비대칭 Polysulfone계(PS/PES/PPS)막 제조시 물리적 인자의 영향 및 기체투과 특성

This paper was to investigate the preparation of polysul fone(PS), polyethersulfone(PES) and pnlyphenylsulfone(ppS) memhrane. The thermal property of PPS was higher than that of others. From the result of SEM, the concentration of polymer was found to have a significant effect on the structure of membrane, and the structure of membrane made of PES is found to have regular micell Conn of asymmetry. Permeability and selectivity for oxygen and nitrogen gas in the air were analyzed by GC. Permeabilities of the membrane made of PES for oxygen and nitrogen in air, 1.5 and 0.7(x10??[㎤(STP)㎝/ ㎠sec㎝Hg]), respectively was higher than that of others. and Selectivity of the membrane made of PPS for oxygen to nitrogen gas in air was 2.9.<br/> <br/>
화학열펌프에 있어서의 무기수화물계 축열시스템에 관한 연구(!)

본 연구는 화학열펌프 개발을 목적으로 비교적 고온영역에서 화학축열에 응용 가능 할 것으로 판단되는 무기수화물계 Ca(OH)₂/ CaO 가역 반응싸이클을 이용한 수화·탈수반응에 따른 충진층내 열이동에 대하여 실험적 검토를 행하였다. 그 결과 본 실험에서 얻은 열교환특성은 Ca(OH)₂열분해 탈수반응시 반응기 내의 시료층 상단부가 하단부에 비해 탈수반응이 느리게 진행되었으며 이러한 현상은 탈수반응이 하부에서 상부로 진행됨을 알 수 있었다. 또, 반응기내 반경방향에서의 Ca(OH)₂열분해 탈수반응에 따른 온도변화는 시료 중심부에서 상·하단부로 나타났으며 이는 열전도도에 의한 온도 강하로 중심부의 축열온도가 높음을 알 수 있었다. The heat-storage characteristics accompanied by exothermic reaction at the regeneration of Ca(OH) ₂ in the heat-storage mode of a chemical heat pump system using a Ca(OH)₂/ CaO reversible thermochemical reaction was examined in a lab-scale unit. In this heat-storage mode, the particle bed of CaO could be regenerated by heating the Ca (OH)₂ packed bed to the higher temperature at which the equilibrium pressure in the reactor is greater than the water vapor pressure in the condenser. The results are i) the dehydration, thermal decomposition, rate of Ca(OH)₂ was higher at the lower part of particle bed than at the upper part, ii) in the reactor, the dehydration was proceeded along radial and axial direction, from inner part to the outer part, which explains heat transfers from the center to wall and from the center to lower or upper part of reactor.

본 연구는 에너지밀도와 승온효과가 큰 화학반응 열펌프시스템 개발을 위해 무기 수화물계인 Ca(OH)₂/CaO 충진층내 수화방열시 열특성에 관하여 실험적 검토를 행하였다. 수화반응 초기온도를 매개변수로 하여 실험한 결과 생석회의 초기 온도조건이 높을수록 반응평형온도에 도달하는 시간이 짧으며, 높은 온도의 방열특성을 나타냄을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 탈수축열 특성은 반응기의 시료층 상단부가 하단부에 비해 탈수반응이 느리게 진행되었으나, 수화반응시 방열특성은 시료층 하단부의 온도가 빠르게 강하함을 보였다. 이러한 현상은 탈수반응이 하부에서 상부로 진행되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. To develop chemical heat pump of higher energy density and efficiency heat-release characteristics accompanied by exothermic hydration reaction in packed bed Ca(OH)₂/CaO reactor are examined in a lab-scale unit.<br/> The initial temperature of hydration reaction is checked as a parameter.<br/> The higher hydration temperature has reduced reaction time to the equilibrium temperature and has enhanced the effect of heat release of higher temperature.<br/> Dehydration reaction has proceeded from lower part to the upper part of reactor and hydration has proceeded from lower to the upper part of reactor.

The purpose of this study is to know how the impression will be formed by the change of hair color, differences of impression formation per type of season, and differences of impression formation where is applied the case of worst and best hair color change. The results of study are as follows. according to result of seasonal type of personal color in differences of impression formation by hair color change, it was shown the same result in the type of spring and autumn, it was highly evaluated factors of ‘feminine’, ‘individuality’, and ‘polished beauty’ which is applying the best hair color that was shown significant differences. In other words, once applying the best color on the season of spring and autumn, it will be explained that more womanly, characteristically and having a polished image will be highly evaluated once applying the best color as a type of spring is represented cute, lovely and having a luxurious and a type of autumn is represented womanly, soft, and having a natural image. In summer, there was a significant difference in the worst color applied comparing with the best color applied by factors of ‘complexity’ and ‘activity’ which was highly appreciated. In other words, it indicates that factors of activity which contains image of cold and cool as a color of summer and the factors of ‘complexity’, ‘feminine’, ‘individuality’ and ‘polished beauty’, ‘strong’ were to be strengthened in impression formation.
과업중요성 및 피드백 특성과 혁신행동 간 역할모호성과 흡수능력의 매개효과 분석

본 연구는 선행연구들 기반으로 하여 구성원의 직무특성 중 과업 중요성 및 피드백 특성과 혁신행동 관계에서 역할모호성과 흡수능력의 매개효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 IBM SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0 분석도구를 사용하여 자료를 분석하였으며, 역할모호성과 흡수능력의 매개효과는 붓스트래핑(bootstrapping) 접근방법을 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 통하여 역할모호성과 흡수능력이 과업 중요성 및 피드백 직무특성과 혁신행동에 매우 중요한 매개변수임을 알 수 있었다. 다시 말해, 직무특성과 혁신행동 간에 역할모호성과 흡수능력의 매개변수 역할을 확인함으로써 기존 연구들의 결과들을 확대 적용할 수 있는 계기를 제시하였고, 나아가 향후 직무설계 및 수행에 있어서 과업 중요성과 함께 피드백 특성을 강구함으로써 조직의 혁신 효율을 더욱 높일 수 있을 것으로 판단하였다. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the mediating effect of the role ambiguity and absorptive capacity in the structural relationship of the job characteristics and innovative behaviors. We formulate the structural equation model(SEM) for analysing the relations among the six construct or latent variables. And we analysis the mediating effect of the absorption capacity. The empirical results are as follows. First, feedback has a negative effect on role ambiguity and a positive effect on feedback ambiguity, and skill variety has a positive effect on feedback ambiguity. Second, task significance and feedback have positive effects on exploratory absorptive capacity. Third, role ambiguity have positive effects on absorptive capacities, whereas feedback ambiguity has a negative effect on exploitation absorptive capacity. Four, exploratory absorptive capacity has a positive effect on exploitation absorptive capacity. Five, absorptive capacities, feedback ambiguity, and skill variety have significant effects on innovative behaviors. Finally, exploratory absorptive capacity and role ambiguity mediated partially the relationship between feedback and exploitation absorptive capacity, exploratory and exploitation absorptive capacities mediated perfectly the relationships between task significance and innovative behavior, between autonomy and innovative behavior, and between feedback and innovative behavior.
화학열펌프에 있어서의 무기수화물계 축열시스템에 관한 연구 (Ⅲ) - Ca(OH)2 탈수반응층의 전열해석 -

본 연구는 고온용 열구동형 화학열펌프에 있어서 폐열 및 태양에너지를 유용하게 이용하기위한 목적으로 Ca (OH)₂ 탈수반응시 원주형 반응기 충진충내 핀을 주입 전열촉진한 경우의 전열 및 반응촉진효과에 대해 이론적 평가를 행하였다. 그 결과 탈수흡열 반응시 반응층내 온도분포변화, 반응완결시간, 방열량에 대한 수치해석 결과 구리판 전열핀을 설치한 경우 입자 충전층의 탈수반응 소요시간을 크게 단축시킬 수 있었으며, 본 실험조건 하에서는 전열핀을 주입하지 않았을 때보다 탈수반응 소요시간이 1/2정도 단축됨을 알 수 있었다. 또한 해석결과 열화학반응은 온도 및 농도에 주로 의존하였고, 경계조건과 입자충전층의 열전도도에 의해 크게 좌우되었음을 알 수 있었다. To develope chemical heat pump, which is operated by heat of high temperature using available energy sources such as solar heat and many kinds of waste thermal energy we have studied theoretically the enhancement effects of inserted fins on the rate of heat transfer and reaction in cylinderical Ca(OH)₂ packed bed reactor. The results obtained by numerical analysis about profiles of temperature, completion time of reaction and exothermic heat amount released from the reactor read as the inserted copper fins in reator reduce the completion time of dehydration reaction in packed bed by half, and the rate of thermochemical reaction depends on the temperature and concentration, and it is also governed by the boundary conditions and the rate of heat transfer in the particle packed bed.
