이단하소에 의해 제조된 PNN-PZ-PN 세라믹의 압전 및 유전특성

In the fields of the optics, precise machine, semiconductors, the micro-positioning actuators are required for the control of position in submicron range. PNN-PZN-PZT cermics were fabricated with various mole ratio of the PZT[Pb(Zr½ Ti½)O₃] PNN[Pb(Ni⅓Nb⅔)O₃]and PZN[Pb(Zn⅓Nb⅔)O₃]powders prepared by double calcination and PZT powders prepared by molten-salt synthesis method. The formation rate of perovskite phase in PNN-PZN-PZT ceramics could be obtained about 92% at PZT 0.3 mole ratio. The relative permittivity of specimen with PZT 0.3 mole ratio was shown 5,320 and appeared the relaxor ferroelectric feature. The maximum piezoelectric coefficient d₃₁to be used for evaluation the displacement of piezoceramics in PNN-PZN-PZT ceramics was 324×10¹²(C/V) at the vicinity of morphotropic phase boundary and was larger than that of solid PZT ceramics(120×10-¹²C/V).
二酸化티탄 粒徑이 티탄酸바리움 壓電 磁器의 制作에 미치는 영향

The BaTiO₃ Ceramic are used for piezoceramic materials. In this paper, I studied the influence of TiO₂ gram size on the manufacturing process of the BaTiO₃ piezoceramics and annex effect. On the results of X-Ray Diffraction and Scanning Electron Micrographs for TiO₂ grain diameter under the condition of calcination temperature 1000(℃), I was found that the ratio of BaTiO₃/Ba₂TiO₄ in TiO₂(A) case was bigger that TiO₂(B) case. When the CaTiO₃(10㏖%) was added to pure BaTiO₃, Curie temperature transfered from 120(℃) to 90(℃). Therefore It'll be expect to improve the stability of the relative dielectric constant at room temperature and sintering temperature was fallen down the order of 100(℃).

In this study, the ferrite/rubber composite microwave absorbers mixed Ni-Zn ferrite and Ni₂Y ferroxplanna were prepared in order to control matching condition. The variation of the material constants(ε*, μ*) and microwave absorbing characteristics were investigated with various ferrite mixing ratio. The material constants of ferrite/rubber composite microwave absorber could be controlled by variation ferrite mixing ratio.
최적 연료주입 모델 추종형 ${\mu}-$합성 제어기의 설계에 관한 연구

In this paper, we design an optimal model following ${\mu}-$synthesis control system for fuel-injection of diesel engine which has robust performance and satisfactory command tracking performance in spite of uncertainties of the system. To do this, we give gain and dynamics parameters to the weighting functions and apply genetic algorithm with reference model to the optimal determination of the weighting functions that are given by the D-K iteration method which can design ${\mu}-$synthesis controller in the state space. These weighting functions are optimized simultaneously in the search domain which guarantees the robust performance of the system. The ${\mu}-$synthesis control system for fuel-injection designed by the above method has not only the robust performance but also a better command tracking performance than those of the ${\mu}-$synthesis control system designed by trial-and-error method. The effectiveness of this ${\mu}-$synthesis control system for fuel-injection is verified by computer simulation.
