The work environment changes along with social, technological, and cognitive transition. In recent years, social changes such as paradigm shift caused by the 4th industrial revolution influences production and utilization of information. Technological innovation such as mobile network and cloud computing diversifies work format and work space. Cognitive changes such as emergence of new lifestyle also affects the work environment. This paper focuses on 1) deriving the elements of the shifting work environment, 2) investigating the degree of importance perceived by white-collar workers and 3) figuring out their satisfaction with the current work environment. Centered around the interaction and technology utilization in business activities, we classify work types. Then, we identify the improvement points of work environment for each type using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). This paper aims to provide the data that can be used to plan the future work space.
고령자주택 인지건강디자인 적용을 위한 국외 디자인가이드라인 연구

Korean society entered an aging society and the number of dementia patients continues to grow. Since socioeconomic cost regarding dementia patients rises drastically, the government policy shifts to active prevention, and the importance of cognitive health, which is believed to extends the period before cognitive decline reaches a pathological state, is being noted. In keeping with this flow, there is a need to apply cognitive health in residential spaces in which aged people spend most of their time. This paper is a preliminary step for the development of a cognitive health design guideline that could be used as a housing providers’s point of view, and aims to analyze foreign guidelines to derive major planning directions and implications. First of all, concept and expected effects of cognitive health design were set. Secondly, foreign guidelines regarding dementia friendly housing was analyzed to derive design principles and major planning elements Finally, matters to be noted and application methods in the development of cognitive health guidelines in terms of housing providers were discussed. Results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for the development of cognitive health design guidelines.
식용종 옥덩굴(Caulerpa okamurae Weber-van Bosse)의 부위별 생장과 정단 제거 유·무가 생장에 미치는 영향

Growth differences in Caulerpa okamurae thallus parts and the effects of apex removal on growth were examined. Erect fronds, stolons, and erect fronds with stolons (erect+stolon) were grown for 14 days, whereas erect fronds without and with apex removal (-A and +A fronds, respectively), were grown for 25 days. The relative growth rates (RGR) of C. okamurae thallus parts ranged from 1.91% to 4.93% day<sup>-1</sup> with maximal and minimal RGR for the stolon and erect+stolon treatments, respectively. Over the 25 days in culture, the -A fronds showed a higher RGR (2.48% day<sup>-1</sup>) than the +A fronds (1.96% day<sup>-1</sup>). More new erect fronds and stolons were produced by -A fronds than those by +A fronds. In addition, basal cutting of erect C. okamurae fronds resulted in a greater plant length increase than that obtained from top cutting. These findings indicate that vegetative growth is common in C. okamurae, which has excellent wound healing ability, and cutting damage to erect fronds may stimulate enhanced vegetative growth. Thus, we suggest that stolons and erect fronds of C. okamurae could be used as seeding materials for large scale cultivation. Furthermore, this edible species could be a potential seaweed resource for rapid skin regeneration cosmetics.
보충형 수준별 과학 수업 전략의 효과 - 고등학교 과학 전해질과 이온 단원과 산과 염기의 반응 단원

제7차 교육과정의 과학 교과에 대한 보충형 수준별 수업 전략을 개발하여 실제 현장에 적용했을 때의 효과를 알아보는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 연구된 구체적인 단원은 고등학교 과학 ‘전해질과 이온’, ‘산과 염기의 반응’ 단원이다. 먼저 심화 과정과 보충 과정으로 구분하여 수준별수업을 진행하기 위해 학생들의 이해도를 판단할 수 있는 진단 평가 도구를 개발하였다. 둘째, 진단 평가 도구에 의하여 학생들을 수준별 소집단 분단으로 분류하였다. 이 연구에서 선택한 수업 운영 형태는 동일 학급 내 교과 수준별 분단 편성이다. 셋째, 각 동일 학급 내 수준별 분단에 사용할 수 있는 보충 활동지를 개발하여 사용하였다. 마지막으로, 개발한 전략을 실제 현장에 적용하여 학생들의 학업 성취도 및 과학에 관련된 태도의 변화를 알아보았다. 연구 결과는 SPSS 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 공변량 분석(ANCOVA)으로 통계 처리하였다. 과학 학업 성취도 측면에서 심화ㆍ보충형 수준별 수업 전략을 투입한 실험반의 경우 수준별 수업 전략을 처치하지 않은 통제반보다 학업 성취도에서 유의미한 효과를 보였다(p<.05). 그러나 해당 집단의 상위소집단(사전 검사에서 평균점수 이상)에서는 과학 학업 성취도에서 유의미한 결과를 보이지 않았으며, 하위 소집단(사전 검사에서 평균점수 미만)에서는 유의미한 결과가 나타났다(p<.05). The purpose of this study was to develop the instructional strategy to apply 9th differentiated curricula on class and to examine its effect of the achievement, science-related attitude, and to identify what should be taken into account more carefully and what problems there were, and ultimately to contribute to more efficient level-class instruction.<BR> The collected data were analyzed with SPSS program, and the ANCOVA was utilized. The findings of the study were as below.<BR> First, the experimental group exposed to the further or supplementary instructional strategy was significantly different from the control group that was not exposed to it in science achievement(p<.05). There appeared no significant difference on the further study subgroup but was significant difference on the supplementary subgroup.<BR> Second, there were the marks of progress generally but the level-class wasn"t significantly different on the results of the science-related attitude analysis(p>.05). The further study subgroup in the experimental group showed the rise of marks of the attitude but the further study subgroup in the control group degraded, and it was significantly different. But in supplementary subgroup, there was progress found both in the experimental and the control group, which were not significantly different.<BR> As it were, the class applied differentiated instructional strategy showed affirmative effect on science-related attitude for the further study students, and on science achievement for the supplementary students. Therefore, there might be better learning effect if the teachers classify the students" levels by performance assessment and use differentiated instructional strategy for individual levels properly in the scene of our class where students of various levels are gathered in one classroom.
한국산 진두발, Chondrus ocellatus의 생장과 질병에 대한 연구

동해안의 3개 정점(삼척, 영덕, 포항)과 서해안의 2개 정점(학암포, 만리포)에서 여름철(7, 8월)에 진두발을 채집하여 생장, 성숙, 배우체와 사분포자체 비율 및 질병에 대한 연구를 실시하였다. 진두발의 체장은 개체군별로 평균 6.10∼9.69 cm였으며 만리포에서 최소였고 포항에서 최대로서 동해안 개체가 서해안 개체에 비해 큰 것으로 확인되었다. 개체가 서해안 진두발에 비해 큰 것을 확인하였다. 진두발 개체군의 영양체 비율은 26.7∼66.7 %였으며, 영양체를 resorcinol 방법으로 구분한 후 배우체:사분포자체 비율은 동해안에서 1.7:1로 배우체가 우점하였고 서해안에서는 학암포에서 1:1.1, 만리포에서 1:2.3로서 포자체가 번무하였다. 본 연구에서 한국산 진두발은 다양한 질병(백색증과 녹반증 등), 내생조류와 착생조류를 가지고 있었으며, 여름철의 진두발은 건강한 조체는 20∼40 %로서 많은 개체가 질병을 가지고 있었다. 진두발은 현재까지 동정되지 않은 사상형 녹조류인 내생하는 Ulvella sp.를 가지고 있었다. 이러한내생조류는 유럽과 캐나다의 주름진두발에서 관찰되는 감염성 병원체로서 보다 많은 관심과 연구가 요구 된다. The growth, reproduction, gametophyte(G)/tetrasporophyte(T) ratio, and diseases of Chondrus ocellatus populations were examined at 3 sites (Samcheok, Youngduk, Pohang) of East coast and at 2 sites (Hakampo, Manripo) of West coast in between July and August, 2013. Average plant lengths were 6.10∼9.69 cm and it was minimum at Manripo and maximum at Pohang population. In general, average plant length and weight of C. ocellatus were greater on East coast than West coast populations. The proportion of vegetative plant was between 26.7∼66.7 %, and G/T ratio of total plants including vegetative plants after testing resorcinol method was 3:2 on the East coast where is gametophyte dominant area. However, G/T ratio was 1:1 at Hakampo and 1:2.3 at Manripo representing tetrasporophyte dominance. In the present study, Korean C. ocellatus have various diseases (white colour and green colour), an endophytic alga(Ulvella sp.), and many epiphytic macroalgae and diatoms. Healthy C. ocellatus plants were about 20∼40 % in summer population and most of plants had disease. Chondrus ocellatus had a filamentous green alga, endophytic Ulvella sp. which was not identified. The endophyte is easily observed in C. crispus growing in Europe and Canada and it is recognised as a pathogen destroying population and reducing yield of C. crispus. Thus more interest and research on the endophytic algae and disease of C. ocellatus are required.

This paper suggest the logic and rule processing approaches for BIM-enabled Building Design Quality Assurance. Basically the approaches aim to achieve automated design quality checking by converting natural language (human-readable) into logical units(computer-readable). This research and development project summarizes four phases of logic and rule processing approaches as following ;1) translating natural language sentences from the law into ‘processible’ atomic sentences, 2) implementing a space database from the noun phrases in atomic sentences, 3) categorizing the types of predicates focusing on the object relations, and 4) developing a web-based logic and rule system for computer readable and executable rules. This project is still ongoing.
