In order to develop an active suspension for 6-wheeled vehicle, control simulations are carried out in this paper. The vehicle has 6 wheels with type of trailing arm suspension. Vehicle model is built using a multi-body dynamics simulation software. Based on this model, we connect Matlab/Simulink - a computer-aided control system design tool - to this model, making a co-simulation system. Sky-hook damping control and near constant force suspension control are used as main control strategies. Under single bump road profile, we compare the performances of these two algorithms. Furthermore, required maximum torque, rpm, and power under the road profiles are calculated using control simulation results.
반능동 헌수장치의 실시간 시뮬레이션용 궤도차량 모델 개발

In this study, a real-time simulation model was developed for tracked vehicles with in-arm type semi-active hydro-pneumatic suspension unit using MATLAB S-functions. Since the vehicle model uses relative coordinates and massless link elements, the developed model has an enhanced analytic time performance. Through the comparison of simulation results with multi-body software(DADS), the vehicle model is verificd.<br/> A controller using on-off skyhook control algorithm is designed with the pilot-controlled proportional valve based on conventional damper characteristics. Exploiting the developed tracked vehicle model with other subsystem model such as a controller model, a suspension unit model, and a test road model, computer simulations are carried out. Control simulation results with the developed tracked vehicle model show that the semi-active suspension control system has a better performance than the conventional suspension system.

In this paper, an ECU-in-the-loop simulation system is const겨cted in order to verify the performance of a semi-active suspension controller for tracked vehicles. This system consists of a real-time vehicle simulation model based on multi-body dynamics formulation, semi-active in-arm suspension unit model, real-time simulation hardware where the simulation model is downloaded, and prototype ECU hardware and software which adopt the skyhook control algorithm to improve the vehicle motion especially in cross-country driving. Real-time hardware-in-the-loop simulation results show the control functions in ECU has a proper performance.<br/> <br/>

Graphite epoxy composite material (GECM) shows high specific strength and its application in the aerospace industry is gradually increasing. However, its application would induce galvanic corrosion between GECM and metallic materials. This work focused on the effects of anodizing and thermal oxidation on galvanic corrosion in a 3.5% NaCl solution between GECM and aluminium and titanium. In the case of anodized aluminium, galvanic corrosion resistance to the GECM was greatly improved by the anodizing treatment regardless of area ratio. In the case of anodized titanium, the anodizing by a formation voltage of 50V increased corrosion resistance of titanium in galvanic tests. Thermal oxidation of titanium also improved corrosion resistance of Ti to GECM.

기생충 감염이 거의 없는 최근, 저자들은 5세 여아에서 소아에서는 드문 광절열두조충 감염을 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이며, 생선회의 소비가 급증하고 쉽게 사먹을 수 있는 시장의 형성으로 환자의 증가가 예상되어 전국민적인 보건교육과 함께 비특이적 소화기 증상을 가진 환아에 대한 소아과 의사들의 자세한 문진과 의심이 요구된다고 본다. We experienced one rare case of Diphyllobothrium latum infection in childhood. It was proved by collection of worm after praziquantel treatment. Human diphyllobothriasis is chiefly caused through eating raw or unproperly cooked fish such as trout or salmon. This case was a 5-year old girl residing in Seoul, from whom a kind of pseudophyllidean tapeworm was detected in the feces. She would often eat sushi(raw fish) and had abdominal pain, but not revealed any sign of anemia. Obtained chain of worm segments that sized $0.25{\times}1.25cm$ was compatible with D. latum. Including the present 31 cases, total number of human D. latum infections proven by worms in Korea becomes 32 cases, and total number of child D. latum infections proven by worms in Korea becomes 4 cases.

This paper describes the real time simulation environment in order to develop and verify the power control algorithm for a hybrid fuel cell vehicle. All power systems involving VCU(vehicle control unit) are applied as a real hardware. On the other hand, the driver model and the longitudinal vehicle dynamics model are applied as a software. The driving load of vehicle obtained from the longitudinal dynamics is implemented by dynamometer.<br/> For carrying out Hardware-in-the-loop simulation test, the standard driving cycle applies FUDS(Federal Urban Driving Schedule) cycle and the power control algorithm of fuel cell system applies thermostat type and power follower type. From that, the fuel economy of both 10kw fuel cell and 25kw fuel cell is compared.

This paper discusses the dynamic parameter analysis of In-arm type hydro-pneumatic Suspension Unit (lSU) and simulation of dynamic behavior of the tracked vehicle to which the ISU will be applied. The dynamic characteristics of the ISU were found through the multi body dynamic analysis of the composing parts. The nonlinear properties of the high pressure nitrogen spring and fluid damper were considered in the analysis. On the basis of the dynamic parameters of the ISU, 2 dimensional model of the tracked vehicle system was developed and its dynamic behaviors were simulated. The multi-body dynamic analysis of the vehicle systems was also performed by DADS and the results show good agreement to those of the 2 dimensional model analysis.

For reliable real-time interaction in a camera-tracked laser pointer system, a new idea is proposed and its feasibility is tested in this paper. In order to improve response time in the system and remove useless visual overload, the function of a laser pointer in the system is divided, the Region of Functional Interest is defined and subsequently its new interactions are introduced. Finally the experiments to measure reliability, accuracy, latency and usability are conducted and the results are presented. 본 논문에서 카메라 추적 기반 레이저 포인터 시스템의 실시간 상호작용을 개선하기 위해 새로운 아이디어를 제시하고 그에 대한 타당성을 분석한다. 영상정보에 기반한 해당 시스템의 반응시간을 향상시키고, 청중에게 성가신 시각정보의 남용을 방지하기 위하여 레이저 포인터의 기능을 이원화 하였다. 이를 위해 기능성 관심 영역을 정의하고 이에 따른 새로운 상호작용을 소개하였다. 끝으로 위 아이디어에 기반한 시스템의 성능을 점검하는 실험을 진행 하여 신뢰도, 정확도, 잠복기 및 유용도 측면에서 성능을 측정하였다.

In laser welding, automatic seam tracking is important to adjust the laser head position in real time as it moves along the seam. Also if the joint gap is occurred, filling the missing material into the joint gap is necessary to prevent welding defects and bad welding quality. In general, the joint gap width is not constant along the seam due to a variety of reason. So it is essential to control the filler wire speed into the joint gap to acquire good welding quality. This paper describes an intelligent filler wire feeding device which can control 3-dimensional seam tracking and the filler wire speed by measuring the gap position and the joint gap width in laser welding. We call this device as Smart Micro Control system(SMC). To achieve this objective, we assessed weld quality in 2㎜ sheets of Al606l which had various gap width by using the developed device. From the experimental results, It was found the possibility that the developed device could be used in welding various 3-dimensional structures.
