The purpose of this paper is to understand the key factors for efficient maintenance of rapidly aging facilities. Therefore, the safety inspection/diagnosis reports accumulated in the unstructured data were collected and preprocessed. Then, the analysis was performed using a text mining analysis method. The derived vulnerabilities of tunnel facilities can be used as elements of inspections that take into account the characteristics of individual facilities during regular inspections and daily inspections in the short term. In addition, if detailed specification information and other inspection results(safety, durability, and ease of use) are used for analysis, it provides a stepping stone for supporting preemptive maintenance decision-making in the long term.

변위 불협화를 통한 성부 간 박절적 불일치는 로베르트 슈만(Robert Alexander Schumann, 1810-1856)의 독특한 작곡기법의 하나로, 《유머레스크》(Humoreske, Op. 20)의 ‘내적 성부’ 섹션은 상이한 선율 간 그리고 ‘부정확한 유니즌’ 또는 ‘헤테로포니’라 불리는 동일한 선율 간의 박절적 불일치라는 특징을 지닌다. 이는 《유머레스크》의 작곡 직후인 1840년에 탄생할 많은 가곡에서 선보이게 될 위 두 가지 특징의 전조를 보여주는 듯하다. ‘내적 성부’의 의미, 그리고 피아노곡에서 가곡으로의 작곡기법적 연속성을 살펴보기 위해 본고에서는 슈만 《유머레스크》의 ‘내적 성부’ 섹션과 1840년 여러 가곡에 나타나는 공통점을 고찰한다. 이로써 《유머레스크》의 주선율로서 ‘들리지 않는 노래’가 이듬해 작곡된 가곡들을 통해 ‘들리는 노래’로 외면화되었음을 논의한다. The metrical dissonance between voices by displacement dissonance is one of Robert Schumann’s characteristic compositional techniques. The ‘Innere Stimme’ section of his Humoreske Op. 20 contains displacement dissonances between both different melodies and the same melodies, the latter of which is also called ‘Ungenaues Unisono’ or ‘Heterophony.’ This seems to be a precursor to the above two characteristics that will be presented in many of Schumann’s Lieder composed in 1840, shortly after the composition of Humoreske. In order to examine the meaning of ‘innere Stimme’ and the continuity of compositional technique from the piano piece to Lieder, this article compares the ‘innere Stimme’ section of Humoreske and various Lieder of 1840. It is also discussed that the ‘soundless song’ as the principal melody of ‘innere Stimme’ section is externalized as ‘audible songs’ in the Lieder composed the following year.
미술과 교육 실습 경험과 실천 과정에 대한자전적 내러티브 연구

본 연구는 미술과 교육 실습 경험과 실천 과정에 대한 자전적 내러티브 연구이다. 예비교사이자 미술교육을 연구하는 연구자로서 나는 ‘학교’라는 특정 교육현장에서 미술교육을 실천하였다. 이러한 개인의 경험을, 그를 둘러싼 문화와 집단, 사회의 맥락 속에서 파악하고, 실천 과정에서의 행위와 깨달음을 반성적으로 고찰하였다. 질적 연구 중 자전적 내러티브 연구방법을 사용한 본 연구는 첫째, 4주간의 미술과교육 실습의 경험 속에서 연구자가 사고하고 행동한 바를 기술, 둘째, 무엇을 중심으로 연구자의 행위와깨달음이 이루어졌으며 그것이 의미하는 바는 무엇인지 그 방향성을 점검, 셋째, 그를 바탕으로 무엇이미술교육다운 미술교육을 어렵게 하고 있는가에 대한 문제점 및 앞으로의 과제를 도출하는 기술-분석-해석의 단계로 구성되었다. 연구자의 경험과 실천 과정을 내러티브로 기술하고, 그것을 성찰적으로 재기술하는 과정은 연구자 개인이 미술교육 현장에서 직면하는 실천행위 및 갈등의 양상 뿐 아니라 그것에 복잡하고 긴밀히 얽혀있는 학교라는 공간, 나아가 그를 둘러싼 사회제도적 맥락을 함께 파악할 수 있도록 해 주었다. 따라서 본 연구는 미술교육 실천 과정의 단면을 구체적으로 들여다봄으로써 미술교육 현장의 실태및 그를 둘러싼 문제점과 과제를 미시적·거시적 차원에서 함께 고찰하는 데 그 중요성이 있다. This study examined an autobiographical narrative inquiry on pre-service art teacher`s teaching practice experience and reflection. As a pre-service teacher and a researcher studying art education, I practiced art education in a particular education filed, ``school``. It was conducted to analyze this individual experience in the context of culture, group and society surrounding it and reflectively considered behaviors and enlightenments in the practice process. This study employed an autobiographical narrative research method in qualitative research techniques and consists of three stages; description-analysis-interpretation as follows. The first stage was to describe the researcher`s thoughts and behaviors during the four-week teaching practice in art education. The second stage was to analyze what the researcher`s behaviors and enlightenments were focused on and what it meant. The third stage was to interpret the problems, which make it hard to provide true art education and to draw future tasks. Describing the researcher`s experience and practice process as a narrative and re-describing it reflectively helped in comprehending not only practice behaviors and conflicts to face in the field of art education but also school space that was complexly and closely connected to them and a social and institutional context surrounding it. Therefore, this study had significance by looking into the cross section of art education practice specifically and considering the current state and problems and tasks of art education from a microscopic and macroscopic standpoint.

Music in 20th-century, with the diminishing importance of tonality, has placed its emphasis rather on linearity and horizontality than on harmony and verticality. In terms of 20th-century counterpoint, therefore, we have some particular points to observe: first, the problems of insufficiency in vertical consideration, and of octave equivalence, and particularly, the fact of rising importance of parameters other than pitch, such as timbre, duration, articulation, ambitus, and octave range. Accordingly, in study of 20th-century counterpoint, there is a necessity for exploring these various parameters as a whole. Second, in examination of contrapuntal texture in 20th-century music, each proper method for individual composers or pieces is necessary, because 20th-century atonal music does not have a common pitch system or style of composition. To demonstrate an example, I have examined the contrapuntal texture of Anton Webern's Sechs Bagatellen for string quartet, op. 9, no. 5 into details. This is a piece for four instruments with homogeneous timbre, yet it shows subtle change of texture by means of sophisticated playing techniques, articulations, spacing, durations in a quintessential piece of musical aphorism.

This paper proposes a process to predict the maintenance cost for the aging urban infrastructure and to manage the facilities reasonably by establishing the budget execution plan based on prediction. It is anticipated that preemptive maintenance will be possible through this, and it will be expected that the average performance grade of the facility will be improved and the management cost will be reduced through longevity improvement.

In this study, the construction and maintenance procedures of the freeze damage mitigation method were proposed through analysis of current freeze damage status and related literature review. Considering the characteristics of the Gang-won area, it can be used for the construction guideline and maintenance manual of the freeze damage mitigation method to be developed.
