        Glass첨가에 의한 BaO-Nd<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>-TiO<sub>2</sub>계 세라믹스의 저온소결과 마이크로파 유전특성

        BaO-Nd$_2$O$_3$-TiO$_2$계 유전체 세라믹스에 유리를 첨가하여 저온소결특성과 마이크로파 유전특성을 조사하였다. 알칼리가 첨가된 lithium borosilicate계 유리 프릿을 10~30wt% 범위로 첨가함으로서 소결온도를 130$0^{\circ}C$에서 100$0^{\circ}C$로 낮추었으며, 95% 이상의 상대밀도를 갖는 소결체를 얻을 수 있었다. 유리의 첨가량이 l0wt% 이상으로 증가함에 따라 결정상의 변화가 뚜렷이 나타났고 이에 따라 밀도 및 전기적 특성이 크게 변화하였다 l0wt%의 유리 프릿을 첨가하여 100$0^{\circ}C$에서 소결한 경우 유전율($\varepsilon$$_{r}$) 65 및 품질계수(Qxf) 2800GHz의 특성을 얻을 수 있었다. The effect of glass addition on the low-temperature sintering and microwave dielectric properties in $BaO-Nd_2O_3-TiO_2$ dielectric ceramics were studied. When 10~30 wt% of alkali lithium borosilicate glass was added, the sintering temperature decreases from $1300^{\circ}C$;to;1000^{\circ}C$ and the relative density more than 95% was obtained. When the added amount of glass increased above 10 wt%, the density as well as dielectric properties changed, which was attributed to the second phase formation. When the sample was sintered at 100$0^{\circ}C$ with l0wt% of glass, the dielectric properties of $Qxf_o{ge}2800,;{varepsilon}_r{ge}65;and;{ au_f=+55 ppm/^{\circ}C$ were obtained.

        In modern society, the human average life span has been prolonged due to medical benefits and changes in society, which results in the rapid and world -wide increase in the population of elderly. Consequently, the field of nursing science, as well as the field of many other discipline, has shown increasing interests in issues on the elderly. In addition, to improve the quality of life for elderiy people a great deal of effort has been made. The purpose of our study is to analyze the correlation between family support and quality of life in order to develop basic data for nursing interventions to maintain life satisfaction of the elderly. The sample consists of 108 subjects residing at home whose ages are over 65 years old. The data has been collected, from November 11, 1996 to November 23, 1996, through interviewing the elderly using a questionnarie. For the family supoort we used two: 1) the 5 - point Likert scale questionnarie developed by Gallo and Warren (Family support I) and 2) the 5-point Likert scale developed by H. S. Kang(Family support II), and for the quality of life we used the 3 - point likert scale questionnarie developed by Choi, Young Hee. For data analysis we used percentages, means, Pearson Correlation Coefficient and ANOVA. The results of our study are as follows: 1. For perceived family support I & II, the minimum score is 12 & 19, the maximum score is 32 & 46, the mean score is 24.49 & 34.90, respectively. 2. For Quality of life, the minimum score is 13, the maximum score is 39, the mean score is 28.61. 3. there is a very strong correlation between the perceived family support of the subjects and Quality of life (for I r=0.35047, p<.001 and for II r= 0.60558, p<.001). 4. The relationship between the general characteristics of the elderly and our two variables. family support and Quality of life, is as follows: 1) According to age(for II F=5.32, p<.01), the amount of monthly pocket money(for II F= 3.52, p<.05), inmate(for I F=2.93, p<.05, for II F=2.84, p<.05), economics(for I F=8.99, p<.01. for II F=7.51. p<.01), supporter(for I F=4.01. p<.01. for II F=3.43, p<.01), there is a statistically significant difference in family support. 2) According to the amount of monthly pocket money(F=6.69, p<.01), inmate(F=2.24, p<.05), economics(F=15.38, p<.01), there is a statistically significant difference in Quality of life. In conclusion, it can be said that the family support is an important variable to the Quality of the elderly life.

        LTCC RF 모듈용 $BaO-Nd_2O_3-TiO_2$계 세라믹스의 저온소결 및 마이크로파 유전특성

        The effects of glass addition on the low-temperature sintering and microwave dielectric properties of $BaO-Nd_2O_3-TiO_2$ dielectric ceramics were studied. When 10∼13 wt% of lithium borosilicate glass was added, the sintering temperature decreased from 130$0^{\circ}C$to 850-$900^{\circ}C$relative density of more than 97% was obtained. When the sample was sintered at $850^{\circ}C$ with 10 wt% of glass, the dielectric properties of $\epsilon_r{\ge}54$, $Q{\times}f_0{\ge}2300$, and $\tau_f{\ge}+8ppm/^{\circ}C$ were obtained. $BaO-Nd_2O_3-TiO_2$계 유전체 세라믹스에 lithium borosilicate계 유리를 첨가하여 저온소결특성과 마이크로파 유전특성을 조사하였다. 유리 프릿을 10∼l3 wt%의 범위로 첨가함으로서 순수한 $BaO-Nd_2O_3-TiO_2$계 세라믹스의 소결온도($1300^{\circ}C$)보다 현저히 낮은 850∼$900^{\circ}C$의 온도범위에서 상대밀도 97%이상의 소결체를 얻을 수 있었다. 10 wt%의 유리 프릿을 첨가함으로서 85$0^{\circ}C$의 소성온도에서 유전율($\epsilon_r$)54 및 품질계수($Q{\times}f$)2400 GHz그리고 공진주파수의 온도계수($\tau_f$)는 $+8ppm/^{\circ}C$으로서 우수한 유전 특성을 가지는 소결체를 얻을 수 있었다.

        노인이 인지하고 있는 건강의 가치신념에 관한 연구

        There is a increasingly growing emphasis on health promotion, disease prevention and optimum functioning for peaple including the chronically ill and disabled. According as the purpose of the nursing is the promotion of health, the value and belief of heal th within the nursing paradigm need to be defined in every culture. The paradigm components must be explored for meaning given by the aged in their traditional thought and philosophy, The problem addressed by this qualitative study was how the aged recognize value and belief of health, which contribute to the development of Korean nursing theory. Theoretical support for the study was from Leininger's cultural care theory and Korean philosophy and traditional oriented thought. Literature review refers to literature on the aged, health of the aged, and definition and meaning of general health concept. Grounded theory methodology guied the research methodology and analysis to build a substantive theory. The informants were 119 from a variety of social levels and family patterns; traditionally the aged are responsible for the health. The concentrated interviewing period was from may to june, 1995 ; the interviews were done by the researcher with two supporter and most were recorded on audio tape. Result from analysis of base datas follows; The value and belief of health that emerged from the categories and properties were the physical stability, the stability of mind, the stability of mind and body, the smoothness (harmony) of body function, the family concord, and the perfection of self. These values and beliefs of health are affected by the cosmic dual forces thought is based on the Great Absolute, family principle of confucian scholar, and Buddism. Among the values and beliefs of health, family concord is found out Korean culture peculiarities. These values and beliefs are all integrated into the idea of health. The study provided implications for nursing theory research, education, and practice change and development.

        (Mg<sub>0.93</sub>Ca<sub>0.07</sub>)TiO<sub>3</sub> 세라믹스의 저온소결과 마이크로파 유전특성

        (M $g_{0.93}$C $a_{0.07}$)Ti $O_3$마이크로파 유전체 세라믹스에 alumine borosilicate계 유리를 5~30wt% 첨가하여 저온소결 특성과 마이크로파 유전 특성을 조사하였다. (M $g_{0.93}$C $a_{0.07}$)Ti $O_3$에 alumine borosilicate계 유리를 첨가함으로서 소결온도를 135$0^{\circ}C$에서 95$0^{\circ}C$로 낮추었으며, 유리의 첨가량이 증가함에 따라 소결밀도의 증가 및 입성장이 뚜렷이 나타났고 20~30wt%의 유리가 첨가된 영역에서는 95%의 상대밀도를 갖는 소결체를 얻을 수 있었다. (M $g_{0.93}$C $a_{0.07}$)Ti $O_3$에 20wt%의 alumino boiosilicate계 유리를 첨가함으로서 95$0^{\circ}C$에서 유전율($\varepsilon$$_{r}$)은 15~16, 품질계수(Q$\times$f)는 8000이었으며, 이때 공진주파수의 온도 계수($ au$$_{cf}$ )는 -45 ppm/$^{\circ}C$을 나타내었다. The effects of alumine borosilicate glass composition on the densification and the microwave properties of (M $g_{0.93}$C $a_{0.07}$)Ti $O_3$ ceramics were studied. As the amount of glass increase, the density of ceramics increases and grain growth enhances. When 20 ~30 wt% of glass added, it was densified to over 95% of (M $g_{0.93}$C $a_{0.07}$)Ti $O_3$ theoretical density. (M $g_{0.93}$C $a_{0.07}$)Ti $O_3$ ceramic sintered at 95$0^{\circ}C$ exhibits dielectric constants of 15~16, quality factor of 8000 and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency of -45 ppm/$^{\circ}C$ by adding 20 wt% alumine borosilicate glass.

      • 열교환기의 fin 높이에 따른 수치적 성능 연구

        한국형발사체 액체추진기관의 열교환기는 가압제 저장탱크로부터 토출되는 고압/극저온 헬륨가스를 고온으로 열팽창시키기 위해 가스발생기에서 연소된 고압/고열의 연소가스를 이용하여 고온으로 팽창하게 된다. 따라서 열교환기는 터빈을 구동시키고 나오는 배기덕트 후단에 위치하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 열교환기의 성능해석을 위해 열교환기 내부 벽면의 Fin 높이를 변화시켜가며 열전달 해석을 수행하였다. 이때 열교환기의 열교환이 발생하는 Fin 부분을 2구역으로 나누고, Fin 높이를 8mm-8mm와 9mm-9mm로 변경한 모델을 이용하였다. 열교환기의 해석을 수행한 결과 Fin 높이 9mm-9mm에서 입구와 출구에서의 정온도 차이가 큰 것으로 보아 열교환이 더 잘 일어난다고 판단했다. The heat exchanger of a Korean projectile liquid propulsion system uses the high-pressure combustion gas burned by the gas generator for thermal expansion of the high-pressure and cryogenic helium gas discharged from the pressurized heat storage tank. Therefore, the heat exchanger is located at the end of the exhaust duct running the turbine. In this study, the heat transfer analysis was performed by varying the height of the pin on the inside wall of the heat exchanger for performance analysis. The heat exchanger was divided into two sections, and changed the pin heights to 8 mm-8 mm and 9 mm-9 mm. As result of the analysis of the heat exchanger, the difference of static temperature between the entrance and the exit at the Fin-Height of 9 mm-9 mm indicates that the heat exchange is more likely to occur.

      • Rib Type 열교환기의 열교환 효율 향상을 위한 Fin 형상 연구

        한국형발사체 1단 터빈배기부에 위치한 열교환기는 액체 산화제탱크 내부에 설치된 구형탱크에 저장된 극저온/고압 상태의 헬륨을 열교환기를 통하여 고온으로 팽창시키는 역할을 한다. 본 연구에서는 추진제탱크 가압에 사용되는 Rib type 열교환기의 열교환 효율을 증가시키기 위하여 열교환기 내부 Fin 구조물의 형상 변화에 따라 열교환 특성이 어떻게 변화되는지를 알기 위하여 수치해석을 진행하였다. 유동해석 결과 열교환 효율을 향상시키기 위한 가장 효과적인 방법은 Fin 사이에 유체가 흐를 수 있는 면적을 증가시키고 난류 유동을 유발시키는 것이 효율적인 것임을 파악하였다. 또한, Fin 표면에 톱니 형태를 추가할 경우 열전달 면적을 늘릴 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 경계층 구조에 변화를 줄 수 있음으로서 Fin 사이에 쌓인 soot가 제거될 것으로 사료된다. The heat exchanger located behind the exhaust duct of the gas generator of KSLV-Ⅱ expands the cryogenic / high pressure helium to high temperature. In this study, to improve the heat exchange efficiency of the Rib type heat exchanger used in KSLV-Ⅱ, numerical analysis of the heat exchange characteristics according to the shape change of the Fin structure inside the heat exchanger was understood. As a result, it was found that the most effective method for improving the heat exchange efficiency is to make a space for flowing the fluid between the Fins. In addition, adding a wedge shape to the Fin surface can not only increase the heat transfer area but also change the boundary layer structure. It is considered that the soot accumulated between the fins is removed.
