        호텔산학실습 참가자의 인식속성 차이 및 필요도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this paper is to analyze the difference of recognition attributes in Practical Trainee participated in Co-op Program and the necessity for participation of Co-op program. The data for this study were collected through the survey conducted to the students experienced Co-op Program in the major 3 hotels in Seoul. Total 282 out of 300 surveys were used for analysis by applying SPSS(15.0). To perform the study, IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) matrix was used and it presented issues happened from Hotel Co-op Program. In addition, IPA assisted this study utilized as a strategic marketing mix. According to the results of paired T-test, 9 out of 24 items regarding Co-op program, the difference of Importance and Performance reveled significant in 0.5% significant level. IPA matrix of cave visitors` shows us what needs to be kept up the good work, what needs to be concentrated here, what the low priority are, or what the possible overkill are. The most of the problems could be solved in actual situation, however, employment issues generated through Co-op Program are still in existence. Therefore a counter plan of this issue will be need for resolving the real problem in Co-op Program.

        호텔직원의 직무스트레스와 이직의도 간의 영향관계 - 제주지역을 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this study is to figure out a relationship between work stress and turnover intention of hotel staff in Jeju Island, South Korea and to provide the result of this study as a preliminary data for improvement of work environment and preparation for human resource management methods by setting demographic characteristics, work stress, experiences of turnover, and general characteristics as variables and figuring out the detail factor. The followings are three main results of the study. First, women had a higher intention to leave their job than men, single workers had a higher turnover intention than married workers, and non-regular workers had a higher turnover intention than regular workers. The second result represented that work environment ranked the most important work factor that has influence on the turnover intention of hotel staff followed by prospect, and work condition. Lastly, work environment and prospect had a significant influence on turnover intention of male workers, and work environment and communication were important factors of turnover intention of female workers. For non-regular workers, work environment and prospect were the most important factor of turnover intention, and for regular workers, work environment and work condition were the most significant factor of turnover intention. In addition, work environment, prospect, and work condition affect turnover intention of workers who had not changed their jobs. On the other hand, for workers who had changed their jobs, work environment was the only factor that affect turnover intention significantly.

        인공지능 기술(AI)의 도입에 따른 관광산업 직무대체수준 및 영향에 관한 탐색적 연구 - 대학생을 중심으로 -

        As the age of the fourth industrial revolution comes, automation technologies such as machine learning and artificial intelligence are affecting the profession of the tourism industry. Within the next 10 years, artificial intelligence technology is increasingly applied to various fields of the tourism industry. The more specific purpose of this study was to analyze the recognition of university students for job replacement level and influences of artificial intelligence. Data collection was carried on Oct, 2016 for 125 university students. As for the results of analysis, the possibility of substituting the artificial intelligence technology by occupation of tourism industry shows that tourist interpretation guides(61.8%) is the highest and casino dealers(53.2%), golf course caddies(53.2%) are also high. It also shows that the development of artificial intelligence technology is expected to be influential throughout the tourism sector in the near future, it is inevitable that a collaborative network both academia and industry sector should be established. especially, it is said that they should train artificial intelligence and big data experts in tourism field. Several academic and practical implications are suggested.

        코로나19 확산 이후 제주관광 수요 증가에 대한 지역주민 인식에 관한 연구 - 사회교환이론(Social Exchange Theory)의 적용 -

        Previous studies have been conducted on the responses and conflicts of residents related to tourism development, but there are not many studies on the responses of residents to tourism demand due to rapid changes in the tourism environment such as infectious diseases. Since the spread of Covid-19, tourism demand for the overseas travel has led to an increase in demand for domestic travel, especially for Jeju tourism. According to the Social Exchange Theory, people act by calculating the benefits and costs of the consequences of an action or choice. Despite the high antipathy to the increase in tourism demand as the Social Exchange Theory says, it is difficult to find policy alternatives due to insufficient research. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to examine the perception and satisfaction of local tourism operators/workers and residents after the spread of Covid-19 and to derive policy implications. According to the results of the study, Jeju residents' perception of tourists affects Jeju residents' satisfaction with tourists. In addition, there were differences in the positive and negative perceptions and satisfaction of Jeju Island's tourists, which Jeju residents recognize depending on whether they are engaged in the tourism sector.

        한류스타의 광고모델 속성으로 인한 기업이미지가 기업의 신뢰와 몰입도에 미치는 영향 - 일본인 방한객의 연령집단 간 비교분석 -

        This study attempted the influences of Hallyu Stars` attributes on benefits that a corporate can have such as corporate image, corporate credibility and corporate commitment. Interestingly, the results are assumed to be different according to age groups. Japanese tourists in their 20s perceived that celebrity`s reliability and expertise contributed to enhance-ment of the corporate image, whereas their perception of attractiveness on Hallyu Stars did not influence enhancement of corporate image. Furthermore, the corporate image pos-itively influenced marketing image of a company. The patterns were different from those of people in their 30s and 40s. Japanese tourists in their 30s strongly perceived reliability of Hallyu Stars and it contributed to a raise of corporate image. Meanwhile, people in their 40s or older highly perceived the stars` expertise and it was connected to enhancement of a corporate responsibility and assurance of investment. A variety of results shed insights on marketing implications.

        한류스타의 광고모델 속성이 기업이미지, 신뢰, 그리고 고객 충성도에 미치는 영향 분석을 통한 한류스타마케팅 필요성에 관한 연구

        This study assessed the effects of Japanese tourists` perceptions of advertising attributes of Hallyu celebrities` on developing company`s image, reliance, and customer loyalty. The survey was undertaken using respondents who visited Lotte Hotel & Resort in Seoul from August, 15 to September, 14 in 2008. A total of 520 questionnaires were collected and used for data analyses. Using Structural Equation Model(SEM) method, the following results were generated. First, it was concluded that `reliability` and `expertise` had statistically significant effects on creating the entire firms` image characteristics including `social responsibility`, `investor confidence`, and `marketing activities`. However, `attractiveness`, the other Hallyu celebrities` attribute, did not contribute any statistical significance to creating firm`s image. Second, it was revealed that the `social responsibility` as one of firm`s image attributes had the significant effect on creating firm`s reliance, while `investor confidence` and `marketing activities` did not show any influences. Third, it was discovered that the firm`s reliance had the significant effect on reinforcing customer loyalty. Fourth, it was found that the `social responsibility` as one of firm`s image attributes had the great influence on creating customer loyalty, whereas company`s reliance acted as a mediating variable between the variables.

        연구논문(硏究論文) : 감사인의 세무서비스 제공이 이익조정에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 감사인의 세무서비스 동시 제공이 기업의 이익조정에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 2006년부터 2011년까지의 감사인으로부터 제공받는 세무서비스를 대상으로 분석을 실시하였으며, 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 감사인의 세무서비스 제공과 기업의 재량적 발생액 간에 양(+)의 관련성을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는, 기존의 선행연구 결과인 감사인의 세무서비스 제공이 기업의 조세부담을 감소시킨다는 연구결과와 함께 비추어 볼 때, 경영자는 세무보고이익을 최소화하려는 전략을 수행하면서 회계이익의 극대화를 추구한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 감사인이 제공하는 세무서비스의 유형이 기업에 미치는 영향에 있어서 감사인이 제공하는 세무조정서비스만이 이익을 상향 조정시키고, 감사인이 제공하는 세무서비스는 상장시장별 유형에 따라 기업의 이익조정에 있어서 차별적으로 영향을 미침을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 기업의 외부정보이용자들에게 기업에 대한 투자 등의 의사결정을 하는데 있어서, 감사법인과 세무서비스 법인의 일치가 기업의 이익조정에 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 점을 발견하였다. 다음으로 감사인의 세무서비스 동시 제공이 이익조정에 미치는 영향을 검증한 본 연구의 결과는 기업이 회계이익에 대하여 공격적으로 기회주의적인 재무보고를 하는 동시에 조세부담을 낮추는 경우, 금융감독기관 및 과세기관 입장에서 이러한 기업들에 대하여 보다 주의 깊은 관찰이 필요하다는 점을 시사할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This study investigates the effects of tax services provided by auditors on firm’s earnings management. This study analyzes tax services received by listed Korean firms from 2006 to 2011 to examine the effects of tax services provided by auditors and the main findings are as follows. First, this study finds that manager pursues a strategy which tries to minimize the tax income and, at the same time, to maximize the accounting income. The result shows that the provision of tax services from an auditor reduces the tax burden of firm and has a significantly positive relationship with firm’s discretionary accruals. Second, among the different types of auditor-provided tax services, tax return service increases earnings management, In addition to these, this study finds that the auditor’s tax services have a different effect to earnings management for firms listed in different stock exchanges. Next, the implications of this study are as follows. First, the results of this study can provide the information to potential investors when they decide to invest in firms that the provision of audit service and tax service from the same auditor could affect to firm’s earnings management. Second, the results of this study which investigate the effects of auditor’s tax services to earnings management can provide a policy support that the Financial Supervisory Service and National Tax Service need a careful supervision for some firms which try to reduce the firm’s tax burden, together with aggressively opportunistic reporting in regard to firm’s accounting income.
