        파력발전용 임펄스터빈의 효율 향상을 위한 Staggered Blade의 적용에 대한 연구

        OWE형 파력발전장치는 해수면의 승강운동을 공기실 내의 공기 흐름으로 전환하고 이를 터빈의 구동력으로 사용하는 발전장치이다. 파랑에너지가, 터빈으로 유입되는 공기에너지로 전환하도록 하는 공기실의 내부 수위의 주기적 변동은 상하대칭이 이루어지지 않고, 공기실 내 공기 유동의 압축과 팽창 과정에서 유량차가 발생하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 이를 이용하여 보다 많은 유량을 임펄스터빈의 압력면으로 유도하여 날개의 압력면과 흡입면의 압력차를 크게 하는 Staggered Blade의 적용에 대해 검토하고 그에 대한 성능 해석을 수행하였다. 터빈의 압력면으로의 공기 흐름을 제어하기 위해 Self-Pitched Blade(가변 피치 날개)를 제안하였고, 이러한 유량차를 토대로 동 조건에서 최대의 발전량과 최고 효율의 터빈을 설계하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. An OWC-type Wave Energy Conversion passes through 3 steps energy conversion process. This paper deal with the impulse turbine with staggered blade to improved performance by numerical analysis using commercial CFD code, FLUENT Maximum value of axial airflow velocity during exhalation is higher than that during inhalation This paper deal with special-type of Impulse Turbine so-called "Staggered Blade" for more efficiency to making air flow direct to on pressure side. Also, this paper has proposed special-type turbine with self-pitched blade more efficient.

        경력지향성이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 : 조직지원의 조절효과

        본 연구는 무경계경력지향성(boundaryless career orientation)과 전통적 경력지향성(traditional career orientation)이 종업원의 태도(조직몰입)에 미치는 영향에 대해 국내 11개 제조기업의 종업원을 대상으로 실증분석 하였다. 또한 이들 관계에 대한 조직지원의 조절효과를 검정하였다. 실증분석결과, 전통적 경력지향성을 가진 종업원들은 조직몰입에 정(+)의 관계를 가지고, 무경계경력지향성을 가진 종업원은 조직몰입에 부(-)의 관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 조직지원은 무경계경력지향성과 조직몰입간의 관계는 긍정적으로 조절함을 확인하였으나, 전통적 경력지향성과 조직몰입간의 관계에서는 조절효과가 확인되지 않았다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 이론적, 실무적 시사점과 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다. Recognizing the importance of career orientation in practice and the lack of its related studies, this study investigates the relationship between career orientation and organizational commitment. We collected data from 331 employees in 11 domestic manufacturing firms to test hypothesis. A moderating effect of organizational support on these relationships were also examined. We classified career orientation in terms of both boundaryless career and traditional career. The results show us the followings. First, whereas traditional career orientation is positively related to the organizational commitment, boundaryless career orientation has negative influence on organizational commitment. Second, organizational support moderates positively the relationship between boundaryless career orientation and organizational commitment, but not the case for the relationship between traditional career orientation and organizational commitment. This study advances organizational commitment research considering career orientation, suggesting that managers can improve organizational performance in terms of both taking a proper career orientation system and organizational support. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed along with some suggestions for future research.

        시스템 개선을 통한 핵의학 검사실의 공간 선량률 감소방안

        Objectives: This study aims at decreasing spatial dose rate through work improvement whilst spatial dose rate is the cause of increasing personal exposure dose which occurs in the process of handling radioisotope. Methods: From February 2013 until July 2013, divided into "before" and "after" the improvement, spatial dose rate in laboratory of nuclear medicine was measured in gamma image room, PET/CT-1 image room, and PET/CT-2 image room as its locations. The measurement time was 08:00, 12:00 and 17:00, and SPSS 21.0 USA was opted for its statistical analysis. Result: The spatial dose rate at distribution worktable, injection table, the entrance to the distribution room, and radioisotope storage box, which had showed high spatial dose rate, decreased by more than 43.7% a monthly average. The distribution worktable, that had showed the highest spatial dose rate in PET/CT-1 image room, dropped the rate to 42.3% as of July. The injection table and distribution worktable in the PET/CT-2 image room also showed the decline of spatial dose rate to 89% and 64.4%, respectively. Conclusion: By improving distribution process and introducing proper radiation shielding material, we were able to drop the spatial dose rate substantially at distribution worktable, injection table, and nuclide storage box. However, taking into account of steadily increasing amount of radioisotope used, strengthening radiation related regulations, and safe utilization of radioisotope, the process of system improvement needs to be maintained through continuous monitoring.

        S-OJT 성공요인과 예기치 않은 성과에 관한 사례연구

        Purpose Recently on-the-job training – (OJT) has become the most preferred training and development method with the emergence of the concept that workplace is the best place where learning take place. But many researchers argue that OJT is not helpful for the performance of organization because OJT is not systematic and mostly depend on quality of trainer. Since Jacobs & McGriffin introduced S-OJT (structured OJT), there has been plenty of researches. But most of the researches have focused mainly on employee’s attitude and organizational performance caused by S-OJT and neglected a holistic approach of S-OJT as a system. S-OJT need to be analyzed comprehensively to understand training performance because S-OJT is operated as a system consist of input, process, and organizational context. Although S-OJT may create unintended consequences, there were few researches to explore them. Thus, the purpose of this study is to identify the critical success factors for S-OJT and to find unintended consequences of it. Research design, data and methodology – We conducted a case study on M business unit of A company which developed and has been implementing S-OJT program for years. We designed and prepared the process, collected and analyzed data for the study. We set the theoretical framework to analyze the case after reviewing theories and previous studies on S-OJT. We collected and analyzed internal reports and interview results of the employees of the M business unit. We tried to collect as many information as possible to secure the validity of the research results. Results – The critical success factors identified in the study are as follow. First, it is important to select and train proper trainers for S-OJT. Second, it is needed to develop structured training module. Third, organization have to use effective communication system like on-line community. Forth, trainer should have proper skills for training such as facilitating skill, coaching skill, and delivering skill etc. Fifth, proper learning place is needed. Sixth, organizational support is important especially, immediate supervisor support and concern is critical. Eleventh, it is needed to consider situational contexts. Among them, overload to the trainer will affect the effectiveness of S-OJT. In this study, we found an additional unintended consequence. “To teach is the best way to learn.” Experience as a trainer give employee an opportunity to organize one’s knowledge and skill and to attain facilitation skill, coaching skill, and relation skill. Thus, organization may use S-OJT to train the potential talent. Conclusions – Many organizations introduced S-OJT to train the newcomers because S-OJT drew attention as an important tool to develop employees. Following this trend, there has been increasing number of researches to find the results of S-OJT and identify the determinants of S-OJT success. However, most of the researches concentrated on finding effects of some factors neglecting holistic approach. This study tried to identify critical success factors affecting effectiveness of S-OJT by using case study and find additional unintended consequence. The results of the study will be useful for organizations which have a plan to adopt S-OJT.
