        항공기 계기판의 적정배열을 위한 인간공학적 연구

        The purpose of this thesis is to study the optimal arrangement of aircraft instrument panels through the human factors approach. Human factors engineering is the process of effectively fitting the human component to the machine component in any man-machine system. The human factors. are especially important to an aircraft pilot who must constantly shift his attention between the instrument panel within the cockpit and the surrounding area of the aircraft. The preliminary part of this study is to find the general patterns of the Korean pilot's eye movements during their various flying maneuvers, and which instruments require the most attention while in flight. It is assumed that all pilots have a general pattern of eye movement when observing the aircraft instrument panel and that an optimum arrangement would be to minimize the eye travel distance between instruments. In this thesis the arrangements of instruments is taken to be the independent variable and the eye travel distance between instruments the dependent variable. la order to compile the information necessary for this study, sixty Korean Air Force pilots were interviewed and requested to complete information forms. These information forms listed various flying maneuvers and listed each instrument used on the instrument panel. The compilation of the information on these completed forms listed the instruments most frequently used by the pilots. The second part of this study was to determine the optimum instrument arrangement. It was necessary to study the various number of possible arrangements of instruments depending upon the number of instruments involved. Therefore, these instruments are grouped by two major functions, The flight instruments were subdivided into three groups, and the engineering instruments were subdivided into six groups. With this subdivision we arrive at the possible number of arrangements of 4,320. Through the simulation method, total eye travel distance for each of these 4,320 arrangements is calculated and the arrangement which appears to be of optimum distance between the most frequently used aircraft instruments is determined. The results of this study indicate that the optimum distance between instruments would be 33,028cm and that the corresponding distance of the instrument panel now being used is 34,288cm. Therefore, an increased efficiency of $3.8\%$ would be realized if the existing aircraft instrument panel were re-arranged according to layout proposed in this thesis.

        벌점함수를 이용한 부분최소제곱 회귀모형에서의 변수선택

        본 논문에서는 반응변수가 하나 이상이고 설명변수들의 수가 관측치에 비하여 상대적으로 많은 경우에 널리 사용되는 부분최소제곱회귀모형에 벌점함수를 적용하여 모형에 필요한 설명변수들을 선택하는 문제를 고려하였다. 모형에 필요한 설명변수들은 각각의 잠재변수들에 대한 최적해 문제에 벌점함수를 추가한 후 모의담금질을 이용하여 선택하였다. 실제 자료에 대한 적용 결과 모형의 설명력 및 예측력을 크게 떨어뜨리지 않으면서 필요없는 변수들을 효과적으로 제거하는 것으로 나타나 부분최소제곱회귀모형에서 최적인 설명변수들의 부분집합을 선택하는데 적용될 수 있을 것이다. Variable selection algorithm for partial least square regression using penalty function is proposed. We use the fact that usual partial least square regression problem can be expressed as a maximization problem with appropriate constraints and we will add penalty function to this maximization problem. Then simulated annealing algorithm can be used in searching for optimal solutions of above maximization problem with penalty functions added. The HARD penalty function would be suggested as the best in several aspects. Illustrations with real and simulated examples are provided.

      • Statistical study on nightside geosynchronous magnetic field responses to interplanetary shocks

        When an interplanetary (IP) shock passes over the Earth's magnetosphere, the geosynchronous magnetic field strength near the noon is always enhanced, while the geosynchronous magnetic field near the midnight decreases or increases. In order to understand what determines the positive or negative magnetic field response at nightside geosynchronous orbit to sudden increases in the solar wind dynamic pressure, we have examined 120 IP shock-associated sudden commencements (SC) using magnetic field data from the GOES spacecraft near the midnight (MLT = 2200~0200) and found the following magnetic field perturbation characteristics. (1) There is a strong seasonal dependence of geosynchronous magnetic field perturbations during the passage of IP shocks. That is, the SC-associated geosynchronous magnetic field near the midnight increases (a positive response) in summer and decreases (a negative response) in winter. (2) These field perturbations are dominated by the radial magnetic field component rather than the north-south magnetic field component at nightside geosynchronous orbit. (3) The magnetic elevation angles corresponding to positive and negative responses decrease and increase, respectively. These field perturbation properties can be explained by the location of the cross-tail current enhancement during SC interval with respect to geosynchronous spacecraft position.

        SE 전산지원도구를 이용한 형상관리 방안 연구

        Configuration management plays a key role in systems engineering process for any project from earlier stage of development. It consists of five major activities, ie., configuration management planing, configuration identification, configuration control, configuration status accounting and configuration verification and audit, and is essential to control system design, development and operation throughout entire life cycle of the system development. And it is directly associated with other part of systems engineering management process, ie., technical data management which provides traceability of important decisions and changes during development. In this paper, we describe how to apply CASE(Computer-aided Systems Engineering) tool-Cradle for the configuration management to achieve effectiveness of Technical Management process.

        「진술분석」 10년의 성과와 개선방향 -대검예규 "진술분석 규정"을 중심으로-

        사건과 관련된 진술을 과학적으로 분석하여 진술의 신빙성 여부를 판단하는 기법``인진술분석기법이 우리나라에서의 적용이 가능한지에 대한 연구가 2004년도에 최초로 연구되었으며, 이 연구결과 본 기법이 우리나라에서도 활용될 수 있음을 시사해주었다. 이로 인해 2006년 대검찰청에 진술분석을 위한 과학수사실무팀이 만들어지면서 본격적으로 수사에 도입되기 시작하였다. 그 결과 진술분석기법은 새로운 과학적 수사기법으로적극 활용되면서 2014년 12월을 기준으로 국가디지털포렌식센터 심리분석실 내에 13명의 진술분석관이 성폭력 피해아동과 청소년 및 지적 장애피해자와 성폭력사건으로 인한외상후 스트레스 장애 등으로 조사가 어려운 성인 피해자를 면담 및 진술분석을 실시하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 진술분석의 구체적인 절차를 위해 2014년 대검예규가 제정되기에이르렀다. 우리나라에서의 진술분석의 연구를 시작으로 대검찰청의 예규에 이르기까지 10년이라는 짧지 않은 시간이 지났다. 이제 시행 1년을 넘긴 현행 ``진술분석 규정``에 대한 몇 가지보완사항을 검토하는 것으로, 본 진술분석기법이 사실 인정에 고뇌하는 법관들의 짐을 덜어 주고, 실체 진실의 발견이라는 형사소송의 목적을 충실히 수행하는 데 큰 기여를 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. It was investigated whether the statement analysis technique, the technique to judge the reliability of statement by scientifically analyzing the statement related to a face, could be applied in Korea in 2004 for the first time. The results of the search suggested that the statement analysis technique could be applied in Korea. Accordingly, the Forensic Science Investigation Team was formed to analyze the statements in the Supreme Prosecutors` Office in 2006 and the statement analysis technique was earnestly introduced for investigation. As the statement analysis technique was actively implemented as a new forensic science investigation technique, 13 statement analysts have been interviewing and analyzing the statements from sexual violence victims children, teenagers and mentally handicapped who were sexual violence victims and adult sexual violence victims whose investigation couldn`t be continued due to post-traumatic stress disorder in the psychological analysis department in National Digital Forensic Center since Dec. 2014. Furthermore, Supreme Prosecutors` Office established the regulations on the detailed procedure for statement analysis in 2014. It has been 10 years which was not a short period from the commencement of research on statement analysis to establishment of regulations by Supreme Prosecutors` Office in Korea. This statement analysis technique will contribute on reducing the burdens of judges who anguish whether to accept the facts and to faithfully implement the objectives of criminal suits to identify the truth in reality by investigating several matters to supplement related to the present ``standards on statement analysis`` which has been implemented for one year up to now.

        초등학생들이 선정한 자유탐구활동 주제 분석

        이 연구는 2007 개정 과학과 교육과정에서 신설된 자유탐구활동을 위한 학년별 자유탐구활동 주제 내용의 특성을 알아보고, 학년에 적합한 자유탐구활동 주제를 선정 할 수 있도록 지도하는데 도움을 주고자 하였다. 연구대상은 서울특별시에 소재한 I 초등학교 3, 4, 5, 6학년 470명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구방법은 학생들이 작성한 자유탐구활동 실험계획서를 분석기준에 따라 분석하였다. 분석 기준은 자유탐구활동 주제 선정 이유 및 도움 정도, 주제 내용, 주제의 적합 여부로 나누어 분석하였다. 연구결과 호기심을 가지고 있었던 주제와 흥미로운 주제를 자유탐구활동 주제로 선정하는 경향이 있었으며, 도움을 받아 자유탐구활동 주제를 선정할 때는 중학년은 가족, 고학년은 인터넷의 도움을 많이 받은 것으로 나타났다. 자유탐구활동 주제 영역은 생물 영역에 관한 주제가 많았으며, 고학년으로 갈수록 화학과 물리영역에 관한 것이 많아졌다. 탐구 방법은 주로 실험이나 조사 활동이 많았고, 탐구 기간은‘1주’정도가 가장 많았다. 초등학생들이 정한 자유탐구활동 주제는 내용 수준, 방법 수준, 과학적 의문, 안전과 생명 존중의 면에서 지도가 필요한 부적합한 주제도 많았다. 그러므로 초등학생들이 자유탐구활동 주제 선정 시 고려할 점은 초등학생들이 평소 알고 싶었던 과학적 의문점이나 흥미로운 주제를 자유탐구활동 주제로 선정할 수 있도록 지도해야 한다. 자유탐구활동 주제 선정을 위한 대략의 큰 영역을 학년별로 제시해야한다. 초등학생들이 자유탐구활동의 성공을 경험하여 탐구에 대한 긍정적 생각을 가질 수 있도록 탐구하고자 하는 주제에 대하여 어느 것을 얼마나 탐구할 것인가에 대하여 자유탐구활동 주제에 대한 구체적 진술을 하도록 지도해야 한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the contents of open inquiry activities of the newly revised 2007 National curriculum for each grade level and to teach open inquiry activities and selection of rational inquiry activities. For this study, 470 elementary students in Seoul, ranging from 3rd to 6th grades were surveyed. The experiment plans written by students were analyzed based on the analysis criteria. These criteria consisted of the reason for the selection, type, and suitability of open inquiry activities. The reason for selecting open inquiry activities were analyzed according to the reason why they want to conduct the activity, degree of getting help and the object of getting help. The types of the open inquiry activities were analyzed according to the field of inquiry, the inquiry method and the period of inquiry. Suitability of the open inquiry activities were analyzed according to the reason of suitability or unsuitability.

        목격자진술에 의한 범인식별의 신용성 평가

        When a crime occurs, an eyewitness plays an important role in solving the case. The investigation organization most care s about the presence of a witness. The reason for this is that if a witness for the case does exist, important information for solving the case can be obtained. However, whether an eyewitness can give accurate accounts or whether their accounts are valid or not must be taken into consideration. Many cases can be solved even if human beings cannot play back their memories with the clarity of video cameras, which can play back unsullied images many times; unfortunately, however, human perceptions and memory can also be distorted or forgotten and what they often think they have witnessed may be far from the truth. Due to this, an innocent person may be arrested or prosecuted and an invalid judgment may be passed. The danger of errors in criminal identification by an eyewitness must be examined and any flawed factors in criminal identification must be corrected. The Supreme Court has denied reliability for an eyewitness and has established criteria for judging reliability by setting forth procedures for an eyewitness for criminal identification due to the invalidity of procedures for criminal identification through photos and individual interviews that may cause unfair effect of suggestion base d on Sentence 2003 D 7033 decided on February 27th, 2004. In the future, the decision of criminal cases may depend further on information from witnesses, and this may cause severe errors. Thus, in order to collect and maintain evidence by performing procedures for criminal identification by an eyewitness, the best plans for minimizing witness errors and for maximizing the rate of accurate acknowledgement are required. That is, errors in judgments should be reduced by assessing in de tail the results of criminal identification by an accurate eyewitness, and more prudent investigation guidelines must be established.

        거대한 내수시장과 저임금 노동시장을 장점으로 한 중국은 한국의 제 1위의 투자국이자 교역국 이다. 그러나 안정적 고도성장, 균형발전, 조화사회 건설 및 개혁개방 심화를 목표로 중국 정부가 추진 중인 11·5 규획은 외자기업의 수익률 감소로 이어질 수 있다는 전망이다. 이에 한국기업의 대중 투자동향 및 현황을 살펴보고 이번 11·5 규획이 대 중 투자환경에 어떤 변화와 영향을 미칠 것인가를 분석하고 변화에 따른 대응 방안 및 성공적인 중국투자 방안을 제시한다. China, which has a great advantage of having a huge domestic market and a labor market with low wages, is Korea`s number one investing and trading country. However, the 11th 5 year program(11.5 program) which the government of China is promoting for stable high growth, well-balanced development, the construction of a harmonic society and also for the deepening of reformation and opening, could lead to a decrease on the earning rate of a foreign capital enterprise. For this reason, we should observe the popular investing trend and the present condition of Korea`s enterprise, and analyse how the 11th 5 year program is going to effect China`s investing environment. We should also present a countermeasure and a successful investment program in China.

      • 골용해성 두개골내 수막종

        Extracranial primary meningioma occurs rarely and it is usually osteogenic lesion. This report is a case of the primary osteolytic intraosseous meningioma in the frontal bone. A 71-year-old woman presented with a palpable mass in the left frontal scalp. Neuroimaging modalities showed osteolytic and well-enhanced lesion in the left frontal bone. On operation finding, the mass was mainly located into the diploic space and not adhered to the underlying dura. The photomicrograph showed the largely uniform and spindle-shaped cells were infiltrated into the skull bone. We report a osteolytic primary meningioma in skull with literature review.
