        시멘트를 사용한 TITANIUM 인공 대퇴삽입물의 5-8년 추시결과

        The objective was to determine if titanium(Ti) alloy was a suitable material for a cemented titanium femoral stem. Secondary objectives were to examine the effects of stem position and offset. Two hundred and thirty-eight cases of the hip were treated with a heavy cemented Ti alloy stem. These cases have been followed for 5-8years. They were rated clinically with a Harris hip score and radiologically after the fashion of Gruen. Twenty-eight patients died at less than 5 years and 12 were lost to follow-up. Sixty-one cases were hip revisions and were thus considered separately as were 27 primary cases with a smooth threaded acetabular component. Of the 129 primary cases with a cemented acetabular component, only 1 case required revision and this was for acetabular loosening only. The Harris hip rating for the others was 75.8% excellent, 18.7% good, 2,3% fair and 3.2% poor. Radiologic rating was high grade (4 zones) in 1 bilateral case and low grade in 7.7%, mainly single zone. Varus or valgus insertion did not influence outcome, nor did plug placement or stem offset. It is concluded that with appropriate stem design li alloy is a suitable material for cemented total hip replacement.

        인공지능형 스마트공장 데이터셋 구축 방법에 관한 연구

        At the manufacturing site, workers have been operating by inputting materials into the manufacturing process and leaving input records according to the work instructions, but product LOT tracking has been not possible due to many omissions. Recently, it is being carried out as a system to automatically input materials using RFID-Tag. In particular, the initial automatic recognition rate was good at 97 percent by automatically generating input information through RACK (TAG) ID and RACK input time analysis, but the automatic recognition rate continues to decrease due to multi-material RACK, TAG loss, and new product input issues. It is expected that it will contribute to increasing speed and yield (normal product ratio) in the overall production process by improving automatic recognition rate and real-time monitoring through the establishment of artificial intelligent smart factory datasets. 제조현장에서 작업자는 작업 지시서에 따라 제조 공정에 소재를 투입하고 투입 기록을 남기는 방식으로 운영해왔으나, 누락하는 경우가 많아 제품 LOT 추적이 안되는 경우가 발생하고 있었으며, 최근 스마트공장 구축으로 RFID-Tag를 활용하여 소재 투입 정보를 자동입력 하는 시스템으로 진행되고 있다. 특히, 생산라인에 투입되는 RACK에 부착된 TAG 정보를 수신하여 RACK(TAG) ID와 RACK 투입시간 데이터 분석을 통한 투입정보를 자동으로 생성토록 하여 초기 자동인식률이 97%로 양호하였으나 멀티소재 사용 RACK, TAG분실, 신규 제품 투입 이슈 등이 발생하면서 자동인식률이 계속 낮아지는 상황이다. 인공지능형 스마트공장 데이터셋 구축 방법은 자동인식률 향상과 실시간 모니터링이 가능해지므로 생산 공정의 전반에 있어 속도와 수율(정상제품 비율)을 높이는데 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

        유도장치가 부가된 진동회전방식 전동칫솔의 구강건강증진효과에 대한 조사연구

        Purpose: This study was performed to evaluate the effect of powered toothbrush with a wireless remote display on the subjective and objective oral hygiene improvement. Methods: One hundred and fifteen subjects in healthy or mild gingivitis status between the ages of 20 and 90 were recruited and reviewed for study inclusion criteria. At first visit, 115 pre-screened subjects filled in the questionnaire form which consisted of demographic factors, behavioral factors (smoking, alcohol consumption), toothbrushing habits (brushing time and frequency), self-reported oral health status, and self-satisfaction. Baseline clinical indices (Plaque index, Gingival index) were also recorded by a periodontist. Subjects were instructed how to use powered toothbrush with a wireless remote display, and were provided with it. Thirty days after first visit, 90 subjects returned for the second assessment by self-reported questionnaire form and professional clinical checkup. Statistical analysis was performed using paired t-test for the difference between baseline and second visit data. The relationship among variables was examined with chi-square test and Fisher' s exact test. Results: Significant differences were not found on self-reported satisfaction related with sex, smoking, alcohol consumption (P<0.05). Self-reported tooth brushing habit was improved in the aspect of brushing time and frequency. Significant differences were found on the self-reported oral health status, self-satisfaction, and clinical indices between the baseline and second visit data (P<0.01). Clinical indices were significantly reduced after using powered toothbrush with a wireless remote display (P<0.01). No adverse reactions were reported during the study period. Conclusions: Powered toothbrush with a wireless remote display successfully promoted oral hygiene from the subjective and objective viewpoint after 30 days of home usage.

        인지진단모형의 다층 분석을 적용한 국가수준 학업성취도 평가 결과 분석

        인지진단모형을 통한 국가수준 학업성취도 평가(NAEA) 결과분석은 교수ㆍ학습 개선과 지원에 필요한 세부 인지요소 정보를 산출할 수 있다. 이러한 정보는 기존 결과분석의 전반적인 성취수준에 대한 정보 제공과는 달리, 상세 인지요소 숙달 정보 프로파일을 제공함으로써 평가 결과를 교수ㆍ학습에 직접적으로 활용할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인지진단모형의 인지요소 숙달 여부를 통한 다층분석을 실시하여 16개 시ㆍ도 지역 간 인지요소 숙달 차이를 연구하였으며, 다음과 같은 방법으로 진행되었다. 첫째, 인지진단모형을 적용하기 위해 2010년 학업성취도 평가의 초등학교 6학년, 중학교 3학년, 고등학교 2학년 국어 검사의 Q 행렬을 개발하였다. 둘째, DINA 모형을 통해 피험자의 인지요소 숙달 정도를 추정하였다. 셋째, 다층분석을 통해 인지요소 숙달에 있어서의 지역 간 차이를 살펴보았다. 다층분석에서 1 수준은 학생들의 인지요소 숙달 사후 확률에 근거한 숙달 패턴별 잠재 집단을, 2 수준은 16개의 시ㆍ도로 구분한 2층 모형을 사용하여 지역 간의 차이를 연구하였다. 또한 더욱 심층적인 분석을 위해 배경 변인을 투입하여 분석한 결과를 제시하였다. 본 연구는 인지진단모형의 다층분석으로 지역 간의 유의미한 차이가 있다는 점을 확인하였으며, 학습관련 변수 중 ‘수업 시간에 배운 내용의 이해’와 ‘EBS 1시간 이상 시청’이 학생의 국어 관련 인지요소 숙달을 높이는 데에 긍정적인 영향을 줌을 알 수 있었다. An analysis of the National Assessment of Educational Achievement (NAEA) using a cognitive diagnostic model (CDM) can lead to effective feedback for teaching and learning that is at a fine-grained attribute level. Unlike traditional broad domain-based scores, CDM-based attribute profiles can lead to more targeted information that can be directed for classroom improvement. This study examined a multilevel extension of a CDM analysis of the NAEA to investigate regional differences between 16 major cities and provinces in South Korea. The study was conducted as follows. First, items from the 2010 administration of the Korean subject NAEA were used to develop a Q-matrix for 6th grade elementary, 3rd grade middle, and 2nd grade high school students. Next, the DINA model was fit using the Q-matrix developed and the examinee response data from the NAEA. Finally, a multilevel analysis of attribute mastery was conducted by specifying level 2 as the regional areas and level 1 as the students attribute classifications derived from the DINA model; demographic variables and measures of learning were added as covariates in the multilevel model to examine how these factors affect the probability of attribute mastery. Results showed minimal, yet significant differences between regions. Furthermore, students that reported to have understood materials taught in class and watched over 1 hour of educational program on television (EBS) were found to have a greater likelihood of mastering attributes required for solving questions in the Korean subject NAEA.
