In general, the role of the low-speed vehicle bumper is to absorb the impact during a collision and protect the vehicle with its occupants. In order to evaluate the efficiency of the bumper, each country must follow some domestic and International low-speed bumper impact standards and specifications to determine damaged regions. But it is only a consultation or confirmation and not actually the regulation of the efficiency of the bumper. Most automobiles evaluate the balance of the development stage of the bumper with the resultant price of completion which should not yield to a many difference. In this paper, we propose to automobiles possible conditions for a impact test of the low-speed vehicle bumper with great value results.

According to revolutionary developments in automobile technologies, a variety of advanced vehicles - hybrid vehicle, hydrogen fuel-cell vehicle, electric vehicle, etc. - emerges recently. The safety is getting more important for developing automobiles. The electro-magnetic compatibility has to be assured since those advanced vehicles are equipped with various new electronic systems. Electro-magnetic compatibility tests, in general, consist of EMI (electro-magnetic interference) test and EMS (electro-magnetic susceptibility) test. We investigate the EMS or the immunity test method suggested in KMVSS (Korean Motor Vehicle Safety Standard), and propose more effective test methods.

Recent vehicles are equipped with many electrical and electronic components, of which functional interactions are getting more complicated. In this paper, we study the electro-magnetic susceptibility in large commercial vehicles. The substitution method and the closed-loop leveling method are widely used for the electro-magnetic susceptibility test. This study use the Substitution Method and calibration methods of licensed methods are One Field Probe method and Four Field Probe method. The test method is the basis of 3m. Datum point and datum line greater than or equal to 3m and less than or equal to 3m are dividend however this study use the Field Probe method. voluntary reference line execute according to formation of electronic device components and engine in the real vehicle.
