The purpose of this study was to obtain the information of the home treatment state for children with delayed development and to identify stress and coping pattern in mothers of the children. Data were collected from 211 mothers of delayed developmental children(DDC) by means of structured questionnaires. The results of this study were that in the home treatment mothers had technical insufficiencies to treat their children. so they had a difficulties in treating their children at home. But the home treatment were effective and mothers were assisted by their family and others in their treatment. The mothers had stress by anxiety of prognosis. hurts, responsibility, technical insufficiencies and negligent in housework. And acquisition of home treatment technique, the existence of assistant, and emotion in treatment also influenced on stress in the mother. The coping pattern in the stress were regular medical examination. communication with medical team and other mothers with DDC, faith of recovery and treatment. confidence in home treatment, family coorperation. and leisure time without concern for treatment. The younger mother received the more help from other mothers with DDC. And the mothers with severe, complex DDC had the more help from faith of recovery. Regular medical examination and faith of recovery were helpful coping pattern in mothers who had no treatment skill. Confidence in family coorperation and leisure time without concern for treatment were particularly helpful in mothers whose treatment duration is longer, and home treatment was not effective.
기판의 열확산에 의한 3차원 공랭모듈로부터의 열전달촉진에 관한 연구

The experiments were performed with a $31{\times}31{\times}7mm^3$ simulated 3-dimensional module on the thermal conductive board of a parallel plate channel. The convective thermal conductance for the path from the module surface directly to airflow and conjugate thermal conductance for the path leading from the module to the floor by way of a module support, then, to the airflow were determined with several combinations of module-support-construction(210, 0.32, 0.021 K/W)/floor-material(398, 0.236W/mK) and channel height(15-30mm). As the result, it was found that the conjugate thermal conductance and the temperature distribution around the module depend on the thermal resistance of the module support, and the channel height. These configurations were designed to investigate on the feasibility of using the substrate as an effective heat spreader in the forced convective air-cooling of surface mounted heat source. The experimental results were discussed in the light of interactive nature of heat transfer through two paths, one directed from the module to the airflow and the other via the module support and the floor to the air.
쌀소득보전에 관한 법률(목표가격 동결) 관련 동향 및 향후 과제

올해 쌀 목표가격 170,083원/80kg은 법을 개정하지 않을 경우 161,265원/80kg으로 대폭 하락할 전망이다. 현재 정부는 목표가격 하락을 주장하고 있고 국회에서는 대선으로 인해 제대로 된 논의조차 진행하지 못하고 있다. 이에 이번호에서는 쌀 목표가격에 대한 논의 동향과 향후 전망에 대해 알아보고 한농연의 대응활동에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.
Bacillus drentensis sp. 사균과 polysulfone으로 이루어진 미생물담체를 이용한 수용액 내 벤젠 제거

Laboratory scale experiments to remove benzene in solution by using the bio-carrier composed of dead biomass have been performed. The immobilized bio-carrier with dead Bacillus drentensis sp. and polysulfone was manufactured as the biosorbent. Batch sorption experiments were performed with bio-carriers having various quantities of biomass and then, their removal efficiencies and uptake capacities were calculated. From results of batch experiments, 98.0% of the initial benzene (1 mg/L) in 1 liter of solution was removed by using 40 g of immobilized bio-carrier containing 5% biomass within 1 hour and the biosorption reaction reached in equilibrium within 2 hours. Benzene removal efficiency slightly increased (99.0 to $99.4%{\pm}0.05$) as the temperature increased from 15 to $35^{\circ}C$, suggesting that the temperature rarely affects on the removal efficiency of the bio-carrier. The removal efficiency changed under the different initial benzene concentration in solution and benzene removal efficiency of the bio-carrier increased with the increase of the initial benzene concentration (0.001 to 10 mg/L). More than 99.0% of benzene was removed from solution when the initial benzene concentration ranged from 1 to 10 mg/L. From results of fitting process for batch experimental data to Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms, the removal isotherms of benzene were more well fitted to Freundlich model ($r^2$=0.9242) rather than Langmuir model ($r^2$=0.7453). From the column experiment, the benzene removal efficiency maintained over 99.0% until 420 pore volumes of benzene solution (initial benzene concentration: 1 mg/L) were injected in the column packed with bio-carriers, investigating that the immobilized carrier containing Bacillus drentensis sp. and polysulfone is the outstanding biosorbent to remove benzene in solution.
정부의 비과세 · 감면제도 개편 방향 및 한농연 요구사항

정부는 예산의 효율적인 운용과 합리적인 예산 집행을 위해 비과세 · 감면제도의 개편 방안을 마련 중에 있다. 이에 한국조세연구원에서는 지난 3일 조세중립성 제고를 위한 비과세 · 감면제도 운용방안에 대한 토론회가 있었다. 이번호에서는 정부의 비과세 · 감면제도 개편 방향 및 문제점, 이에 대한 한농연의 요구사항 및 대응활동에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

오는 10월 11일부터 30일까지 2006년도 정기국회 국정감사가 실시된다. 한-미 FTA, 농협중앙회 신경분리 등 개혁추진. 쌀값 안정 및 농가소득안정망 구축 등 당면 농정현안이 산적해 있는 상황이다. 이에 한농연은 아래와 같은 10대 국정감사 요청사항을 국회가 성실히 반영해 줄 것을 강력히 요구하고 있다. 행정부의 독단을 견제하고 입법 활동을 통해 밑바닥 민의를 적극 관철시키는 헌정 기관으로서 국회가 제 역할을 다하여, 당면한 농업 · 농촌 · 농민의 위기를 농민 중심적 입장에서 슬기롭게 해결할 수 있도록 최선을 다 해야 할 것이다.
