Recently, product defect inspection using deep learning models in industrial siteshas received a lot of attention. In general, learning a deep learning model requires alot of learning data and labeling work, and thus, in some industrial applications, it isdifficult to adopt the deep learning techniques due to problems with costs and labor. To address these problems, this paper proposes an AugMix-empowered FixMatch(AMFM) model that is built upon the strong data augmentation technique ofFixMatch. In the proposed model, AugMix is intelligently combined withRandAugment used in the existing FixMatch to transform the features of metalappearance into domains favorable to learning, and the performance of the model isverified and analyzed using the technique. In particular, we achieved 99.8% and100% classification accuracy, which is higher than the classification accuracy ofexisting models, when performing semi-supervised learning with AMFM models

儒家(孔子)의 自然法思想에 관한 硏究

Ever since ancient times, the Koreans have created and developed things their own on the basis of their own culture, accepting things foreign through China. There is originally in the legal thought of Korea, just as the goldcrown of the Syll a Dynasty, the green celadons and the court music of the Yi Dynasty, and the Korean Buddhism since the Great Priest Wonhyo have orinality, But the legal though of China and that of Korea are closely related, to the extent that the Korean legal thought cannot be fully understand without knowing that of China, as so many things have been introduced to Korea through China. Here I have only reviewed the historical background of Chinese legal thought (that of Confucianism) prior to the introduction of Indian and Western thought. In the ancient China, the Scholars often used the words : fa(法), li (義), tu(度), and li(理) the meaving of these words do not strictly coincide with the Western words, law, staute, Recht, Gesetz, Gerechtigkeit etc. Therefore, we find it difficult to study the ancient Chinese legal thoughts, unless we fix the concept of these chinese terms comparable to that of Western words. In China, the thoughts of Confucianism, Taoism and Mo Jyu were already in full floom by the era of the United China Dynasty. There already was confrontation between natural law Legal positivism, In this article, the writer has reviewed the thought of Confucianism (孔子),tried to search for merits of natural law thoght.

法의 解釋에 관한 小考 : 憲法解釋學을 中心으로 Especially on the approaching to constitutional interpretation

This thesis is designed for devotion to legal interpretation and adaptation. The work of interpretation is accompanied prior to adaptation of it, and it is an first divided to authentic interpretation and doctrinal interpretation. Doctrinal interpretation is also subdivided to grammatical and logical interpretation. Grammatical Interpretation has another division of historical interpretation and evolutional interpretation based on when to interprete it. In this moment, we must pay our attention to the interpretational principles of .Savigny, dogmatische Rechtswissenschaft, praktische Jurisprudenz, systematische Rechtswissenschaft, Rechtssoziologie(sociology of law), Begriffsjurisprudenz, analytical jurisprudence, programmatic jurisprudence, Zweckjurisprudenz, Freirechtswissenschaft and pure theory of law etc. In order to overcome the weaknesses of v. Savigny's theory, we have to find legal schools, and Gesichtspunkt. The names of great scholars were firstly E. Ehrlich, F.Geny and H.Kantorowiez. After mentioned the above parts thereof, a difficulty of constitutional interpretation is found in the characteristics of that (that is, political element, ideological element and historical element). In this opinion, properly approaching method of constitutional department has to be established on a more of new theories and materials of it.

In onder to study the natural law thought of confucians(Confucius), we should grasp the genuine core of natural law thoughts in the west. A Neo-Thomist, Prof. Wu, John C.H., maintains that the common Law of Anglo-American has been founded in that of St.Thomas Aquinas, and that in those countries the Foundation of Justice has been evolved and developed on the basis of Christian natural 1aw. He absolutely relies upon the medieval thought, and confirms the degeneration of common law spirits, English-jurisprudeuce, and furthermore warns what would be the future tendency of naturalla law thoughts on the center of common law of Anglo-American. He regards law as expression or concreteness of willingness of state or individual controlled by reason. This article is composed of 5 parts. They are as follows: I. Introduction II. Confucianism in Orient and natural law in the West 2. Evaluation First of all, ius naturale expresses a tendency in the tendency in the trend of legal thought, a ferment operating all over the 1aw. Greek thinkers have laid the basis of natural law and developed its essential features. Heraclitus finds it in the rhythm of events. This he calls destiny, order, and reason of the world. In Sophocles' Antigone, natural divine law is opposed to written law. From this arise demands for justice which anticipate the principal demands for social justice. Nature for the Sophists is still something external. Outside men. Aristotle thinks that nature is now not only the order of things, but also man's reason. Man's reason is part of nature, and active reason becomes natural law. Socrates found that man's intelligence and insight were the measure of the good, and it was this insight which tested the reason and goodness of laws. The law of nature thus becomes identified with moral duties. The Stoics coupled this ideal(=reason)with a distinction between absolute and relative ideals. The practical Roman lawyers had turned the idea of natural law to practical account through the agency of ius gentium. In the legal thought of Middle Ages connected with a civitas maxima, the thought was, undoubtedly, based upon the Kingdom and righteousness of God. According to the passage of Ulpian, natural law meant not only the supreme rule of human scciety, but also occasionally was identical with the laws of nature. Especially the thought of St.T.Aquinas was a system of Christian thoughts which combines the philosophies evolved and developed since ancient times with the doctrines of christian teachings. He has made great contributions that he attained the classifications of lex devina, Lex aeterna(=eterna1 law), lex nannalis, lex humana sellpositipa and the law of Scripture, and furthermore of common good and the highest good. The attempt that the Neo-Thomists prevent the present philosophical areas from the absence of philosophicalthought presents the greatness and flexibility of Aquinas'. The negative elements of medieval thoughts could be expressed with the period of the deprivation of human individua1ity,divested of by worldly-Empire and Spiritual Power(=Christendom and the huge bodies did not help to enstrengthen their se1f-realization, And chriatianity had accupied mental world, thus made a society anesthetized, and human beings dwarfed and modellized, while it excluded other thoughts and religions. At this moment we can make a comparison between Confucianism and christianity by means of the different ways of relation to God. Modem civil thoughts have attained the liberalization of human bondages, the establishment of human rights(=inalienable natural rights), and has followed modern constitutional states. There are imperishable contributions for us. It would be, we can say, a present ideal state which protects materially an enhenced positively and actively human natural rights and freedoms. Therefore the modem natural law thoughts have founded heirs of human rights and brought about constitutional states. At present times, when we can enumerate the cases of the infringement of inalienable human rights, we should trace and find the original status of those back to and from modern natural law theories on the center of social contract theories. Furthermore we should succeed and develop those in the lights of modern thoughts. But it is found strange in Orient that law comes from God. From me proverb that the minds of lower people is identical with the divine wi1l, we cau1d not think that an emperor even at the first measure had been isolated from the people. The doctrines of nature of human beings of social contracrt teachings, also, had already been discussed by scholars in oriental aneient times(especially China). The thoughts of material and social law-governed states at present time, we cauld and might say, would be the expression itself of the kingly way of Ccnfucianism with the aids of law of legalists.

과잉치 분류에 따른 치수유래줄기세포 계대 배양 시간의 연관성

본 연구는 상악 매복 과잉치를 가지고 전신질환 및 의과 병력이 없는 만 5 - 9세 사이의 남녀 20명으로부터 서면동의를 얻고 상악 전치부에 매복된 과잉치를 발치하고 치수세포를 채취하였다. 채취 후 세포의 1차 배양 동안 오염된 3명(남자 2명, 여자 1명)을 제외하고 총 17명(남자 10명, 여자 7명)을 대상으로 하였다. 이번 연구에서 과잉치 치수조직으로부터 유래한 세포의 계대 배양에 소요된 평균 시간은 $2.91{\pm}0.29$일이었다. 최초 치수조직으로부터 세포를 얻은 후 80% confluency를 얻는데 소요되는 시간이 $4.53{\pm}0.94$일로 가장 많이 걸렸고, 이후 계대부터는 $2.73{\pm}0.32$일이 소요되었다. 남자의 비율은 58.82%, 여자의 비율은 41.18%이었다. 여자의 평균 소요시간은 $2.81{\pm}0.27$일 이었으며, 남자는 $2.98{\pm}0.29$이었다. 과잉치가 역위된 비율은 82.35%, 정위 비율은 17.65%였다. 평균 계대 소요 배양 시간은 역위가 $2.94{\pm}0.30$일, 정위는 $2.80{\pm}0.20$일이었다. 원뿔형(Conical type)은 76.47%였고, 그 외 형태는 23.53%였다. 원뿔형의 평균 소요시간은 $2.92{\pm}0.31$이었고, 그 외 형태의 소요 시간은 $2.88{\pm}0.22$이었다. 매복 방향과 형태에 따른 계대 배향 시간은 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 향후 초기 계대와 후기 계대에서 얻어진 세포의 줄기세포로써의 능력을 평가하는 후속 연구들이 필요하며, 3일 이내의 계대 배양 시간이 소요된 점을 고려할 때, 연구의 효율성과 빠른 배양시간 등은 과잉치 유래세포가 치아유래 줄기세포의 연구에 활용가능성이 충분하리라 판단되었다. For this research 20 supernumerary teeth impacted in the maxillary anterior have been extracted and pulp cells have been collected from them. From the collected pulp cells, total of 17 (10 males, 7 females) have been selected as subjects. From this research, the run-time of successive culture of the cell from tooth number pulp tissue was $2.91{\pm}0.29$ days. From the gathering of cells from the initial pulp tissue until gaining 80% confluency took $4.53{\pm}0.94$ which was the longest. The following successive cultures took $2.73{\pm}0.32$ days. Average runtime for female was $2.81{\pm}0.27$ days whereas male had average runtime of $2.98{\pm}0.29$ days. Average run-time for inversion was $2.94{\pm}0.30$ days and for normal location, $2.80{\pm}0.20$ days. Average runtime was $2.92{\pm}0.31$ days and other forms took $2.88{\pm}0.22$ days. In the future, follow up research would be needed to evaluate the efficiency of the cells collected from the initial passage and the latter passage as stem-cells and taking into consideration the less than 3 days'time for the subculture, it could be concluded that the research efficiency and fast cultivation would be sufficiently effective.

A Unified Structure for Chinese and Korean Resultatives

This paper investigates Chinese and Korean phrasal resultatives. In order to clarify the objects of our discussions, this paper introduces some basic examples related to some previous studies of the constructions and their limits, such as the DOR problems, multiple theta-role assignment, nominative resultative subject, which the operator-based resultative structure proposed in this paper is meant to account for one by one. This paper bases this structure mainly on Ramchand’s (2008) first phase syntax, which reanalyses theta-roles into combinations of participant roles and allows flexible verbal projections, and on Chomsky’s (2008) labelling algorithm, which allows RelPs to feed the Rheme of resP. For this reason, the argumentation of this paper can be as economical as possible without postulating any independent assumptions that go beyond the range of the given data and theoretical bases, which are mainly from Ramchand (2008) and Chomsky (2008).

A Case of Tinea Incognito Mimicking Folliculitis in Atopic Dermatitis Patient

A 27-year-old male with underlying history of atopic dermatitis presented with skin lesion on the trunk and upper extremity, occurring a month ago. Scattered erythematous multiple tiny maculopapules and patches were noticed. The lesion was first diagnosed as aggravated atopic dermatitis with folliculitis based on the clinical manifestation, but had failed to improve with antibiotics and medications for atopic dermatitis. KOH examinations were performed on his upper arm's lesion, and with detection of hyphae and isolation of Trichophyton rubrum by fungus culture, he was successfully treated with oral itraconazole 200 mg/day and topical flutrimazole. Tinea incognito refers to dermatophyte infections with atypical clinical presentation caused by previous treatment with steroid. Nowadays, the cases of tinea incognito have been increasing due to the increased usage of steroid and other immunosuppressants. Therefore, it is essential to include fungal infection in the differential diagnosis when cutaneous lesions are noticed in patients taking steroid and other immunosuppressants. Herein, we present a tinea incognito that clinically mimicked folliculitis in atopic dermatitis patient.
