        가정용 안면피부 미용기기의 사용행태와 사용 만족도가 재구매 의사에 미치는 영향 - 피부유형을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of usage behavior and usage satisfaction on the repurchase intention of facial skin care devices. A survey was conducted using a 35-question questionnaire among 356 women and the responses were statistically analyzed. Based on the results, skin type was classified into dry (3.4%), neutral (3.1%), oily (13.8%), combination (12.1%), sensitive (17.1%), and aging skin (20.8%). The most common skin type was combination 2, with 29.8%. Among the respondents, 63.8% answered 'yes' to 'repurchase intention', and the reasons were 'better than cosmetics use (33.3%)', 'easy skin care (32.3%)', 'good skin improvement effect (14.6%)', and 'time saving (13.0%)'. The most of wanted devices were LED mask (28.9%). The desired effects were elasticity, lifting (33.2%), and the improvement of skin tone and the reduction of blemishes (23.1%). ‘Neutral’ and ‘combination 1’ were shown to be significantly higher than other skin types in usage behavior, usage satisfaction, and repurchase intention (p<.001). A positive correlation was revealed between usage behavior and usage satisfaction (r=.464~633). Usage behavior and usage satisfaction were shown to have a significant effect on repurchase intention (p<.05). In conclusion, these results may be highly useful as basic data for the research and development of facial skin care devices. Women in China preferred the convex shape. For long hair styles, women in Korea did not like long hair without layers or with stumpy cut lines, which were favored among women in China.

        모임기반 SNS에서의 뷰티정보차원이 공유정보가치, 사회적 자본 및 동조성에 미치는 영향

        His study is intended to explore the relationship between social consensus and social capital in beauty information dimensions as perceived by users on friend-based SNS. For this study, SPSS, and the AMOS statistical packages were used to carry out frequency, internal consistency, measurement model, and path analyses for 820 respondants who experienced beauty activities on friend-based SNS. As a result of this study, first, this study has had a significant impact on the prevalence of content dimensions, temporal dimensions, and morphological dimensions on friend-based SNS beauty information. Also, the content dimensions and morphological dimensions had a significant effect on reliability. Second, the divergence and reliability of information sharing had significant impacts on reciprocity and interactivity. Third, social capital s reciprocity and interactivity both had significant effects on social conformity.

        명아주 에탄올 추출물의 TNF-α, IL-1α 생성 억제와 TNF-α, IL-1α mRNA 발현 억제 효과

        In this study, anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory effect of Chenopodium album var. centrorubrum (C. album) were investigated in order to observe the usability as a natural cosmetics material. C. album ethanol extract was tested for i) free radical scavenging activity, ii) production inhibition of TNF-a and IL-1a in RAW 264.7 cell, and iii) inhibition of TNF-α and IL-1α mRNA expression in HaCaT cell. C. album ethanol extract resulted scavenging effect of DPPH(39.7 ± 2.1%) and SO(33.7 ± 2.3%) at 10 ppm. Production inhibition of TNF-α and IL- 1α was significantly higher than the LPS-untreated cells, but significantly lower than only LPS-treated cells(p<0.001). mRNA expression of TNF-α(35.2 ± 2.2%) and IL-1α(2.8 ± 0.3%) was significantly lower than positive control d-panthenol(52.6 ± 3.1%, 55.9 ± 2.0%) in HaCaT cells. In conclusion, C. album may be applicable as a new natural materials for aging skin, oily skin, and acne skin.

        명아주 에탄올 추출물의 프로콜라젠 I형 합성 촉진과 MMP-2 mRNA 발현 억제 효과

        Chenopodium album (C. album) is well-known for a medical plant and nutritions. The aim of this study is to examine the anti-wrinkles activity from C. album as a functional cosmetic material. Cell viability as the safety was measured in keratinocytes and fibroblast by MTT-assay. Production of procollagen type I and expression of Col Iαl mRNA, MMP-1, 2 mRNA were observed for anti-wrinkles effect. When observing stability and the effect of improving wrinkles with C. album as a functional cosmetic component, cell survival rate was turned out to be less reduced in the C. album ethanol extract in the amount of 50 ppm. Therefore, cytotoxicity seems to be minor. The C. album ethanol extract had the expression of Collage Iα1 and synthesis rate of pro-collagen I-type that were slightly lower than the TNF-β1, a positive-contrast substance, in the Hs 683. However, they were significantly higher than the control (p<0.05). The expression of MMP-1 mRNA, a collagen breakdown enzyme, was lower than the Vit. C 250 nM, a positive-contrast substance, but was similar with the control. However, the expression of MMP-2 mRNA was higher than the control and Vit. C 250 uM in the 10 ppm. Therefore, C. album ethanol extract promotes the synthesis of pro-collagen I-type and the expression of Collage Ia1 mRNA in the in vitro experiment and also is outstanding in suppressing the expression of MMP-2 mRNA, a collagen and elastin breakdown enzyme. Therefore, C. album ethanol extract is highly usable as a new cosmetic material for improving wrinkle. Hence, it is recommended to conduct more in-depth research in regard of elastin as well as concentration, dosage form, and collagen.

        미용인이 선호하는 향수의 브랜드와 향조 및 조성 성분 분석

        The purpose of this study was analyzed the preferred perfume brands, fragrance note and ingredients composition in beauticians. The perception and usage behavior were surveyed in 324 beauticians and the preferred perfume brands 1~5 were selected, and then the olfactory fragrance note group and ingredients composition were compared and analyzed by sensory evaluation. Floral note group (48.3%) was the highest in the preferred fragrance note group, and the perfume brand was ranked ① Chanel, ② Christian Dior ③ Chloe ④ Berberry and ⑤ Kenzo. In order, the preferred brands in sensory evaluation are ranked ① Kenzo ② Chanel ③ Chloe ④ Christian Dior and ⑤ Berberry. And Kenzo, Chanel, Chloe are floral oriental note subgroup. Christian Dior is floral note group and fruity as fresh note subgroup. Berberry is fruity subgroup of fresh note group and oriental note group. Among the five perfume brands, there were a total of 27 single ingredients excluding fragrances (top, middle, and bottom), colorants and antioxidants. The common ingredients of the five brands were SD ethanol, distilled water, benzylsalicylate, citronellol, limonene, and linalool were six ingredients. Four brands had five ingredients and two brands had three ingredients. The individual ingredients of the five perfume brands were eight ingredients. 4 perfume brand used coloring agents (CI 14700, 17200 19140, 42090, 60730). BHT as the antioxidant was found in only Kenzo, Chloe, Christian Dior. In conclusion, the results of the perfumes perception, usage behavior, olfactory fragrance note group and subgroup of preferred perfumes in beauticians is highly useful as basic data for research and development of domestic perfumes.

        소리쟁이 에탄올 추출물의 항산화, 콜라젠 합성 촉진과 분해 억제 효과

        In this study, the potential of Rumex crispus (R. crispus) as a natural cosmetics material was investigated. Using Hs 683 fibroblast cells, we tested R. crispus ethanol extract for i) free radical scavenging activity and cell viability, and ii) its effect on collagen synthesis stimulation and degradation inhibition. R. crispus ethanol extract resulted in fibroblast cell viability of 89.0±1.9% at 10 ppm and 78.0±1.7% at 100 ppm. Scavenging effect of DPPH and SO was observed at 10 ppm. Synthesis of procollagen I type and expression of collagen I α1 mRNA increased significantly compared with control (p<0.001). MMP-2 mRNA expression decreased significantly to 34.5±1.1% compared with Vit. C 250 mM control (p<0.001). R. crispus can stimulate collagen synthesis and led to inhibition of collagen degradation. In conclusion, R. crispus may be highly applicable as a new natural cosmetic material for skin tightening and as an antiwrinkle treatment.

        보문: 두피관리에 사용할 수 있는 효과적인 천연 화장품소재의 탐색

        Scalp care and scaling are used for prevention of hair damage and alopecia. In this study, efficacy of 5 natural materials (shiitake mushroom, buckwheat, soybean, cypress, and seaweed fulvescens) was investigated for using of scalp care. Natural materials analyzed general ingredient, and ethanol extracts of natural materials were proven cell viability and closed patch test. Antioxidative effect (scavenging activity of DPPH and SO) and antibacterial activity were measured, and usability of prepared toner with natural materials ethanol extract was questioned. As a result, shiitake mushroom had 14.00%, buckwheat with 5.52%, soybean with 41.51%, and cypress with 24.27% of crude protein, and seaweed fulvescens had 33.67% of crude ash in the general ingredient analysis. In safety evaluation, 50% of cell viability from 5 natural materials ethanol extract was shown in 91~152 μL/mL, and blister (-), redness (-), allergic reaction (-) were not observed after 24 hours closed patch test. When scavenging activity of DPPH and SO was compared with the positive control substance BHT 0.1 mg/mL, shiitake mushroom was 25 μL/mL and 50 μL/mL, buckwheat was 50 μL/mL and 25 μL/mL, soybean was 25~50 μL/mL and 50 μL/mL, cypress was ≤25 μL/mL and ≥50 μL/mL, seaweed fulvescens was 25 μL/mL and 50 μL/mL. Good antioxidative activities from shiitake mushroom and buckwheat extracts were observed. Cypress extracts showed good antimicrobial activities against S. aureus and S. epidermidis with concentration of 150 μL/mL. For the usability evaluation, there were positive responses with ``good`` and ``average`` on 5 questions. In conclusion, it was suggested that shiitake mushroom, buckwheat, soybean, cypress, and seaweed fulvescens can be used as cosmetics materials for scalp scaling with its high safety, usability, and efficiency.

        멸균된 치과기구의 유효기간에 관한 융합연구

        This study aimed to investigate the contamination rate of microorganisms by times after sterilization in mirrors, dental explorers, and pincettes which are the basic tools used in the dental clinic. 60 samples by each tool were used upon packaging them by 10 units. Contamination rate of microorganisms were tested using dry film media(3M Petrifilm Plates) which is a quick check upon collecting 10 samples right after sterilization, at Week 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. At Week 0 when was right after sterilization, no microorganism was detected in any tools while they were detected in 2 mirrors, 2 dental explorers, and 2 pincettes at Week 6. 2 to 4 colonies on average were detected in mirrors at Week 2 and 4, 1 to 2 colonies in explorers from Week 5, and no colony was found in pincettes until Week 5 but 1 to 2 colonies at Week 6. Based on these results, the needs of effective periods are suggested for the sterilized tools together with their safe usages. 본 연구는 치과에서 사용하는 기본기구인 Mirror, Explore, Pincette에서 멸균 후 시간이 경과함에 따른 미생물 오염도를 알아보고자 하였다. 치과에서 주로 사용하고 있는 Mirror, Explorer, Pincette을 10개씩 포장하여 각 기구별 60개의 샘플을 사용하였다. 미생물 오염도는 멸균직후, 2주차, 3주차, 4주차, 5주차, 6주차에 10개의 샘플을 수거하여 건조필름배지(3M Petrifilm Plates)를 이용하여 검사하였다. 멸균 직후인 0주차에는 모든 기구에서 균이 검출 되지 않았으나, 6주차에서는 Mirror, Explorer, Pincette에서 각각 2개의 기구에서 균이 검출 되었다. Mirror에서는 실험 2주차와 4주차에서 평균 2-4개의 colony가 관찰 되었고, Explorer는 5주부터 평균 1-2개의 colony가 발견되기 시작하였으며, Pincette에서는 5주차까지 colony가 발견되지 않았으나, 6주차에서는 평균 1-2개의 colony가 발견 되었다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 보다 안전한 기구사용과 더불어 멸균기구의 유효기간의 필요성을 제시하고자 한다.
