        마라톤 이벤트 서비스품질과 재참여의도의 마케팅 전략적 접근

        The purpose of this study is to examine the marketing strategic approach between service quality and re-involvement intention in a marathon event. Questionnaires containing 18 statements are proved valid by a total of 226 marathoners who participated in the 5th Gyeongju International Marathon Event, Korea. Cronbach's α is used to test the reliability of each variable. Correlation analysis, MANOVA and multiple regression is used to analyze on effect relationship of each variables. The statistical methods as above mentioned were applied by employing the SPSS 14.0 version for the statistical analysis. For all analysis an alpha level of .05 were used for the research questions. The results of this study are as follows; First, the day fixed for a marathon event was the highest from April to May, and the marathon event has a participating range of 60kilometers. Second, age has a significant differences to marathon service quality such as event location, event course, and local residents' cooperation. Third, a marathon career has a significant differences to marathon service quality such as awarding a prize's scales, and major prize packages. Fourth, as a result of multiple regression, marathon event scale and location, major prize packages had a positive effect on re-involvement intention.

        스포츠 소비자의 서비스 질과 관여도 및 고객만족의 관계분석

        The purpose of this study is to examine the causal relationships among quality of service, involvement and custom satisfaction. Questionnaires containing 35 statements are proved valid by a total of 326 users. Factor analysis and Cronbach`s α is used to test the validity and reliability of each variables. MANOVA are then compared for differences of sport service factors in involvement level. Correlation analysis and path analysis is used to analyze on causal relationship of each variables. The statistical methods as above mentioned were applied by employing the SPSS 14.0 and LISREL 8.0 version for the statistical analysis. For all analysis an alpha level of .05 were used for the research questions. The results of this study are as follows; First, the custom satisfaction has a significant causal relationship to sport service factors and involvement. Second, as a result of path analysis, custom satisfaction is directly effected by program service(.46), indirectly effected by program service(.31).

        스포츠슈즈의 브랜드 자산, 브랜드충성도, 구매의도의 관계에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to examine the causal relationships among brand equity, brand loyalty, and purchase intention. Questionnaires containing 19 statements are proved valid by a total of 210 university students in Pusan. Factor analysis and Cronbach's α is used to test the validity and reliability of each variable. Correlation analysis and path analysis is used to analyze on causal relationship of each variables. The statistical methods as above mentioned were applied by employing the SPSS 14.0 and LISREL 8.0 version for the statistical analysis. For all analysis an alpha level of .05 were used for the research questions. The results of this study are as follows; First, brand loyalty has a significant causal relationship to brand equity factors such as brand awareness, brand association and perceived quality. Second, as a result of path analysis, purchase intention is directly effected by each brand equity factors, indirectly effected by brand loyalty.

        개인환경일치모형에 근거한 대학생의 학과적응에 대한 연구

        The research is to perform the structural and adaptive analysis of the departmental adjustment in college students based -on Holland`s occupational personality theory, Dawis and Lofquist`s work adjustment theory. The research questions were formulated as follows. (1) Does the structural congruence between student`s and major`s codes in Holland`s RIASEC types give rise to the student`s major adjustment? (2) Does the adaptive correspondence between student and major environment maintain to student? 5 major adjustment? (3) How does ~structural congruence and adaptive correspondence effect to student`s major adjustment? 412 departments(412 college students) among three universities in Pusan were sampled according to the major codes which were relatively representative of RIASEC types. Career Exploration Inventory for measuring the structural congruence and questionnaires for measuring the adaptive correspondence, departmental adjustment were tested for them. The results of the study were as follows. (1) The structural congruence between student`s and major`s codes in Holland`s RIASEC types is significantly related to the student`s major adjustment. (2) The adaptive correspondence between student and major environment maintain to the student`s major adjustment. (3) Both the structural congruence and the “adaptive correspondence theory are significantly related to predict student`s major adjustment.

        서비스 속성이 에어로빅 강습 소비자의 재구매 의도와 불평 대응만족에 미치는 영향

        Sport marketing has faced with new challenges, which has changed every aspects of business environment especially sport school business. More close and more flexible relationship to customer-contact personnel in this business was the symptoms for relationship marketing to the rapidly changing sport service industry. The purpose of this study is to apply and test relationship among service quality, complaint satisfaction and the intention of repurchase to design the customer correspondence strategy of sport consumer and to win the competitive advantage in the field sport school business. Questionnaires containing 28 statements are administered to a total of 304 members of privately owned aerobics school in Pusan, Korea. Frequence analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression with stepwise method and regression is used to estimate relationship between each variables. These results were as follows ; 1) The customer`s switching behavior has affected positive relations with service quality, that is, the customer`s switching behavior was influenced directly to the core service and the surrounding service for service quality. 2) Repurchase intention has affected positive relations with service quality, that is, repurchase intention was influenced positively to the core service and the surrounding service for service quality. And repurchase intention was influenced negatively to the convenience service. 3) Complaint satisfaction has affected positive relations with service quality, that is, repurchase intention was influenced directly to the core service and the surrounding service for service quality. 4) Complaint satisfaction has affected with the intention to repurchase, is commly important factor with the customer satisfaction and intention to repurchase, and have to treated as strategic planning factor for the school business.

        서울 도시철도 연장노선 운영에 대한 실증분석 연구

        최근 수도권 신도시와 서울시와의 연계 발전 및 교통 개선대책의 일환으로 국가 철도망 구축이 지속적으로 추진되고 있고 이러한 신규 철도노선 대부분이 기존 도시철도 노선과 직결 연장하는 방안으로 추진되고 있다. 그런데 신규 철도노선 연장이 수도권의 광역 교통망 구축을 위한 신설노선 연장에 초점을 두고 추진되어 기존 노선 운영에 미치는 전반적인 영향이 충분히 검토되고 반영되지 못함으로써 직결연장 이후 노선 전 구간에 대한 운영상의 안전성 및 효율성이 저하되는 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 직결 연장노선의 수요분석을 통한 비효율성의 확인과 승객 혼잡 및 열차 운행지연 가중, 운행시격 확대에 따른 승객편의 저하, 영업거리 연장으로 시설 및 차량의 유지보수 시간 부족과 운행시간 증가로 인한 적정 운행계획 수립의 제약 그리고 차량, 신호, 관제 등의 시스템다원화에 따른 안전성 저하 요인들을 분석하여 승객불편 가중과 사고 위험성이 증대되고 있음을 검증하였으며 이를 근거로 신규철도 노선 구축이 직결연장이 아닌 종착역 ‘평면환승’ 이나 본선과 분리된 지선운영, 운영기관 분리운영 등의 실무적 대안을 제시하여 기존 노선의 안전성이 저하되지 않으면서도 신규 철도망 구축이 적정하게 추진 될 수 있도록 하는데 기여하고자 하였다. Recently, the establishment of a national railway network has been continuously promoted as part of measures to develop new cities in the Seoul metropolitan area and improve transportation, and most of these new railway lines are being extended directly with existing urban railway lines. However, the overall impact on the operation of existing routes is not fully reviewed and reflected as the extension of new railway routes focuses on the establishment of wide-area transportation networks in the Seoul metropolitan area. This study confirmed that inefficiency through demand analysis of direct extension routes, increased passenger congestion and train operation delays, decreased passenger convenience due to increased operating hours, insufficient maintenance time of facilities and vehicles, and increased operating hours. I tried to contribute.
