        ERAM 모델에의 거리 및 각도 가중치 통합 적용에 관한 연구

        This study aimed to propose the method and process of applying more than two weighting concepts to ERAM model integratedly. First, the existing methods of applying a weighting concept to ERAM model was examined, and the necessity of applying multiply weighting to ERAM model was considered. Second, as the method of applying more than two weighting concepts to ERAM model integratedly, what is called multi-weighted ERAM model, this study proposed the method of setting each entry of an weighted adjacency matrix as a multiplication result of different weighting values pertaining to the position of the entry, that is, W=Wa<SUP>*</SUP>Wb<SUP>*</SUP>Wc. This method has the advantage that relative ratio of each weighting concept can be reflected in an integrated weighting value. Third, this study also proposed multi-weighted ERAM model of applying both distance and angle. Fourth, this study verified the distance & angular multi-weighted ERAM model. For the verification, Myeong-dong, Insa-dong and Seoul City Hall area were selected as analysis targets, and non-weighted(original) ERAM model, angular weighted ERAM model, distance weighted ERAM model, and distance & angular multi-weighted ERAM model were applied to analyses of each target area, and finally the correlation tests between the analysis result of each model and the pedestrian movement density data on each target area. As a result, the explanation ability of distance & angular multi-weighted ERAM model on the pedestrian movement density proved to be better than those of the order models.

        도시 공간분석을 위한 지상·지하 공간 네트워크

        The purpose of this study is to propose and verify a spatial network construction method that integrated roads and subway lines to improve the predictability of the urban spatial analysis model. The existing axial map for urban spatial analysis did not reflect the subway line that serves as an important moving space in modern cities. To improve this axial map, proposed a Ground-Underground Spatial Network by integrating the underground spatial network with the axial map. As a result of the integration analysis, the Ground-Underground Spatial Network(GUSN) were similar to the movement frequency. Correlation of GUSN was 0.723, which showed higher explanatory power than correlation coefficient of 0.575 in axial map. The result of this study is expected to be a theoretical basis for constructing spatial network in urban space analysis with subway.

        공간구문론에의 거리가중개념 적용에 관한 심층 연구

        Applying metric(distance) factor as weighting to spatial syntax is known to not contribute to the explanatory power for the human movement behavior as compared to the geometric(angle) factor according to the negative results of several related studies. However, Kim & Piao (2017) assumed that there is not a problem of the metric factor itself but a problem of the way of applying the metric factor as weighting, and presented a new possibility of the metric factor as weighting by proposing and verifying the methods of applying the metric weighting, which are different from the existing ones. The purpose of this study is to propose advanced methods of applying the metric weighting to space syntax, and to verify whether they contribute to the improvement of explanatory power of space syntax analysis. In this paper, we propose functions for combined depth of distance-step that combine the distance-weighted depth function with the step depth function and apply them to axial segment analysis to check the improvement of explanatory power of them.

        현행 철도설계지침은 철도역사 여객시설의 계획 목표로 시설물별 설계 서비스수준을 제시하고, 규모계획 기준의 면적 산정식에 Fruin의 서비스수준(LOS) 이론을 적용하고 있다. 그러나 서비스수준을 근거로 한 여객시설 계획은 보행 및 대기공간에 한정된다.본 논문은 철도역사 여객시설의 서비스수준을 다면적으로 평가하기 위한 정량적 평가지표 항목을 제시한다. 여객 서비스에 필요한 다양한 세부시설을 분류하고, 각 세부시설을 대상으로 이용객이 느끼는 편의성에 영향을 줄 수 있는 요인을 분석하여 평가지표 항목을 도출한다. The current design guideline of railway station proposes LOS of each facility for planning passenger facilities in a railway station. And it is applied Fruin’s LOS theory to area calculation formula in planning capacity and size. But plan a passenger facilities based on LOS limited to pedestrian and waiting space. This study proposes a quantitative evaluation index for evaluating LOS for a railway station passenger facility in a multi-faced way. It classifies various detailed facilities required passenger services, and it derives the evaluation index from analyzing the factors that may affect the passenger’s convenience level in various facilities within a railway station.

        국내 철도역사 여객 통행패턴 분석을 통한 면적산정식 검증 연구

        In this study, information on passengers was collected in order to improve the area calculation criteria for railway stations in Korea to more realistic standards. Information on a total of 1,443 passengers was collected from selected representative railway stations in Korea. Average time of stay and usage in the main space based on passenger’s characteristics were statistically analyzed. Passenger’s characteristics are the following: sex, age, number of accompanying members, and type and number of baggage. According to the analysis, calculation of coefficients applied to the existing area tended to be overly calculated than the area reflected by the actual patterns of passenger’s movement. Therefore, based on the behavior information of the 1,443 passengers, improvements for area calculation were suggested for existing railway station facilities.
