The purpose of this study is to examine application possibility as the inhabitants educational program for community design workshops of regional linking cooperation project “Sejong healing road 100 project”. As a results follows : First, It can confirm inhabitants ability reinforcement through administration of the 8-week educational program, and a participation rate is important in it. Second, 'The tool of inhabitants opinion expression using a Post-it' is easy as a tool of the workshops, and the effect improves if It use a drawing together. Third, 'The tool of inhabitants opinion expression using figure card' is the most effective as expression of the inhabitants intention as a tool of the workshops, but preparations process is complicated. Moreover, for the inhabitants participation in regional linking cooperation projects, the development system of a more systematic inhabitants intention expression is necessary.

This paper aims to clarify the spatial form and functional transition of Korean traditional shop house in Maehwa marketplace, Uljin. The general form of Korean traditional shop house of Maehwa marketplace was the timbered house of the tin roof built in the 1960s. As the scale of a building being comparatively small-scale, building area is 60㎡ and the yard was mainly made behind the building. When the spatial form of Korean traditional shop house is considered, the composition of 4 by 2 is most. And in the front of a building, the shop is located, and when the back of a building prepares a residence, integration of a sales function and a habitation function is seen. The shop of Korean traditional shop house is converted into living space by change of the function, and the position is the middle of a front of building. This is considered as what inherited the Korean lifestyle. And the last, Although it is not different from the appearance of the shop house of other areas, since there are few grades of the change in comparison, the extension situation of Korean traditional shop house is recognized as an example important for future research.

아크유도형 침부 접지봉의 특성 연구

본 논문에서는 상용주파 고장전류 및 뇌격전류를 모두 효과적으로 대지로 방류할 수 있는 새로운 형태의 접지 봉인 아크유도형 침부 접지봉을 고안하여 특성올 연구, 분석하였다. 아크유도형 침부 접지봉의 구조는 일반 접지 용의 표면에 침을 부착한 후 동파이프에 넣었다. 이 고안된 접지봉이 배전선로의 피뢰기 접지봉에 사용될 경우의 특성올 검토한 결과, 침과 동파이프 사이에서 아크가 발생하여 전기에너지를 효과적으로 소모함으로써 피뢰기 1차측 전압이 감소됨을 확인하였다. This paper describes the characteristics of a newly suggested arc-inducing driven rod with needles which could effectively spread out both the failure current with power frequency and the lightning current. The structural characteristic of the driven rod was that needles were attached on the surface of the conventional shaped driven rod and the driven rod with needles was installed inside of a copper pipe.As a result of analyzing the characteristics of this suggested driven rod when it was employed as the driven rod of an arrester in distribution system, it was verified that the primary voltage of the arrester was reduced by effectively exhausting the electrical energy since the arc occurred between the needle and the copper pipe.

한국근대기 일본인이주어촌의 주거공간구성과 변용에 관한 연구

This paper aims to clarify the transformation and housing spatial form of Japanese migrant fishing village during the colonial period of Korea in Geomun-do, Guryonpo, and Oenaro-do. Road system of the village was constituted from roads running parallel with coastline and small alleys stretching perpendicularly to them providing trapezoid shape of land. Taking notice of spans in the width of building, it can be classified into one bay type, two bay type and, multiple bay type. Typical model are one bay type and two bay type. Generally, one bay type and two bay type have rectangular spatial configuration simply composed of shop, kitchen and residence respectively.Due to narrow frontage, transformation can be observed in the unification of building which can be classified into horizontal (depth) and vertical (width) unification. Horizontal unification is achieved by combination of two buildings in the row which use the same partition wall, while vertical unification is attained by combination of narrow width of two buildings in each rear wall.

Optimizing the health of the mother and father before conception is important for pregnancy outcomes. Maternal and paternal nutritional status before conception has been known to affect the outcomes of spontaneous pregnancy and intrauterine fetal growth and development. Moreover, the fetal environment appears to affect the subsequent infant and childhood development,and it seems to have permanent impact on adult health as well. The ideal dietary advice before and during pregnancy would be to encourage the parents-to-be to have a healthy, balanced diet composed of iron- and folate-rich foods. All women who are planning a pregnancy or capable of becoming pregnant should be counseled to take daily folic acid (0.4 mg) to reduce the risk of neural tube defects. Also, in addition to taking folic acid, all pregnant women as well as women planning pregnancy should be screened for anemia and those with iron deficiency anemia should be treated with supplemental iron even before conception and throughout the whole pregnancy. Semen quality is an example of a paternal factor affected by nutritional status. Efforts to achieve good maternal and paternal nutritional status during preconception as well as throughout gestation best assure a good milieu for fetal growth and development. Therefore, the provision of preconception nutritional counseling is essential for the improvement of pregnancy outcomes.

Real-time PCR을 이용한 태아 삼염색체증의 새로운 산전 선별 검사법

Objective: 최근 개발된 펩타이드 핵산 프로브-기반 real-time PCR(RT-PCR) 방법을 이용해서, RT-PCR에 기반한 비침습적 선별검사(RT-PCR 기반 NIPT)의 태아 삼염색체증에 대한 선별능을 확인하고자 하였다. Methods: 세포 유리 태아 DNA를 추출한 후 Patio™ NIPT Detection Kit를 이용하여 RT-PCR을 수행하였다. 융해곡선분석을 통하여 표적염색체와 참고염색체의 융해 최고점의 높이를 이용하여 z-score를 계산하였다. 개발단계에서 표적염색체 이상 유무 선별을 위한 참고치를 설정하고, 검증단계에서 선별 능력을 확인하였다. Results: 개발단계에서, 330개의 정상 산모의 혈청과 22개의 태아 삼염색체 양성 검체를 이용하여 참고치를 설정하였다. 검증단계에서는 1001개의 정상 산모의 혈청 및 22개의 태아 삼염색체를 가진 산모의 혈청을 이용하여 RT-PCR기반 NIPT를 수행하였다. RT-PCR 기반 NIPT는 21, 18, 13번 삼염색체증에 대하여 민감도 95.45%, 특이도 98.60%, 정확도 98.54%를 보였다. Conclusion: RT-PCR 기반 NIPT는 태아 21, 18, 13번 삼염색체증에 대하여 높은 민감도와 특이도를 나타냈으며, 기존의 NGS 기반 NIPT를 대체할 수 있는 가능성을 확인했다.

Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) are not rare during pregnancy; however, they are usually asymptomatic and may be unrecognized. STDs in pregnancy can cause serious complications to both pregnant women and fetuses. Screening tests are recommended, because the treatment of these diseases can be curative in most cases, or at least effective in reducing complications. In this point of view, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends screening of all pregnant women for several STDs including human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection, hepatitis B, and syphilis, and screening selectively in high risk women for gonorrhea and hepatitis C. To reduce vertical transmissions, highly active antiretroviral therapy and timed Cesarean delivery is recommended in HIV-infected pregnant women. Penicillin is still a drug of choice for syphilis in pregnancy. In women who have active genital herpetic lesions at the time of labor, Cesarean delivery is indicated to protect neonates from perinatal transmissions. However, in women who have genital warts with human papilloma virus infection, Cesarean delivery is not recommended to prevent neonatal laryngeal papillomatosis. In women infected with gonorrhea, Chlamydia or Trichomonas, tests for HIV infection are recommended because of high prevalence of concomitant infections.

농촌지역 독거노인 공동생활홈의 운영실태에 관한 조사연구

The purpose of this study is to analyzes the administration actual situation of community living home in Korea. The results are as follows. First, community living home in Korea is distributed over the Jeonranam-do areas by approximately 67.7%, and distributed over 18 cities in the Jeonrabuk-do areas. Second, In a type of community living home, 「Sharing residence type」 accounts for approximately 97%. The reason of this is because it can save a budget by utilizing existing public accommodation. Third, the administration main constituent of community living home running in each city is a neighborhood association, but bears the administration expense in the local government. Fourth, as a result of having analyzed the representative example of the community living home, 「Sharing residence type」 knew that a per person necessary area was the insufficient. Finally, it is desirable for oneself of the neighborhood association to be in charge of the administration main constituent of the community living home basically.
