        장애인 편의시설을 고려한 보편적 건축계획의 기본개념에 관한 연구

        This paper try to provide basic and universal concept of the architectural planning for the barrier-free environment. To accomplish this purpose this study has analyzed inductively the architectural requirements for all kinds of people with disabilities. The Analysis showed a safety, and accessibility and a distinguishment as the concept of architectural planning for the people with disabilities. Based on the findings of the study have been researched the general cases done for the barrier-free architectural environment As the result, it has been proved that the design concept for the disabled person should be regarded as the basic concept of the general architectural planning.

        학교건축의 유니버설디자인 적용에 관한 연구

        Purpose: The concept of the Barrier-Free Design has steadily expanded into a basic principle of design, which can provide safe and convenient lives not only limited to the disables, elders, and pregnant women, but also to all members of the society. This is what we now know as the Universal Design. In other words, Barrier-Free Design for all is Architectural Approach of Universal Design. Thus, as a future-oriented alternative to school facilities according to social change, this study suggests basic direction of school building planning and concept of universal design considering school facilities characteristics. Methods: The characteristics of school facilities are understood from the perspective of Universal Design. In addition, a survey is conducted to identify the current state of school facilities. Result: Findings from this study are as follows. First, Universal Design of School Building is an integrated characteristic. Integration is intended to create and manage an integrated environment instead of an individual and one-time approach to installation and maintenance of convenience facilities. Second, It is a flexible characteristic to be sustainable. In other words, they aim to be selectable to respond to change. Third, It is a characteristic of accumulation of outstanding cases. This means that not only individual schools but also entire school spaces will be applied to Universal Design to form a virtuous circle of environment improvement. Implications: The results of this study may serve as a basic concept in the design of school buildings.

      • Drosophila melanogaster Meigen 人工集團內의 두 Allozyme 座位에서의 頻度依存選擇에 관한 硏究

        In D. melanogaster, evidence of frequency-dependent selection has been observed at two loci Adh and α-Gpd. From the both loci the gene frequency changes were carried out between inversion free genotypes at two gene frequency levels (F alleles=20%, 80%). Allele frequency changes were recorded for a period of 11 generations. Genes at both Adh and α-Gpd loci second chromosome were scored by agarose electrophoresis. When homozygote (either FF or SS) was persent in low frequency(20%), its fitness was enhanced, but when the frequency is high(80%, its fitness was reduced. This may idea to a stable polymorism because a generation increases as its frequency decreases. The allelic frequency of Adh approached an equilibrium after 11 generations, converging toward the frequency (case A_1=76%, cage A_2=69%). However, the possibility remains that Adh alleles in nature are associated with alleles at closely linked loci. If linkage disequilbrium is present in the experiments because it exists in nature, then observed effects (frequency-dependent selection) would affect the Adh locus in nature as well. The frequency of α-Gpd approached an equilibrium, converging toward the frequency (cage B_1=40%, cage B_2=33%).

        동물(動物)에 있어서 Yersinia속균(屬菌)의 분포(分布)와 특성(特性)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)

        This paper deals with the distribution of Yersinia spp. isolated from the feces or the cecal contents of 1,755 pigs, 558 cows, 428 pigs slaughtered, 271 dogs slaughtered and 91 deer during the period of March 1985 to February 1986. Isolated Yersinia spp. were examined for serotype, biotype and antibiotic susceptibility of Y. enterocolitica. The results were as follows; One hundred and fourty-three stains of Yersinia spp. were isolated from 141(4.5%) out of 3,103 animals examined and their isolates were identified as Y. enterocolitica(138 strains), Y. kristensenii (3 strains), Y. intermedia(1 strain) and Y. pseudotuberculosis(1 strain). Yersinia spp. were isolated from 122(7.0%) of 1,755 pigs in piggeries, 15(3.5%) of 428 pigs slaughtered and 4(1.5%) of 271 dogs slaughtered, but no Yersinia spp. were isolated from cows and deer. The isolation rate of Yersinia spp. in pigs ranged from 5.9~8.0% in piggeries, it was higher in summer and autumn and highest in fattening pigs groups(10.4%), especially. One hundred and thirty-eight Y. enterocolitica isolates belonged to serotype 0 : 3(95 strains), 0 : 8(13 strains), 0 : 5(7 strains), 0 : 9(6 strains), 0 : 1, 2(1 strain) and untypable(16 strains), among them strains of serotype 0 : 3 biotype 3B(91 strains) were predominant. Antibiotic susceptibility test of 138 isolates of Yersinia spp. was performed by the agar dilution method, using 8 antibiotics as follows: ampicillin(Am), chloramphenicol, kanamycin, nalidixic acid(Na), rifampicin(Rf), streptomycin, sulfadimethoxine(Su) and tetracycline. All the strains tested were susceptible to Rf and Na, but resistant to Su, and 136 strains(98.6%) were also resistant to Am.

      • 초등학교 통합교육을 위한 교육환경구성에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 장애학생과 비장애 학생의 통합교육을 시행하고 있는 초등학교를 대상으로 진행되었으며, 장애학생이 배치되어 공부하고 있는 초등학교의 일반 교실을 대상으로 전국 50개의 초등학교를 방문조사 하였다. 교사의 배치에 대한 실태조사를 통해 학교 건물배치 및 내부동선의 유형, 그리고 통합학급의 공간구성 등 건축계획적인 측면을 주요 분석대상으로 하였으며, 설문조사와 장애 학생의 행태조사를 통하여 통합교육 운영현황과 개선 요구도 등 통합교육 운영적인 측면을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 통합학교의 건축계획적 개선방안으로서 배치 및 내부동선, 통합학급의 단위평면을 기존의 공간규모 안에서 계획하여 현실성 있는 대안을 제시하였다. 또한, 이러한 결과를 종합하여 통합교육의 제도 및 운영에 관한 개선방향을 통합교육을 보다 실효성 있게 현실화 할 수 있는 관점에서 제시하였다. 이를 종합 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째,통합학교의 배치 및 동선계획은 대지입구에서부터 통일성 있는 공간으로 이루어져야 하며, 이동 동선을 최대한 짧게 계획하여야 한다. 둘째, 다목적으로 사용 가능한 개별학습공간의 요구가 높으며, 이는 장애학생뿐만 아니라 비장애 학생의 독서나 자습의 장소로 다양하게 활용될 수 있다. 셋째, 학급당 학생수를 15~20명 내외로 줄여 통합학급에 입급된 장애학생에게 충분한 활동 공간 확보 등 보다 쾌적한 공간에서 교육을 받을 수 있는 환경을 만들어 주어야 한다. 넷째, 장애학생과 비장애학생간의 사회적 상호관계를 위한 여러 가지 태도개선 프로그램이나 사회적 상호작용 촉진 프로그램 등과 같은,다양한 형태의 통합교육 및 장애 인식 개선활동이 필요하며, 이를 지원할 수 있는 제도적 지원이 요구된다.
