A spectral measurement system for reflection and transmission properties by using an optical fiber and an ellipsoidal mirror was newly developed. The hemispherical reflectance and transmittance spectra of several heating resisting ceramics materials were measured from visible to middle infrared region. The directional characteristics of reflection and transmission were also investigated in consideration of the absorptance. The measured data were analyzed by using a four flux model of radiation transfer, The radiation properties could be estimated by the obtained scattering and absorption coefficient spectra.<br/> <br/>

Infrared heating has been traditionally used in industrial applications for processes such as dehydration of food industrial. This heating method involves the application of radiation in the wavelength range of 2 to 50 micrometers. In this work, simultaneous heat balance equations were developed to simulate the infrared radiation heating of agricultural products. The equations assume that moisture diffuses to the outer boundaries of the material in liquid form and evaporation occurs at the surface of the agricultural products. Energy for moisture evaporation is supplied by the infrared radiant energy. The optimum temperature and drying time for the best drying conditions of changing the red peppers with the moisture content of 18% and the restore rate of 80 ~85% are 80℃ and 44 hours. The performance of radiation tubes coating with the radiation paint developed in this research has the energy of 2.27×103W/m<sup>2</sup>㎛, 150℃ within the scope of radiation wave length of 2~30/㎛ and has the radiation 0.92~0.93, which is superior to the general radiation tubes. The extinction coefficient according to the band pass filter using the 4 flux theory ha higher dependability on wave length, accounting for 2~17/㎛ and 5×105~106m-1. A comparison between the theoretical energy transfer whose figures are interpreted according to 4 flux theory and the experimental energy transfer of far infrared dryer leads to the findings of the agreement less than 5%.

After having granulated storage of far infrared rays bunch company macsumsuk powders of 0.1∼100㎛, the uniformity ratio mixed the pellet which was made after mixing 4∼80 percent by weight to income and expenditure constituents such as PE, PP, PVC, ABS, AS, the PS which were plastic raw materials, and having produced macsumsuk granule antibacterial plastic pellet (pellet) to a food preservation container, plastic film, a car seat, vinyl molded article raw materials and this study produced products and emitted far infrared rays by the surface of the plastic end product and cleaning, and showed an antibacterial effect. The macsumsuk granule antibacterial plastic is totally harmless to the human body, and 99.99% of sterilization serves and antibacterial with around 30 kinds of harmful bacteria and are advantageous in that ability for resistance is excellent about freshness maintenance, the bad smell removal, a harm microbe and harm seaweed newly with antiability for mold, prevention of corruption. As macsumsuk accepts it with oxygen, and have very high 0²- and OH (hydroxyl group) where are in the oxidation form, is very strong; if is oxidizing, have reduction characteristics. I open a bacterial cell membrane by a tooth and I let the protein of the cell membrane change in quality, and bacteria cell is destroyed and lets you sterilize bacteria.

This research exposes the process of carbonization of solid waste from the city and the method of activated, as well as the process of meso-porous under several test conditions. In addition, it is expected that the active carbon obtained through this process can be used as filter for air and sewage treatment, and can absorb dioxin (as almost 60-80% of meso-porous and porous properties area) unlike the existing active carbon.

Purpose: This study aims to investigate the impact of a short walk putting on Coolfin shoes on the foot temperature rise and blood circulation. Methods: Twenty healthy adults participated in experiments in this study. All subjects walked respectively barefoot and putting on Coolfin shoes. Infrared imaging cameras were used to collect and analyze the data on the foot temperature. Results: As a result of this study, there were significant differences between the temperatures of the great toe and top of the foot after 20-minute walks with bare feet and in Coolfin shoes. Both the temperatures of the great toe and top of the foot decreased after a 20-minute walk in the barefoot condition, and there was a significant difference between them (p<0.05). Both the temperatures of the great toe and top of the foot increased after a 20-minute walk in the condition of putting on Coolfin shoes, and there was a significant difference between them(p<0.05). Conclusion: A short walk putting on Coolfin products induces the movement of the toes to increase the blood flow and accordingly, has a direct impact on the increase of the surface temperature of the feet, so they are effective products for helping blood circulation in the feet.
초임계 이산화탄소를 이용한 감마 리놀렌산의 분리에 대한 연구

In different approaches were extracted from evening primrose seed by supercritical fluids carbon dioxide and for comparison with hexane as solvent. The extracts have been analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively to evaluate yield and selectivity of γ-linolenic acid. The yields extracts with supercritical fluids carbon dioxide were higher than those with hexane. When this process produces commercially, will get a many economic profit.
Sn-Sb-Cu-Ni-Cd whitemetal에서 Cu와 Sb가 미세조직과 기계적 특성에 미치는 영향

The effects of Cu and Sb on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Sn-Sb-Cu-Ni-Cd whitemetal were investigated. Any compound phase was not observed in the whitemetal with 0.05 wt% Cu, while as the Cu content was increased, star- or needle-like $Cu_6Sn_5$ phases were found. The tensile strength gradually increased with Cu up to 5 % and then remained almost constant with Cu content above 5 %, while the hardness continuously increased with Cu content because of the increased hard $Cu_6Sn_5$ phases. As the Sb content increased, SbSn cuboids were present as well as $Cu_6Sn_5$. The tensile steength and hardness continuously increased and the elongation decreased with Sb content. Sn-Sb-Cu-Ni-Cd whitemetal에서 Cu와 Sb가 미세조직과 기계적 특성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. Cu 함량이 0.05 wt%인 whitemetal에서는 화합물 상이 관찰되지 않았지만 Cu 함량이 증가함에 따라 별 모양 또는 침상 $Cu_6Sn_5$ 상이 관찰되었다. 인장강도는 Cu 함량이 5% 까지는 증가하다가 그 이상에서는 거의 일정하게 유지되었다. 반면에 경도는 경질상이 증가하기 때문에 계속 증가하였다. 또한 Sb 함량이 증가함에 따라 입방형 SbSn 상이 $Cu_6Sn_5$ 상과 함께 관찰되었다. 인장강도와 경도는 Sb 함량이 많아질수록 증가하였고 연선율은 감소하였다.
