        정적연소기에서 점화장치가 열발생률과 잘량연소율에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The initial flame kernel development and flame propagation in a constant volume combustion chamber is analyzed by the heat release rate and the mass fraction burnt. The combustion pressure is measured with a piezoelectric type pressure sensor. In order to evaluate the effects of ignition system and ignition energy on the flame propagation, four different ignition systems are designed and tested, and the ignition energy is varied by the dwell time. Several different spark plugs are also tested and examined to analysis the effects of electrodes on flame kernel development. The results show that the when the dwell time is increased, and when the spark plug gap is extended, heat release rate and the mass burnt fraction are increased. The materials and shapes of electrodes affect the flame development, because they change the energy transfer efficiency from electrical energy to chemical energy. The diameter of electrodes influences not only the heat release rate but also the mass burnt fraction as well.

        가시화를 이용한 정적연소기에서 점화장치가 화염전파에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        A visualization study using the schlieren method is adopted in an optically-accessible, cylindrical constant volume combustion chamber to identify the mechanism of ignition energy and ignition system interaction in spark ignited, lean gasoline-air mixture. In order to research the effects of ignition system on flame propagation, two kinds of ignition system are designed, and several kinds of spark plugs are tested and evaluated. To control the discharge energy, the dwell time is varied. The initial flame development is quantified in terms of 2-D images which provides information about the projected flame area and development velocity as a function of ignition system and discharge energy. The results show that high ignition energy and extended spark plug gap can shorten the combustion duration in lean mixtures. The material, diameter and configuration of electrodes the flame development by changing the transfer efficiency from electrical energy to chemical energy and discharge energy. However these factors do not affect of flame development as much a ignition energy or extended gap does.

        남한 미기록종 호리바수염반날개와 배구멍바수염반날개

        남한 미기록종인 Blepharhymenus koreanus Pa$\acute{s}$nik (호리바수염반날개) (신칭)과 Tachyusa wei Pace (배구멍바수염반날개)(신칭)을 처음으로 기록한다. 두 종에 대한 성충의 사진, 재기재 및 주요 형질에 대한 그림을 함께 제시한다. Blepharhymenus koreanus Pa$\acute{s}$nik and Tachyusa wei Pace are recorded for the first time in South Korea. Habitus photographs, redescriptions and illustrations of diagnostic characters are provided.

        최근 국내외에서는 ICT 기술의 발달로 인해 철도 인프라의 효율적 관리 및 안전성 향상에 적용하기 위한 다양한 형태의 과제와 연구가 활발히 진행 중이다. 현재 국내에서는 철도차량의 부품을 체계적으로 관리하여 차량 운용의 안전성 및 유지보수 효율성을 향상시키고자 RFID 시스템을 활용한 부품관리시스템을 개발 중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 RFID 시스템이 적용될 전동차의 부품관리시스템 구축을 위하여 특수한 운영환경에 있는 전동차 부품의 운용 및 유지보수 환경을 분석하여 RFID Hardware가 갖추어야 할 요구사항을 고찰하고자 한다. In order to efficiently manage and improve safety of railway infrastructure, many projects and research activities applied Information & Communication Technology have recently been processing. Currently, RFID system based parts management system is being developed to improve vehicle safety and maintenance efficiency in the country This Paper analyzes the condition of operation and maintenance for EMU under special surroundings and derives the requirements that RFID Hardware shall have.

      • 포켓 슬라이딩 전기식 출입문 유지보수 향상을 위한 에이징 시스템 연구 개발

        서울메트로 VVVF 전동차 전기식 출입문 시스템은 포켓 슬라이딩(pocket sliding) 방식이며 DCU(Door Control Uint)가 각각 장착되어 측출입문(Side Door)과 객실통로문(End Door)을 제어한다. 본선 영업운행 중 DCU에 발생되는 단발성 불량에 대한, 점검장치 미비로 신뢰성 있는 유지보수에 어려움이 많았다. 본 연구에서는 승객의 안전이 가장 우선 시 되어야 하는 승/하차 접점 내 출입문에 발생하는 노화경화특성(age-hardening characteristic)인 단발성 불량에 대한 점검 및 수리가 가능한 출입문 에이징(Aging) 시험기를 연구 개발하였다. Electric door system of VVVF EMU(Electric Multiple Unit) by operated in Seoul Metro is sliding pocket type. Electric doors are respectively equipped with DCU(Door Control Unit), and the DCU controls the side door & the end door. There are difficulty for reliable maintaining due to the lack of inspection equipment for solitary defect that occurred at DCU during business operation. In this study, we developed aging tester that inspects and repairs temporarily defect that occurs with aging hardening characteristics at the door where the passenger safety should be top priority.

        전동차 출입문은 운전실의 출입문스위치에 의해 선택되어진 좌측 또는 우측 출입문의 전량이 상부에 설치된 도어엔진의 구동으로 동시 개폐된다. 출입문 장치는 전동차 안전운행 뿐만 아니라, 사용횟수가 많고 승객서비스에 밀접한 관계가 있으므로, 점검 및 유지보수가 특히 중요하다. 기존의 전동차 중정비 시 1편성 당 80개의 공기식 출입문의 도어엔진을 개별 수작업으로 수선하였으나, 본 연구에서는 효율적인 유지보수를 위해 일체화된 도어엔진 쿠션실린더 작업대와 정밀한 기계작업용 지그들을 설계·제작하여 사용하였다. 개선된 정비방식으로 부품의 품질을 향상시켜 운전 장애를 사전 방지토록 하였으며, 작업자의 근골격계 질환 예방 및 작업환경을 개선함으로써 정비업무의 효율성을 극대화하였다. Entrance doors which are selected by a door switch in driver's cabin are simultaneously opened or closed by door engine. Door system is frequently used and closely related to not only safety but also customer service therefore maintenance is especially important. When existing overhaul was performed, composed eighty pneumatic door engines per one unit were repaired by hand but in this study, the integrated cushioning cylinder of the door engine workbench and the precision jigs for repairs are designed and made to use. It improved parts quality to prevent workers from driving errors and musculoskeletal disorders with advanced maintenance and maximize the maintenance efficiency in working environment.

        희박연소기관에서 고점화 에너지에 의한 기관 성능 향상에 관한 연구

        Low HC and NOx emissions, and good fuel economy are obtainable at very lean mixture combustion. However, unstable operation caused by misfire and erratic combustion prevents spark ignition engines from being operated in the very lean condition. These are known to originate during the initial stage of combustion from the time of breakdown which can be influenced by the ignition process.<br/> These cyclic variation might be reduced, chemically, by increasing the laminar burning velocity, for instance by using rich mixture or by reducing the exhaust residual mass fraction or by changing the fuel. However, in practice these options do not really exist for reasons of fuel economy and acceptable exhaust emissions: moreover engines have to use normally acceptable fuels.<br/> The other well established way of improving this early phase of combustion is through the ignition process, for instance by increasing the energy of the conventional spark.<br/> Therefore, a study has been undertaken with the specially designed inductive coil ignition system to determine whether the higher ignition energy is beneficial in stabilizing the engine operating condition near the Lean Misfire Limit and extending the Lean Misfire Limit. The result of the study is that the higher ignition energy improves the engine stability and fuel consumption rate, and reduces BSHC.<br/>

        영상에서 convolutional denoising autoencoder 모형을 이용한 영상복원

        디지털 영상은 획득, 전송, 처리하는 과정에서 다양한 잡음 (noise)에 의해 훼손되어 이에 따른 영상 복원 (image restoration)의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 지금까지 영상에서 잡음을 제거하는 방법은 특정분포 하에서 설계된 고유한 필터를 사용하였는데 이 경우 분포의 특성을 만족하지 않는 경우 성능이 현저히 떨어지는 영향이 있다. 본 논문에서는 딥러닝의 convolutional denoising autoencoder (CDAE) 모형을 이용하여 잡음을 제거하고자 한다. CDAE 모형은 CNN (convolutional neural network) 모형과 DAE (denoising autoencoder) 모형의 결합 형태로서 영상의 잡음 분포에 관계없이 적용 가능한 방법이다. 본 논문에서 제안된 CDAE 모형을 평가하기 위해 다양한 잡음 즉, 가우시안 잡음 (gaussian noise), 임펄스 잡음 (impulse noise) 그리고 스펙클 잡음 (speckle noise) 에 의해 훼손된 영상을 고려하였으며, 성능실험결과, CDAE 모형은 기존의 CNN 모형 및 전통적인 필터 즉, Mean 필터, Median 필터 그리고 Lee 필터 보다 좋은 복원 영상을 낳았고 또한, PSNR (peak signal-to-noise ratio)와 MAE (mean absolute error) 면에서 좋은 수치를 보였다. Digital images have been compromised by various noise in the process of acquisition, transmission and processing, resulting in the need for image restoration. Until now, methods of removing noise from images have used unique filters designed under certain distributions, which tend to be significantly less effective if the characteristics of the distribution are not met. In this paper, we are going to use the convolutional denoising autoencoder (CDAE) model of deep learning to eliminate noise. The CDAE model is a combination of the CNN (convolutional neural network) model and the DAE (denoising autoencoder) model, which is an applicable method regardless of the noise distribution of images. In order to evaluate the CDAE model proposed in this paper, we considered images damaged by various noises, Gaussian noise, impulse noise and speckle noise. We compared our CDAE model with CNN and traditional filters such as Mean filter, Median filter and Lee filter. Experimental results on several images show that the CDAE model yields significantly superior image quality and better PSNR (peak signal-to- noise ratio) and MAE (mean absolute error).

        Preparation and Properties of New Di-N-alkylated 14-Membered Tetraaza Macrocycles and Their Nickel(II) and Copper(II) Complexes

        New 14-membered tetraaza macrocycles 1,8-diallyl-3,5,7,7,10,12,14,14-octamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane $(L^2)$ and 1,8-bis(n-propyl)-3,5,7,7,10,12,14,14-octamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane $(L^3)$ have been prepared by direct react ion of 2,5,5,7,9,12,12,14-octamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane $(L^1)with$ allyl bromide or n-propyl bromide. The nickel(II) and copper(II) complexes of $L^2andL^3have$ been prepared. The macrocycles show high copper(II) selectivity against nickel(II) ion in methanol solutions containing water. The wavelengths (ca. 505 nm) of the d-d bands for the nickel(II) complexes are extraordinarily longer than those for the complexes of $L^1and$ other related di-N-alkylated 14-membered tetraaza macrocycles. Crystal structure of $[NiL^2](ClO4)_2$ shows that the average Ni-N bond distance $(1.992\AA)$ of the complex is distinctly longer than those of other related nickel(II) complexes. Effects of the N- and C-substituents on the properties of the macrocyclic compounds are discussed.
