The removal and redeposition of particulate soil occur simultaneously during the washing process. In order to investigate variables which affect on the redeposition of particulate soil, cotton lawn was soiled in the iron oxide black suspension using Launder-O meter. The amount of deposited soil was estimated by means of the spectrometric analysis of iron on the fabric after soiled. The results are as follows: 1. The presence of surfactants in suspension decreased the deposition of particulate soil and the most effective surfactant was soap and the descending order was NaDBS>CTAB> PONPE. 2. The influnce of temperature on soil deposition was considerable, soil deposition was gradually increased with elevating temperature in ionic surfactants solution suchas NaDBS and CTAB but that was decreased above 40℃ in nonionic surfactant solution. 3. The tendency of soil deposition was dwindled by adding electrolytes especially in case of polyvalent anions. 4. From the results of the experiments redeposition of particulate soil was related with suspending power of surfactants and was influenced by factors varing zeta potential.

2006년 7월 일본 동경대학 도서관에 수장되어 있던 오대산본 ?朝鮮實 錄? 잔본 47책이 국내로 귀환되었다. 오대산본 ?朝鮮實錄? 잔본이 귀환된 것은 꿈과 같은 일이라고 할 수 있다. 1965년 한일 국교 정상화 과정에서 문화재를 선별해 귀중 문화재를 반환 대상에서 제외하고, 문화재 강탈을 보여주는 문서는 반환하지 않기 위해 조직적으로 은폐한 일본을 상대로 반환해온 것이다. 이는 慧門스님이 중심이 되어 전개한 朝鮮王朝實錄還收 委員會가 이룬 쾌거였다. 朝鮮王朝實錄還收委員會는 일본 총리에게 실록 반환요청서를 제출한 뒤 직접 동경대학과 접촉을 시도하였다. 이후 여러 과정과 난관을 거쳐 마침 내 오대산본 ?朝鮮實錄?은 귀환되었다. ?朝鮮實錄? 잔본 47책의 귀환 작 업이 모두 끝나자 文化財廳은 문화재위원회 국보지정분과위원회를 열어 국보 제151호에 추가하여 지정하였다. 오대산본 ?朝鮮實錄?의 환수에는 慧門스님의 진심어린 발원과 이를 실현하고자 하는 서원이 있었기 때문에 가능한 일이었고, 月精寺의 지원이 환수에 결정타가 되었다. 이외 국내 유력자, 북한의 朝鮮佛敎徒聯盟과 在 日本居留民團의 협조가 있어 가능한 일이었다. 그러나 오대산본 ?朝鮮實錄? 환수의 마무리 단계에서 몇 가지 문제가 노정되었음을 볼 수 있다. 그 문제의 단초는 서울대학교가 ?朝鮮實錄?을 “返還”이 아닌 “寄贈”받은 것에서 기인된다. 오대산본 ?朝鮮實錄?의 귀환은 조선시대 마지막 관리자였던 月精寺가 당사자로 나서서 ‘법정소송’을 불사하고, 동경대학을 압박한 것이 주효한 것이었다. 동경대학은 ‘일본 지 성을 대표하는 기관’에서 ‘문화재 약탈자’로 지목되어 법정에 선다는 것에 부담감을 가졌던 것이다. 이에 실록의 약탈을 자인하지 않을 수 없는 궁지 에 몰린 동경대학은 실록 반환 문제가 제기되자, 처음부터 출구전략을 세 우기에 골몰하였고, 마침내 자매대학이란 명분을 이용해 서둘러 서울대학 교에 ‘기증’이란 카드를 꺼내들었던 것이다. 이에 동경대학은 ‘기증’, 서울 대는 ‘반환’이란 용어로 포장한 것이다. 결국 ‘빼앗긴 민족의 자존심’을 살 리고, ‘기록된 역사의 정신’을 되찾아 오고, ‘민족사의 아픔’을 치유하면서 반환받을 수 있는 절호의 기회를 놓친 것이다.

상아모세포 분화과정에서 nuclear factor I - C 의 역할

Nuclear factor 1 (NFI) was discovered as a protein required for adenovirus DNA replication in vitro, but it is now clear that NFI protein plays an important role in the expression of many cellular genes. NFI-C null mice demonstrated aberrant odontoblast differentiation, abnormal dentin formation, and thus molar lacking roots while other tissues/or gans in the body, including ameloblasts appear to be unaffected and normal. However, little is known about the mechanism of NFI -C function in odontoblast differentiation and dentin formation. In this study, in order to elucidate the molecular mechanisms of odntoblast differentiation, we examined morphological characteristics of the aberrant odontoblast in NFI-C null mice. we also evaluate the expression of dentin sialophosphoprotein (DSPP) and bone sialoprotein (BSP) mRNAs in the MDPC-23 cells by northern analysis after over-expression and inactiγation of NFI -C into mouse MDPC-23 cells Odontoblasts of the NFI-C null mouse were round in shape, lost their polarity, organized as a sheet of cells, and trapped in osteodentin-like mineralized tissue. Abnormal odontoblasts of NFI-C null mouse revealed the absence of an intercellular junctional complex known as the t erminal webs. MDPC-23 cells started to express DSPP mRNA beginning from the postnatal day of 14 and showed a steady increase as differentiating into odontoblasts. Over-expression of NFI -C increased the expression of DSPP mRNA. Inactivation of NFI - C induced BSP mRNA expression. These results suggest that NFI-C plays an important role in odontoblast differentiation in a cell-type specific manner and thus in dentin formation

본고는 조선조 중기의 관료이며 학자인 미암 유희춘의 일기를 통해 당시 서적 간행의 양상을 살펴보고자 하였다. 미암 유희춘은 만년에 관직생활을 하면서 일기를 남겼으니 이 $\boxDr$미암일기$\boxUl$에 일상의 일이 매우 자세하게 기록되어 있다. 이를 통하여 당시의 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화, 서적, 가정사까지도 알 수 있다. 본고는 이 일기를 통해 미암의 서적과 관련된 여러 일 가운데 미암이 주도적으로 간행하려고 노력한 서적을 밝혔다. 아울러 당시에 편성된 책판목록에 수록되었는지의 여부도 확인하였다. 미암이 개인적으로 간행하고자 한 서적은 2종류로 나눌 수 있다. 하나는 외조부 금남 최부의 문집인 $\boxDr$금남집$\boxUl$과 중국기행문인 $\boxDr$표해록$\boxUl$이다. 다른 하나는 아동용 도서로 문해용의 $\boxDr$신증류합$\boxUl$과 도덕교육용의 $\boxDr$속몽구$\boxUl$이다. 이들 서적을 인출하기 위해 판각한 당시의 책판은 당대의 책판목록에 수록되어 있어야한다. 그러나 거의 대부분 누락되어 있다. $\boxDr$미암일기$\boxUl$를 통해 책판목록에 누락된 서적을 보완할 수 있으므로 $\boxDr$미암일기$\boxUl$의 중요성을 알 수 있다. The purpose of this paper is to identify woodblocks which were engraved in the providences in the mid Chosun dynasty, especially ones engraved under the auspices of Yu Heui-chun(柳希春), but not listed in $\boxDr$Kosachwalyo 攷事撮要$\boxUl$. This could be done by the analyzing $\boxDr$The Diary of Miam 眉巖日記$\boxUl$ written by Yu Heui-chun. It is a book which recorded daily life of eminent scholar and official covering political, social and cultural aspects, books and family matters. There were two categories of books published under the auspices of Yu Heui-chun. One is the books written by his grandfather in law, Choi Bu(崔溥), which were $\boxDr$Keumnamjip 錦南集$\boxUl$ collective works of Choi Bu, and $\boxDr$Pyohaerog 漂海錄$\boxUl$, essays on travelling across China. The other is the books for children, $\boxDr$Sinjeung Yuhap 新增類合$\boxUl$ for teaching characters and $\boxDr$Sog Mong-gu 續蒙求$\boxUl$ for moral education. These woodblocks have to enlisted in the woodblock catalogs. The analysis shows that most of these woodblocks by Yu Heui-chun were not recorded in either of two $\boxDr$Kosachwalyo 攷事撮要$\boxUl$ editions published in 1575 and 1585. In this respect, $\boxDr$The Diary of Miam$\boxUl$ proved itself to be of great significance in terms of bibliography studies.
