        한국간호사의 윤리풍토연구: 주제범위 문헌고찰(Scoping Review)

        Objectives: This study aimed to understand the status of research on the ethical climate of Korean nurses through a scoping review. Methods: The research process was conducted to the five steps of Arksey and O'Malley. The data were searched based on the COre DB recommended by NECA. Studies published up to September 2021 were included. The selected 17 studies were organized using Zotero and Microsoft Excel. Results: The final 17 studies included 14 quantitative studies, one mixed study, one qualitative study, and one systematic literature review. The variables studied along with the ethical climate were empathy, moral sensitivity, moral anguish, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. When the variables were classified into individual, organizational, work, and patient perspectives, the individual perspective variable was the most common. The ethical climate of Korean nurses had an effect on related variables, with positive effects on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and retention intention, and negative effects on intention-to-leave and moral distress. Conclusions: This study presents the rationale for improving nursing outcomes based on the ethical climate. New leadership and revised business practices in an organization can change the ethical climate; improving it can lead to improvements in variables related to individuals, nursing work, organizations, and patients. 연구목적: 본 연구는 주제범위 문헌고찰로 한국간호사의 윤리풍토 연구의 현황을 파악하는 것이다. 연구방법: 연구방법은 Arksey와 O’Malley의 5단계에 따라 진행하였다. 자료는 NECA가 추천하는 COre DB를 기초로 검색하였다. 2021년 9월까지 발표된 연구를 대상으로 하였다. 선정된 17편의 연구는 문헌관리 프로그램인 Zotero와 엑셀로 정리하였다. 연구결과: 17편의 연구는 양적연구 14편, 혼합연구 1편, 질적연구 1편, 체계적 문헌고찰 연구 1편이었다. 윤리풍토와 함께 연구된 변수는 공감, 도덕적 민감성, 도덕적 고뇌, 직무만족, 조직몰입이 많았다. 변수들을 개인, 조직, 업무, 환자관점으로 분류하였을 때 개인관점 변수가 가장 많았다. 한국간호사의 윤리풍토는 관련 변수들에게 영향을 주었는데 직무만족, 조직몰입, 재직의도에는 긍정적인 영향을, 이직의도와 도덕적 고뇌에는 부정적인 영향을 주었다. 결론: 본 연구는 간호사들의 윤리풍토 개선을 위한 근거를 제시하였다. 조직의 새로운 리더십과 수정된 업무관행은 윤리풍토를 바꿀 수 있다. 윤리풍토를 향상시키기 위한 중재 연구를 계획할 때 다양한 선행요인을 고려해야 할 것이다.

        전담간호사의 감성지능과 셀프리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study aimed to identify the effects of emotional intelligence and self-leadership on job satisfaction among physician assistant nurses. Methods: The participants were 146 physician assistant nurses working at two university hospitals. Data were collected from August 1-September 31, 2020 and analyzed through t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation, and hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS/WIN version 26.0. Results: Factors affecting job satisfaction were self-leadership (β=.30, p=.003), “less than 1 year of experience as a physician assistant nurse” (β=.27, p=.025), and emotional intelligence (β=.25, p=.007), and the explanatory power was 34.4% (F=6.03, p<.001). Conclusion: Our study shows that self-leadership and emotional intelligence play a significant role in the job satisfaction of physician assistant nurses; thus, strengthening these two factors is crucial to improve the nurses’ job satisfaction. The results of this study may serve as basic data for the development of strategies to enhance job satisfaction among physician assistant nurses.

        간호대학생의 사회적거리감과 다문화수용성의 관계에서 다문화접촉경험의 영향

        The purpose of this study was to identify the moderated effects of multicultural contact experience on the relationship between social distance and multicultural acceptability among nursing students. The sample for this study consisted of 174 nursing students from four universities located in Korea. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation and hierarchical multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 23.0. It was found that: (a) multicultural acceptability had a negative correlation with social distance(r=-.61, <.001), whereas a positive correlation was observed with experience of multicultural contact(r=.24, =.002); (b) the interaction effect by multicultural contact experience and social distance had a significant influence on the multicultural acceptability(β=-.18, =.003); (c) experience of multicultural contact moderated the relationship between social distance and multicultural acceptability(∆R2 = 0.30, p=.003). Results of the study suggest that the greater the experience of multicultural contact, the greater the negative effect of social distance on multicultural acceptability. Therefore, to increase the multicultural acceptability of nursing students, it is important to encourage the positive experiences of multicultural contact and thus reduce social distance. 본 연구는 간호대학생의 사회적거리감과 다문화수용성의 관계에서 다문화접촉경험의 조절효과를 검정하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구 대상자는 4개 대학 간호학과 학생 174명이었다. 자료는 SPSS/WIN 23.0을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, 피어슨상관관계, 위계적 회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과 (a) 다문화수용성은 사회적거리감과 부적 상관관계(r=-.61, <.001)를, 다문화접촉경험과 양적 상관관계(r=.24, =.002)가 있었다. (b) 다문화접촉경험과 사회적거리감의 상호작용효과는 다문화수용성에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다(β=-.18, =.003). (c) 다문화접촉경험은 사회적거리감과 다문화수용성 관계를 조절하였다(∆R2 = 0.30, p=.003). 본 연구를 통하여 다문화접촉경험이 커질수록 사회적거리감이 다문화수용성에 미치는 음의 영향력이 커짐을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 다문화수용성 향상을 위하여 사회적거리감을 줄이고 긍정적인 다문화접촉경험의 접근이 필요하다.

        국내외 관광객 유치증대를 위한 야간관광 활성화 방안 : 대구광역시 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the night tourism potentials and problems of Daegu as a study on the promotion of night tourism for attracting domestic and foreign tourists visiting Daegu. The Daegu metropolitan city is continuously developing content for attractions and things to do, but there is a limit to progressing to night sightseeing merchandising. The Night tourism is to build a infrastructure, to develop content and diversify programs, to develop special linkage program that can link with travel agency or night tourism industry, and to build shopping and entertainment. In order to develop and activate night tourism in Daegu, the Daegu metropolitan city will establish systematic plans such as night vision, concept, infrastructure, and publicity, and plan implementation plans for Daegu City to provide practical cooperation and cooperation between travel agencies, tourism associations and tourism related industries. Through Daegu, night tourism will be revitalized. It is urgently required to develop cultural tourism contents and tourist products such as night tour for attracting domestic and foreign visitors to Daegu.

        종합병원 간호사의 직무만족, 조직문화, 사회적 지지가 재직의도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study aumed to identify the effects of job satisfaction, nursing organizational culture and social support on intention retention among general hospital nurses. Methods: The subjects were 254 nurses working in one general hospital. Data were collected from January 1 to 30, 2023. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS/WIN 25.0 program. Results: (a) In this study, the mean value of job satisfaction was 3.07±0.43, relation-oriented culture was 3.45±0.51, hierarchy-oriented culture was 3.39±0.49, task-oriented culture was 3.35±0.48, innovation-oriented culture was 3.00±0.46, social support was 3.75±0.49, and intention retention was 4.98±1.39. (b) Intention retention had a positive correlation with job satisfaction (r=.41, p<.001), social support (r=.29, p<.001), innovation-oriented culture (r=.29, p<.001), relation-oriented culture (r=.20, p=.001), and hierarchy-oriented culture (r=.18, p=.002). (c) Factors that affect intention retention include job satisfaction (β=.41, p<.001), Working type (Non-shift) (β=.18, p=.001), Nursing job selection (Recommendation, employment) (β=-.16, p=.003), and the explanation power was 23.1% (F=9.43, p<.001). Conclusion: Our study shows that job satisfaction plays a significant role in the intention retention of nurses. It is important to strengthen job satisfaction to increase the retention of nurses. The results of this study may serve as basic data for the development of strategies to improve intention retention in nurses.

        보육교사의 영유아 대상 투약과 응급상황 경험 및 교육 요구

        The aim of this study was to investigate experience and education needs on medication and emergency situations for young children of child caregivers. The data from 190 caregivers were collected using open-ended questionnaires composed of four items and analysed by content analysis. The categories derived for each theme were as follows: experience of medication of six categories(no referral for medication, young children refused medication, inaccurate referral, a variety of medication, sick children but not having medication), education need of four categories(for child caregivers, for parents, for children, guideline required), experience of emergency situation of six categories(skin damage or bleeding, decreased consciousness due to seizures, high fever persisted, asphyxiation due to foreign body, dislocation or fracture, emergency not knowing how to cope), education need of emergency situation of five categories(contents, methods, cycle, necessity, institutionalization). It is required to improve more practically the education contents and methods related to medication and emergency situation of child caregivers. 본 연구는 보육교사들의 투약 및 응급상황 경험과 교육요구를 파악하기 위한 연구이다. 연구대상자는 2017년 경상남도 지역에서 실시된 하계 보수교육에 참여한 보육교사 190명을 대상으로 투약경험과 투약 교육요구, 응급상황 경험 및 대처와 응급상황 교육요구를 묻는 개방형 질문지에 기록한 내용을 이용한 내용분석 연구이다. 연구결과 보육교사의 투약경험은 “투약의뢰서가 없음에도 투약해야 함(29.2%)”, “영유아의 투약거부에도 억지로 투약함(26.1%)” 등의 6개 범주로 도출되었다. 투약 교육요구는 “보육교사 대상 투약교육이 필요(47.3%)”, “부모 대상 투약교육이 필요(29.3%)”, 등의 4개 범주로 도출되었다. 응급상황 및 대처경험은 “사고로 피부손상 또는 출혈이 생김; 상처소독과 지혈조치 시행함(25.5%)”, “경련, 발작으로 의식 소실; 기도확보 조치 시행함(21.4%)” 등의 6개 범주로 도출되었다. 응급상황 교육요구는 “교육내용으로 다양한 응급상황의 종류별 응급처치와 대처방법(65.4%)”, “교육방법으로 실제 사례와 실습 위주의 효과적인 맞춤형 교육(13.2%)” 등의 5개 범주로 도출되었다. 본 연구결과에 근거하여 보육교사 직무교육 중 약물오남용, 응급처치와 관련한 교육내용 및 교육방법의 개선이 요구된다.
