성장기 여학생의 신체질량지수에 따른 체력수준과 심폐효율지수의 관계 및 신체활동 참여일수의 효과 검증

The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of walking-physical activity program participation frequency on body composition and fitness level in female middle school students. 41 female students participated during 12 weeks and they are divided into three different physical activity frequency groups in this study. The following items were measured before and after the program : body composition, fitness level. The measured data were analyzed by two-way ANOVA in SPSS(ver 18.0). Results as follow : First, body composition were not significantly different among the groups except waist measurements. Second, fitness levels were significantly different among trunk flexion forward, sit-up and PEI. The group with physical activity 5 times per week had an effect on health promotion. But body compositions were not significantly different among the groups except waist measurements. From these results, we could know that walking-physical activity at least 5 times per week could improve cardiovascular function, flexibility and muscular endurance in female middle school students.
문화예술 융합교육 여가프로그램 사례연구: 꿈다락 토요문화학교 중심으로

The Culture and Arts Foundation carries out Ggumdarak Saturday Culture School to provide equal opportunities of culture and arts education for students living in culturally isolated areas. However, many researches have focused on reporting the current status of arts education, and as a results, the current academia lacks in-depth qualitative research on the best practice of culture and arts education. Thus, this study aims to identify the characteristics of leisure program for culture and arts convergence education using Ggumdarack Saturday Culture School case and provide rich insights into the direction of arts education in the field. The present study, a qualitative research, uses focus-group interview. Ggumdarack Saturday Culture School program is an arts convergence program that combines Yeonggamnori, a cultural heritage of Jeju, and aims to integrate various art genre. Therefore, through the program, students solely focus on the culture of Jeju to find what is disappearing and have opportunities to become ambassador of the culture of Jeju. Second, students learned how to play together with music, dance, sports and art performance and expressed themselves in active and creative ways. Third, students spend Saturday with meaningful activities and communicate with peers through the program. However, the implementation of the convergence education reveals the needs of extensive and sophisticated educational programs that reinforce the convergence of not only art genre but also science activities. In addition, it is required to develop systematic curriculum for long-term program.
피부 관리실의 서비스품질이 소비자의 지각된 가치 및 구매 후 행동에 미치는 영향

With the economic growing, people has had the attention of health and appearance. Due to this trend, skin-care market was grown and service quality was the important variables to differentiate among skin-care shop. The purpose of this study was to examine service quality of skin-care shop and clarify the relation of perceived value and post-purchase behavior. For this study, a questionnaire survey was performed for randomly selected 280 customers using the skin-care shop lived in Pusan and Kyungnam. These surveys were analyzed as with SPSS-WIN 17.0 and Amos 5.0. The result was summarized as follows: 1. Service quality was classified 3 factorspeople, physical environment, policy. 2. Only the physical environment factor was affected the perceived value. 3. The perceived value was influenced the positive word-of-mouth and store loyalty. The findings of this study are expected to be utilized as fundamental data for developing and applying the service marketing strategy in skin-care shop.
건강교실프로그램이 청소년의 체력 및 자아존중감과 행복에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study to examine the effect of participation in health exercise program on fitness, self-esteem and happiness of mental health for adolescents. To help this cause, four schools of Seoul and Inchon area were chosen and the students who want to take health exercise program were taken part in this program for 40 weeks. 113 males and 54 females of students were used to analysis of this study. Statistical analysis of this study was used PASW(Predictive Analytics Soft-ware) 18.0 in descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, paired z-test. The results of this study were summarized as follows: 1. After taking health exercise program, this program give positive effect of physique and result in improvement of fitness in adolescents. 2. After taking health exercise program, this program give positive effect of self-esteem and happiness of mental health.
경제 소득이 성인 남녀의 신체활동 및 건강관련 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

[Purpose] Based on the data from the National Health and Nutrition Survey, the study was conducted to identify the link between physical activities and quality of life related to health in Korea. [Methods] using raw data from the 7th Annual and 2nd Year (2016-2017) of the National Health Nutrition Survey, the study analyzed 7,452 adults aged 19 or older who responded to IPAQ and EQ-5D questions out of a total of 16,234. data analysis performed frequency analysis, cross-analysis, and multiple regression analysis through the demographic factors, physical activity volume and quality of life of the study subjects. [Results] Statistical processing was done using the SPSS WIN 21.0 program. The analysis showed that the amount of physical activity differed significantly in gender, age, marital status, education, occupation, and economic activity, and that the quality of health-related life also differed significantly. in addition, both income levels and physical activity levels showed statistically significant relevance to health-related quality of life. [Conclusion] These findings confirm the importance of physical activity and health-related quality of life, and will require the development of programs for the promotion of appropriate forms of colorful health, taking into account the state of economic activity.

This research has certain purpose to introduce Nordic Walking class using the Rhythmic Exercise. We have developed Nordic Gym programme which Nordic Walking technic combined with This research has certain purpose to introduce Nordic Walking class using the Rhythmic Exercise with music at Gym. Concentration and interest to class in primary school Nordic Walking class was improved through. This research has certain purpose to introduce Nordic Walking class using the Rhythmic Exercise. We have also developed Nordic Walking class for students through game. We need further development of Nordic Walking programme for people with different needs.
댄스스포츠 운동 시 비만 및 정상체중 여성의 운동 강도 비교

This study investigated the comparison of exercise intensity during dancesports between non-obese and obese women. This investigation can be used to suggest the theoretical basis for effective prevention and administration of obesity with dancesports. Subjects were consisted of 20-aged female students(n=12), and were divided to obese(n=6) and normal weight group(n=6). Body weight. percentage of body fat. and BMI were measured for analysis of body composition. and blood lactate concentration and heart rate were measured for the analysis of metabolic response and exercise intensity duirng dancesports. Obese group showed significant higher values of body weight, %fat, and BMI as compared to non-obese group. Physical fitness of muscular strength in obese group showed a significant higher values than non-obese group. On the basis of blood lactate and heart rate, acute dancesports could be recommended the effective exercise program with optimal exercise intensity corresponding to 60% HRmax. As heart rate at 60 min of recovery phase after acute dancesports showed a significant different value than resting heart rate in both groups, acute dancesports could be arised to sufficient stimulus for the improvement of cardiopulmonary function. In these results. dancesports program could be suggested the effective exercise program for obesity treatment. but the additional detail analysis on the change of blood cytokines and metabolite was demanded for the development of obesity treatment method with dancesports.
