아로마테라피 족욕이 스트레스와 자율신경계 활성도에 미치는 효과

        안주미(Ju-mi Ahn),허명행(Myung-Haeng Hur) 대한스트레스학회 2017 스트레스硏究 Vol.25 No.4

Background: A quasi-experimental study with non-equivalent control groups was performed to determine an effect of aromatherapy foot bath on stress and autonomic nervous activity. Methods: To confirm the effect of aromatherapy foot bath, aromatherapy foot bath group was asked to have a bathing by dropping 0.5 cc in 18 L water after blending with a ratio of 6:3:1 with essential oil lavender, lemon, and tea tree and a foot bath group was asked for bathing only by water. Results: Aromatherapy foot bath group showed significant decrease in subjective stress score (t=3.465, p=0.001) and stress index (t=3.021, p=0.004) in addition to simultaneous increase in sympathetic nervous activity (t=−2.913, p=0.005). However, no significant stimulation of parasympathetic nervous system was observed (t=−1.831, p=0.072). Conclusions: As aromatherapy foot bath is a possible effective intervention for stress relief, it can be applied as an effective method to relieve the stress for healthy adults and patients.

        안주미(An Ju-Mi),김성희(Kim Sung-Hee) 한국체육과학회 2010 한국체육과학회지 Vol.19 No.2

This study aims to examine how different their realizing of success and failing pattern of attribution and confidence among the gymnasts keep their exercise and dropout. To accomplish this aim, 5 gymnasts who keep exercise and 5 gymnasts who drop out were chosen. So 10 participates got deep interviews purposely and came to the result below. First, aerobic gymnasts' success pattern of attribution through affirmative factors includes satisfaction of record, interesting of aerobic and joy. Secondly, failing pattern of attribution through negative factors includes burden of training, conflict of team-mates, unfair decision and afraid of other's sight. Thirdly, confidence influence on the aerobic gymnasts' adherence positively. For internal factors, there are some rising of expectation, the belief of the success, good team work and out-going character. For external factors includes good record, leader's praising and stability of economic support. Fourthly, confidence influence on the aerobic gymnasts' drop out negatively. For internal factors, there are the fear at contest owing to one's introversive character, losing interest or exercise, and for external factors includes the low records, the losing interest of decision, injuries or the aware of one's limit and the lack of economic support. Therefore, aerobic gymnasts' positive experience goes to the success pattern of attribution, and their negative experience goes to the failing pattern of attribution. And rising confidence helps keeping the exercise adherence, lowing of confidence can be a factor drop out.

        신윤정 ( Shin Younjeoung ),박주영 ( Park Jooyoung ),안주미 ( An Ju-mi ),김경태 ( Kim Kyung-tae ) 한국리듬운동학회 2020 한국리듬운동학회지 Vol.13 No.2

The goal of this study is to develop the nordic walking gymnastics using a nordic pole and disseminate the fun and easy movements to make participants understand and utilize the nordic walking properly. The nordic walking gymnastics is comprised of 11 movements including upper body exercise, lower body exercise, whole body exercise. The music of the nordic walking gymnastics is 4/4 beat and 5 minutes long, which was made at the same time with the development of gymnastic movements for the integrity of the physical and emotional effects. According to the movements, there are changes in the tempo (movement 1-3 is slightly slow, movement 4-8 gets faster, movement 9-11 gets slower), so every movement can be naturally connected to make the heartbeat slowly go up and go down again. The characteristics of nordic walking gymnastics are as follows. First, the gymnastics expressed various movements using a nordic pole and organized stable movements. Second, the effect of warm-up exercise was enhanced by repeated training. Third, the effect of flexibility and strength training were maximized with the nordic pole. Fourth, with the advice of a nordic walking specialist, the development of all the body parts required in the nordic walking was considered. Therefore, nordic walking gymnastics surely is the warm up that enhances the effect of nordic walking exercise and also, it can be used for the warm up and cool down exercise before and after a school or sports event, so we think that there is a possibility of the nordic walking gymnastics being a life gymnastics that every age can use.

        김지연(Jee Youn Kim),정채원(Tchae Won Jeong),심영제(Young Je Sim),오윤선(Youn Sun Oh),안주미(Ju Mi An) 한국사회체육학회 2013 한국사회체육학회지 Vol.0 No.54

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of 12 weeks yoga exercise program on psychological relaxation and stress hormone (norepinephrine) in college students with internet addiction. This research was done to 60 university students (male=30, female=30) who selecte d by Internet Addiction Questionnair. Of the participants, each 20 students were randomly assigned to a yoga exercise group, latin dance exercise group and a control group. All participants were required to performed Penn State Worry Questinnair (PSWQ), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) test, Short-Form 36-item Health Survey (SF-36) and measured norepinephrine levels. Both exercise program performed 2 days a week for 12 weeks for 60 min/day. The results of the study in the exercise group were as follows; Both exercise groups significantly reduced BDI (p<.01) and enhanced SF-36 (Yoga p<.001, Latin dance p<.05). PSWQ also showed significantly declined in yoga exercise group (p<.001). However, Stress hormone (norepinephrine) concentration increased significantly in only yoga exercise group (p<.05). Based on the results of this study, yoga exercise affected impr ovement of psychological factors as well as hormone alteration. This results suggest that 12 weeks yoga exercise program would be more effective to enhance psychological relaxation and sensitivity of reduced secretion of norepinephrine in college students with internet addiction.

Vol.2 No.1

Expressed sequence tag(EST) has a good value to discover a new gene or to study its structure. Some 20 ESTs were generated to obtain new genetic resources of chinese cabbage(Brassian campestris L. var. pekinensis Makino). Poly A+ RNAs were isolated from 10-day-old seedlings grown at 25℃ under the day light. cDNA gene bank was constructed using λ ZAP /cDNA synthesis /Giga Pack Gold Packing kit. About a million clones were able to obtain from the library. All the clones examined so far had insert DNAs. Nucleotide compositions of randomly selected clones were determined by the Sanger mthod. The DNA sequences were compared with those deposited in the GenePept and GenBank database to figure out nucleotide homologies. Two ESTs showed significant similarities to the enlisted sequences. They are chloroplast GADPH subunit of Arabidopsis thaliana and carbonic anhydrase of A. thaliana. The full DNA sequences of the two clones are being determined. The cDNA gene bank constructed. in this experiment will being used to isolate more genes induced by the light in the plant.
