The checklist used by current domestic steel structure construction companies contains approximately 25 types. These checklists are used as puts for first quality attached files after the related construction progress is finished to contractor and supervisors to double check it over. Therefore the purpose of this research is to suggest the checklist that includes reducing both time, and the money, improving quality, safety procedures and everything as explain above based on the experience and knowledge in Construction Phase. We used the checklists that is already being used and from our knowledge from the work of fields to make the new checklist and it has over read by professionals to clarify the mistakes to managed a final copy. Based on this projects to start, steel structure construction's beginning process of design, shop work phase to the field erection phase will need to have the technology and professions in the fields. For the use of steel structure construction's checklist it will be needing regulations to have professionals of steel structure construction in the field from the very beginning of the work, finally and of course we will need additional work to improve even better condition.

Piriformis Syndrome is characterized by pain of the low back, groin, perineum, buttock, hip, posterior thigh, leg and foot. Symptoms are aggravated by sitting, prolonged combination of hip flexion, adduction, the medial rotation, or by activity. In addition, patient may cornplain of painful swelling of the limb and sexual dysfunction-dyspareunia in female, and impotence in male. It currently appears that three specific conditions may contribute to the piriformis syndrome (a) myofascial pain, (b) nerve and vascular entrapment; (c) dysfunction of the sacro- iliac joint. The important keys of diagnosis are history and physical examination. There is no known objective diagnostic method. We deseribed the clinical features of four cases of piriformis syndrome and reviewed foreign literature.
테마파크 인턴십의 효과성에 대한 태도가 인턴십 참가의도와 정보탐색의도에 미치는 영향분석

본 연구는 태도는 행동의도에 영향을 미친다는 행태이론에 근거하여 대학생들의 테마파크 인턴십의 효과성에 대한 태도는 인턴십 참가의도 및 인턴십 정보탐색의도에 영향을 미친다는 가설을 설정하고, 이를 실증 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 본 연구를 위해 서울시내 4년제 대학 관광관련 교과목 수강생 185명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하고 다중회귀분석을 통해 가설을 검증한 결과, 유희효과, 취업연계 및 실무능력 요인들이 인턴십 참가의도와 인턴십 정보탐색의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 관리능력과 보상효과 요인들은 인턴십 참가의도 및 인턴십 정보탐색의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과 테마파크는 호텔, 리조트, 여행사 등 관광산업의 여타 부문과는 차별화되는 특징인 유희성이 대학생들의 인턴십 참가의도에 큰 영향을 미치는 요인이라는 것이 드러났다. 본 연구는 향후 테마파크 인사담당자는 우수한 대학생들을 유치하기 위한 홍보활동시 테마파크 고유의 특징인 유희성, 취업과의 연계성, 그리고 실무능력 향상가능성을 강조할 필요가 있음을 시사하고 있다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influences of attitude toward the effectiveness of theme park internship on both participation and information search intentions. Based on behavioral theory, a research model and hypotheses were set up and the questionnaires distributed to the students enrolled in the tourism related classes at the four colleges in Seoul. The factor analysis and Cronbach``s using SPSS 18.0 tested the validity and reliability of questions and extracted five constructs such as recruit linkage, practical skills, managerial skills, amusement, and compensation. The multiple regression supported the hypotheses partially that students`` theme park internship participation intention and information search intention were more influenced by their attitudes toward the internship effectiveness such as amusement, recruit linkage, and practical skills than managerial skills and compensation. Accordingly, the human resources department at the theme parks should utilize the factors of amusement, recruit linkage and practical skills of internship to develop the programs, promote their internship programs, and recruit students.
탄소섬유 강화 플라스틱 (CFRP) 적용 EV 구동모터 회전자의 특성분석

This paper investigates and compare of EV drive motor rotor applied with carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP). Recently, interior permanent magnet synchronous Motor (IPMSM) has incorporated a CFRP sleeve that wraps around the rotor. The sleeve keeps the rotor assembly from flying apart at high rotational speeds. The ipmsm with cfrp sleeve can reduce the magnetic flux leakage by removing the rib and bridge in the rotor to improve the performance of the motor, but it needs to be discussed and studied to minimize the strength performance of cfrp sleeve and cfrp and the change of electromagnetic performance. In this paper, the electromagnetic and mechanical properties of IPMSM motors with CFRP winding sleeves were compared through finite element method (FEM). A sleeve thickness of 0.5 mm was selected to minimize leakage flux that satisfies rotational stiffness according to the required maximum speed. In addition, magnetic torque, reluctance torque, and d-q axis inductance of CFRP winding sleeve applied IPMSM were analyzed and compared through FEM. By minimizing the d-axis inductance, a reluctance-maximizing model capable of high-speed driving was selected. As a result, it will be a useful reference in the development of the CFRP winding sleeve applied IPMSM.
