본 논문은 파라핀 왁스링을 자동 성형 생산하는 시스템에서 자동 이형장치를 설계 개발한 사례를 소개한 것이다. 팔레트에 냉각 성형된 제품을 하단부의 리프팅 장치에서 상하 운동을 통해 이형할 수 있는 동력 장치, 팔레트의 상단부에 절삭부가 위치하여서 잔여물을 제거하고 완성품을 밀어내어 주는 역할을 하는 커팅 기구 등을 3 차원 모델링과 시뮬레이션 과정을 통해서 설계 검토하였다. 아울러 모터 동력에 의해서 중앙 축이 회전하게 되면 체인에 의해 이형판이 상하 운동을 하는 작업 유니트, 그리고 하나의 동력으로 같은 회전력과 방향성으로 각 지점에서 판을 평행성을 유지하면서 밀어줄 수 있는 리프팅 시스템을 고안하였으며, 간섭 및 시뮬레이션 과정을 통하여 작동의 적합성을 검토하였다. An automatic removing device of paraffin wax-ring is a system to load, lift and cut the wax-ring which is widely used for various silk coating industrial purpose. A new novel type of equipped with a water cooling circulation is introduced in this paper, that has the benefit to allow easy act as well as the convenience of loading and unloading without the use of other equipments. This system is adopted to develope an integrated function to localize by using the three dimensional modeling techniques, which have created to confirm smooth integration and interface of the units and an interrelation of other manufacturing system. Also these models are analyzed to identify suitable characteristics of design parameters. Fiinally smooth functioning and stability of the system was investigated by using the analysis and 3-D modeling.

The new grinding mechanism is developed in this paper so as to machine the BioMTA compacters, which is used for inserting the dental clinic paste into a small size hole. The optimum grinding parameters are determined by investing the machined state of test samples, such as helix angle, tilting angle, depth of groove, and wheel geometries. Also, the compaction effect of test sample are evaluated by comparing these samples with commercial brand samples. So. it is proved that this mechanism is adequate for the grinding of spirally tapered workpieces.
Polishing Characteristics of Machined Surface by Ball End Milling

The experimental polishing characteristics of machined surface after ball end milling are studied quantitatively to investigate the optimum machining conditions(i.e. crossfeed and cutter size in ball end milling) which minimize the total machining time including polishing and milling process. The polishing efficiency is investigated during the polishing experiment, and then eventually polishing time is evaluated for various kinds of conditions, and it is finally analyzed the total machining time which is estimated by adding the milling time to the polishing time of corresponding testpieces.
