2m long inlet duct connects between OA inlet and distributor. (3) I could be possible to control more accurate when the supply air volume is increased.

The purpose of this research is to develop the high performance of solar chemical reactor for producing hydrogen by methane reforming reaction with steam. Two shape of chemical reactor is suggested: first type is filled with porous material and second type is spiral type. These reactors is installed on the dish-type thermal system of Inha University, Inha Dish-1. Performance analysis of these two reactors is conducted from getting methane conversion.

본 논문에서는 DAG(Directed Acyclic Graph)으로 모델화된 태스크의 서브 태스크들은 특정 라우팅 물에 관계없이 동종의 프로세서들로 구성된 임의의 병렬 시스템상으로 최적 매핑하는 문제를 연구하였다. DAG을 프로세서 네트웍에 매핑하는 서브 태스크 할당의 최적성을 평가하기 위한 목적 함수를 정의하고 이에 따라 프로세서를 선택하여 시뮬레이션하였으며, 시스템 토폴로지는 3차원 하이퍼큐브를 대상으로 하였다. 처리 결과, 제시된 매핑의 태스크에 대한 실행 완료시간 (makespan)은 최적 매핑에 ~75% 이내로 접근함을 알 수 있었다.
공동주택 환기시스템에서 가이드베인형 공기분배기의 풍량분배 특성과 연질 덕트시스템의 성능 평가에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to improve the air distribution at individual rooms in residential apartment ventilation system. In order to properly distribute the air flow to seven outlets installed, the air distributor has been developed with the inner slit vane and the inside air flow appropriately guide to the seven outlets. And the diameters of outlets can be easily switched with 50㎜ and 65 ㎜ simply attaching the adapters for controlling the air volume according to the length of duct work to the individual room and ventilation requirement. Also the flexible duct work material made of EVA(Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate) has been introduced for easily installing the duct system without any fitting. The air flows at the outlets have been measured with different air supply volumes and the characteristics of air distribution in branched outlets have been estimated with various experimental conditions. The results have been compared with those of convention types of ventilation system. The newly designed air distributor and EVA flexible duct system suggested in this study could be contribute to supply air volume to the rooms efficiently. The results shows well distributing the air volume required for the individual room without any TAB activities. It could be reduced the initial cost for the residential ventilation system, because of ease installation and minimizing the pressure drops without any fittings for connecting branch ducts.
제약회사 여과 공정중 스플래쉬 필링에 의한 화재사고 예방대책에 관한 연구

제약회사에서 제조하는 의약품의 원재료에 인화성물질이 종종 존재한다. 이런 경우 과량의 인화성 물질을 투입하여 중간체를 만들고 반응에 참여하지 않은 인화성물질을 여과 및 건조단계를 통하여 제거하는 공정을 거치게 된다. 또한, 여과 공정에서 분리된 인화성 액체가 여액받이 통에 스플래쉬 필링 형태로 쌓이게 된다. 이런 경우 인화성 액체의 증기 및 미스트가 생성되어 폭발 하한 값, 최소점화에너지가 더욱 낮아지게 되며 복합 대전이 발생하여 화재⋅폭발의 위험이 증대된다. 본 연구에서는 최근의 제약회사 여과공정 중 발생한 화재 사고를 분석하여, 화재 폭발 사고를 방지하기 위한 방안으로 질소 공급설비 설치, 용량 개선, 도전성 여과포 및 정전기 축적 방지대책 등을 제시하고자 한다. Flammable substances are often present in the raw materials of pharmaceutical products manufactured by pharmaceutical companies. In this case, an excessive amount of flammable substances is added to make an intermediate, and flammable substances that do not participate in the reaction are removed through filtration and drying steps. In addition, the flammable liquid separated in the filtration process is accumulated in the form of splash filling in the filtrate container. In this case, vapor and mist of flammable liquid are generated, which lowers the lower limit of explosion and minimum ignition energy, and increases the risk of fire and explosion due to complex charging. In this study, by analyzing fire accidents that occurred during the recent filtration process of pharmaceutical companies, it is proposed to prevent static electricity accumulation by measures of nitrogen supply facilities, capacity improvement, conductive filter fabric and so on.
