이 연구의 목적은 크게 2가지로 대별된다. 첫째, 우리나라 지방자치단체 산하 재활용센터 및 정부조달물자 관련 재활용센터 등의 유통실태조사를 통하여 주요 품목별 발생량과 회수량을 조사하고 우리나라 재사용시장의 유통체계를 파악하고자 하였다. 둘째, 재사용사업의 주체별 역할을 설계하여 효율적인 재사용사업 모델을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 재사용 유통과정의 개선방안으로 1) 시민들의 재사용 의식제고(홍보와 교육), 2) 법령 및 제도의 개정, 3) 재활용센터의 세제 및 금융지원, 4) 재활용센터의 부지제공, 5) 원활한 가전제품부품의 조달, 6) 재사용 네트워크의 구성 등을 도출하였으며, 이러한 개선방안들을 실행하기 위한 공공 / 민간부문의 재사용사업 모델을 함께 제시하였다. The objective of this research was classified roughly on a large scale with 2 branches all. First, we investigated about the number of several items production and recovery through recycling center, under the influence of local government and Governmental supply material recycling center, and defined the system of recycling product circulation. Second, we tried to indicate efficient re-use business model through the Subjective role-model. The consequence of research, we can suggest about 1) citizen s consciousness raising for re-use(PR & Education), 2) reform a court of law and institution, 3) tax cut and financial support for recycling center, 4) Site provision for recycling, 5) smooth supply of the home electronics parts, 6) Composition of re-use network. For execution of these improvement programs, we suggest the re-use business model of the public / private sector for together.

본 연구는 언더웨어 브랜드 광고를 직접적 섹스어필 광고와 은유적 섹스어필 광고로 구분하여 비교 분석을 시도하였다. 섹스어필 광고 표현의 차이에 따른, 광고태도, 브랜드 태도, 구매의도를 성별, 디자인 전공 여부를 중심으로 통계 분석하여 효과적인 광고 표현의 가능성을 모색하였다. 연구결과 언더웨어 브랜드의 특성상 직접적 섹스어필 광고가 여성에게 효과가 높다는 결론을 도출하였다. 또한 은유적 섹스어필 광고에 대해 남성이 광고 태도 및 브랜드 태도, 구매의도에 높은 호감도를 나타내는 것을 알 수 있었다. 디자인 전공 여부에 따라서는 직접적 섹스어필 광고와 은유적 섹스어필 광고 선호도는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 언더웨어 광고에서 직접적 섹스어필 광고의 경우 섹스어필이 상품의 이미지와 조화될 때 여성에게 효과를 극대화 시킬 수 있다는 점을 확인할 수 있었으며, 남성은 언더웨어 브랜드광고에서 은유적 섹스어필 표현에 관심을 보이고 있음을 알 수 있었다. This study has tried the comparative analysis by classifying the underwear brand advertisement into direct sex appeal advertisement and metaphorical sex appeal advertisement. The effectiveness of advertisement expression has been studied by the comparative analysis for the advertisement attitude, the brand attitude, the purchasing intention based on the gender and the difference between design major and the others. As the study result, the conclusion, that the direct sex appeal advertisement on the characteristic of underwear brand has high effect on women, has been drawn. Also, it could be recognizable that men have high preference for the advertisement attitude, the brand attitude and the purchasing intention for the metaphorical sex appeal advertisement. Consequentially, the point that the effect on women can be maximized when the sex appeal expression is in harmony with the image of goods may be identified in case of the direct sex appeal advertisement in the underwear advertisement; it could be recognizable that men expressed their interests for metaphorical sex appeal expressions in underwear brand advertisements.

Based on research, a model of transparency, accessibility, reliability, openness, freedom, corruption, etc. 5-level components, consists of 20 indicators of the details. This research model of transparency when compared with other existing model of transparency, the most distinguish of the features and advantages are two-points. First, the indicators of openness and reliability that can be directly or indirectly involved transparency, such as those included as a component of the model are. Second, using the standard scores a standardized with the introduction of Z-Scores than the other models is easy-to-understand representation of the score of transparency

2015년 공무원연금 개혁으로, 현재 공무원의 연금 수급 연령은 단계적으로 높아져 65세가 되었지만, 일반직 공무원의 정년퇴직 연령은 60세로 되어 있다. 이에 따라 공무원이 정년퇴직한 후 몇 년간 소득이 없어 어려움을 겪는 소득공백 현상을 겪을 것으로 예상된다. 하지만, 공무원 정년연장에 대한 논의가 중요함에도 불구하고 이에 대한 기존의 연구가 많지 않은 상황이다. 본 연구는 공무원 정년연장을 다룰 때 쟁점이 되는 사안을 도출하고, 쟁점사안과 연계한 공무원 정년연장 방안과 고려사항을 제시할 목적으로 시작하였다. 이를 위해, 미국, 영국, 일본, 독일, 프랑스의 공무원 정년제도와 정년연장 또는 정년퇴직 폐지 사례를 고찰하고 우리나라에서 참고할 수 있는 시사점을 도출하였다. 또한, 공무원 정년연장과 관련된 주요쟁점으로 사회적 담론의 시작, 노동인구 감소에 대한 대안 마련, 공무원연금 수급시기와 정년의 일치, 공무원 조직의 유연성과 효율성 확보 등을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 공무원 정년연장 방안으로 재고용제, 임금피크제 도입, 단계적 정년폐지 등을 검토하였고, 향후 추가적으로 고려해야 할 사항으로 정년연장 대상 공무원의 선발방식, 급여구조 개편, 담당 업무 재설계, 공무원 정년연장 비용 추계, 정년연장 방식 결정 등을 제시하였다. With the reform of the public officials pension in 2015, the pension age for public officials has gradually increased to reach 65, but the retirement age of general public officials is 60. Accordingly, it is expected that public officials will experience an income vacancy, which is difficult due to no income for several years after retirement. However, despite the importance of discussing the retirement age extension for public officials, there are not many previous studies on this. This study was started with the aim of drawing up contentious issues in dealing with the extension of the retirement age of public officials, and suggesting plans and considerations for extending the retirement age of public officials. To this end, the cases of retirement system, retirement age extension, and retirement abolition in the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, Germany, and France were reviewed, and implications for reference were drawn. In addition, as major issues related to the extension of the retirement age of public officials, the beginning of social discourse, preparation of alternatives to the reduction of the working population, the agreement between the time of receipt of public officials pension and the retirement age, and securing of flexibility and efficiency in the public officials organization. In this study, the reemployment system, the wage peak system, and phased retirement abolition were reviewed as measures to extend the retirement age of public officials. As additional considerations in the future, the selection methods for public officials subject to retirement age extension, reorganization of the salary structure, redesign of duties in charge, estimation of expenses for the retirement age extension of public servants, and determination of the retirement age extension method were presented.
