다표본 처리를 위한 새로운 AHP 활용 방안에 관한 연구

현대 사회에서 우리는 수많은 의사결정 상황에 봉착하게 된다. 그리고 우리가 선택하는 선택지로 인해 개인의 미래부터 나아가 조직의 미래가 결정된다. AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)는 이러한 선택의 순간 최선의 선택을 할 수 있도록 만드는 도구로서 유용하다. 하지만 개별적인 요인분석에 비해 다표본 분석에는 적합하지 않다. 그 이유로는 첫째, 표본 하나하나를 쌍대행렬로 변환하는 작업이 필요하고 둘째, 각각의 일관성을 확인할 수 있는 지표인 C.I(Consistency Index) 값의 분류가 쉽지 않다는 점이다. AHP 관련 연구들은 대부분 소규모의 수작업을 기본으로 하는 연구에 집중되어 있었으며, 답변들 역시 전문가를 대상으로 하는 경우가 많았다. 이에 본 연구는 이러한 점에서 다수의 일반인을 상대로 한 대량의 AHP 분석 데이터를 보다 빠르고 편리하게 결과를 낼 수 있을지를 시도하였으며, 이후 직접 계산 툴을 제작하여 목표한 연구 결과를 이끌 수 있었다. 본 연구는 기존의 어려운 방법으로 데이터를 넣어서 분석하던 어려움을 극복하고 빠른 시간에 많은 데이터를 처리할 수 있는 방법을 제시함으로써 연구자들의 많은 연구에 도움을 줄 수 있는것이 논문의 기여점으로 생각한다. In modern society, we are faced with the situation of a number of decisions . And because we choose the option from an individual s future is determined Moreover, the organization s future . AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) is the best choice at the moment this choice so that you can be useful as a tool . However, compared to the factor analysis of individual samples are not suitable for analysis . The first reason is that , one by one sample is necessary to convert the pairwise matrix , and second, you can see the consistency of each indicator CI (Consistency Index) is the value that is not easy classification . AHP-related research are the basis of most of the small hand had focused on research, were often targeted at professionals. In this regard, this study is helpful to the analyzing large number of AHP data more quickly and easily, and this method can making a direct calculation could lead to a study.

This study aims to investigate and analyze the customer satisfaction level of the logistics services quality at container terminal, and the impacts of customer intention to revisit and customer’s word-of-mouth intention. Based on this research, it also provides a strategic plan for Port Management Services, which is how to manage the key factors of logistic service to improve the service quality, and how to keep and maintain customers through effective logistics services and strategic marketing activities. In order to effectively achieve the purpose of this research, the empirical study focused on domestic and international shipping companies at Yantian port in Shenzhen, the supplier, cargo company, trucking company and international combined transport company.

컨설팅 산업에서의 협업 성공요인에 관한 연구

In this study, we empirically analyze the effect of the three factors; Relationship factor, IT factor, and Competence factor on the cooperation performance and want to provide implications. This study extracts the three factors: Relationship factor, IT factor, and Competence factor through conducting literature review, interview of workers from various industries, and etc. Consequently, we conclude three hypothesis that those three factors effect cooperation performance. To analyze this empirically, we gather information from workers of various industries in Korea. In addition to that, we examine reliability and validity of gathered information and verify those hypothesis through OLS regression. This study found that modified R square figure is 0.56, and we become to know that all of the three factors; Relationship factor, IT factor, and Competence factor effect meaningfully on the cooperation performance. This study provides operational implication through empirical analyzing the relationship between cooperation factor and performance extended toward consulting industry. Corporations should recognize the importance of cooperation in terms of processing consulting projects and devote themselves persistently to strengthening the three factors that effect on the cooperation performance.

빅 데이터 분석능력과 기업 성과 간의 관계에서 혁신 및 개선 활동과 시장 민첩성의 영향

This study investigated the impact of the latest developments in big data analytics capabilities (BDAC) on firm performance. The BDAC have the power to innovate existing management practices. Nevertheless, their impact on firm performance has not been fully is not yet fully elucidated. The BDAC relates to the flexibility of infrastructure as well as the skills of management and firm's personnel. Most studies have explored the phenomena from a theoretical perspective or based on factors such as organizational characteristics. However, this study extends the flow of previous research by proposing and testing a model which examines whether organizational exploration, exploitation and market agility mediate the relationship between the BDAC and firm performance. The proposed model was tested using survey data collected from the long-term employees over 10 years in 250 companies. The results analyzed through structural equation modeling show that a strong BDAC can help improve firm performance. An organization's ability to analyze big data affects its exploration and exploitation thereby affecting market agility, and, consequently, firm performance. These results also confirm the powerful mediating role of exploration, exploitation, and market agility in improving insights into big data utilization and improving firm performance.

본 연구에서는 의료관광산업을 위한 메디컬리조트의 발전방향과 정책적 시사점을 제공하고자 메디컬리조트의 성공적 사례와 관련 서비스를 탐색하고 이를 유형화하여 메디컬리조트의 가치를 헤도닉 가치, 호스피탈리티 가치, 안전 및 개인정보보호 가치, 이익성 가치로 구분하였다. 메디컬리조트 이용경험자를 대상으로 이러한 메디컬리조트의 가치가 메디컬리조트에 대한 지각과 메디컬리조트 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 검증해보고자 하였다. 연구결과 메디컬리조트의 헤도닉 가치와 호스피탈리티 가치가 메디컬리조트에 대한 유용성 지각과 웰빙 지각에 강한 영향관계가 있는 것으로 파악되었으며, 메디컬리조트의 안전 및 개인정보보호 가치는 유용성 지각에만, 그리고 메디컬리조트의 이익성 가치는 웰빙 지각에만 영향관계가 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 또한 메디컬리조트에 대한 유용성 지각과 웰빙 지각은 메디컬리조트 이용의도에 영향관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 특히, 메디컬리조트에 대한 웰빙 지각의 경우 메디컬리조트 이용의도에 강한 영향관계를 보였다. 이상의 연구결과는 의료관광산업을 위한 메디컬리조트 관련 연구영역을 확장했다는 점과 함께 의료관광객의 편의와 요구에 부합하는 메디컬리조트 발전을 위한 유용한 시사점을 제공하였다는 점에 그 의의가 있다. In this study, the value of the medical resort was divided into hedonic value, hospitality value, safety and personal information protection value, and profitability value by exploring and typifying the successful cases and related services of the medical resort in order to provide the direction of development and policy implications of the medical resort for the medical tourism industry. For those who have used the medical resort, I wanted to verify the impact of the value of medical resort on perception of medical resort and its intention to use it. As a result of this study, it was found that hedonic value and hospitality value of medical resort have a strong influence on usefulness perception and well-being perception of medical resort, that safety and personal information protection value of medical resort was only affected by usefulness perception, and profit value of medical resort was only affected by well-being perception. In addition, the usefulness perception and well-being perception of medical resorts were shown to have an impact on the intention of using medical resorts, especially in the case of well-being perception of medical resorts. The above findings are meaningful in that they expanded the medical resort-related research area for the medical tourism industry and provided useful implications for the development of medical resorts that meet the convenience and needs of medical tourists.

고객통합과 시장 지향성이 공급사슬 불확실성과 유연성 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to analyze structural relationships with regard to the effect of customer integration, which is a type of integration in the supply chain, and market orientation of supply chain on the resulting change in the supply chain and management performance. The results of analysis in this study are as follows: First, customer integration and market orientation had a positive effect on reducing the flexibility and uncertainty of SCM. The decreased flexibility and uncertainty of SCM had a positive effect on non-financial performance, which also had a positive effect on financial performance. Second, customer integration and market orientation had a positive effect on financial and non-financial performance indirectly by decreasing the flexibility and uncertainty of SCM. Third, the effect of customer integration and uncertainty of SCM on the flexibility of SCM changed depending on the position in the supply chain; the effect was larger in the distribution group. The implications based on the analysis results are as follows: It is expected that the ability to deal with market changes in the overall supply chain is improved by laying the foundation for cooperation through establishing information infrastructure, including sharing information with trade partners and integrating systems, and implementing customer integration based on these achievements. It is also necessary to consider the business types and characteristics of individual companies in establishing information infrastructure.

재난관리 프로젝트 성공요인과 PMO의 기능이 재난관리 업무성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

오늘날 우리나라뿐만 아니라 세계 여러 곳에서 자연재난과 사회재난이 발생하여 인명피해와 물적 손해를 입고 있다. 재난이 발생할 경우 중요한 것은 체계적인 관리 및 대응이다. 재난이 가진 특성을 살펴보면 재난은 프로젝트와 유사한 특성이 있다. 재난에 관련된 선행연구 중에서 재난관 리를 프로젝트 관리 관점에서 접근한 사례는 많지 않지만, 점차 늘어나는 추세다. 재난이 발생할 경우 혼란스러운 상황을 빠르고 효율적으로 대응하기 위해서는 통합적이고 체계적 관리가 필요하 다. 본 연구는 재난관리를 하나의 프로젝트로 간주하여 프로젝트 조직관리 방법론을 적용할 때 재난관리의 효율성에 미치는 영향을 조사한 연구다. 특히 재난관리를 통합적으로 지휘하는 프로젝트 조직의 리더십이 재난관리 업무성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였고 의사소통이 리더십과 재난관리 업무성과 사이에서 매개역할을 하는지 살펴보았다. 또한, 프로젝트 리더십을 효과적 으로 실행하기 위한 하나의 체계로서 프로젝트 관리 분야에서 주목을 받고 있는 PMO 기능이 어떤 영향을 줄 수 있는지 조절변수로 설정하여 조사하였다. 연구결과를 보면 리더십은 재난관리 업무성과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 의사소통은 리더십과 재난관리 업무성과 간에 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 파악되었고, PMO의 기능은 의사소통이 재난관리 업무성과에 미치는 영향에 조절효과를 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 이는 여러 조직이 동시에 참여하게 되는 재난관리의 특성상 조직 간의 협력을 이끌어 내는 리더십이 재난관리에서 매우 중요한 것으로 파악됐다고 볼 수 있으며, 아울러 리더십을 효과적으로 발휘하기 위해서 PMO와 같은 구체적인 조직체계가 필요하다는 것을 본 연구의 결과가 보여준 것으로 여겨진다. Today, our country as well as in many parts of the world wearing a property damage and personal injury by natural disasters and social disasters. The important thing is the systematic management and response in case of a disaster. Looking at the characteristics of a disaster, disaster has similar properties to the project. Thesis approach to disaster management in project management point of view is not much among previous studies related to disaster, but the trend gradually increasing. In order to address the chaotic situation quickly and efficiently, integrated and systematic management requires when disaster occurred. This research is study about effect of disaster management efficient when apply project management methodology to disaster. Especially, we analyze how effect the leadership of project organization that manage disaster management syntagmatically to disaster work performance and we examine mediator effect of communication between leadership and disaster work performance. Also, we study about effect of PMO functions to disaster work performance by set PMO as moderating variable. The PMO is a system for implementing project leadership effectively. By presenting the results in this study to increase the disaster management performance by applying the leadership, also we confirm that communication has mediator effect between leadership and disaster work performance. PMO functions also have moderating effect between communication and disaster work performance. As a result, the leadership is critical to disaster management. Because disaster management need cooperation of various organization that engage to disaster. And also this study shows that if we want use effective leadership in disaster management, we need specific organization such as PMO.

혁신저항모델을 활용한 중소기업 기술혁신에 따른 SCM시스템 도입 영향 연구

As the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and Information Age, companies are in the state of infinite competition due to the rapidly changing technological environment and fierce competition. In this situation companies are making efforts to gain the competitive advantage by introducing information systems. Supply Chain Management (SCM) is considered a method to gain a competitive edge in rapid change. In fact, companies that already have introduced the SCM system are achieving company renovation with positive effects such as increase of sales stock reduction on-time delivery cost reduction and improved efficiency. This study was started to investigate the resistance that occurs in introducing the SCM system for small and medium-sized manufacturing industries that have not yet introduced the SCM system despite the importance of the SCM system, and to check the effect on the intention of the introduction. As the result of this study, the first is that the company has the higher technological innovation, the more positive the effect on Relative advantage Compatibility Perceived risk, Complexity. Second, The compatibility of the SCM system was rejected in innovation resistance, but it is adopted with the highest impact in the introduction intention. In addition, the mediating effect of innovation resistance was also rejected, confirming that if the SCM system is compatible for the company, it doesn’t affect the resistance and is the biggest factor to consider in the introduction of the SCM system. Third, the perceived risk of the SCM system doesn’t directly affect the intention to introduce, but has an indirect effect when mediation innovation resistance.
