초등학교 영어수업 분석을 통한 영어로 진행하는 영어수업(TEE) 평가도구의 적용가능성 연구

This study is aimed to identify the applicability of the TEE tool by implementing the TEE in an elementary English teaching context and to promote an improvement of a classroom English teaching by providing a chance to examine English teachers’ TEE ability in terms of evaluating TEE. More specifically, this study tested whether the TEE assessment tool postulated by Lee, Kim, Lee, Lee, and Jang (2009), was applicable to elementary school level English classes. Five Korean and five English native teachers participated in this study, and eighteen TEE video clips were measured using the TEE assessment tool. Our findings revealed that while those assessment elements are observable and feasible, redundancy of the assessment elements were observed. In addition, while the TEE assessment tool was fully reliable and valid within the participants, it had only partially different results. The results are discussed in terms of exploring new possible directions in elementary-level assessment, and evaluation of the TEE implementation in various levels of the elementary English education system as well as the overall development of TEE proficiency and the role of implementation in elementary English teaching context.
정신간호학 분야의 질적 연구논문분석 - 최근 10년 간 정신간호학회지에 게재된 논문을 중심으로 -

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the trends in qualitative research articles that from 2004 to 2013 in the Journal of Korean Academy of Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing and to raise issues for the evolution of qualitative research. Methods: Descriptive statistics and qualitative evaluation were used in analysis of fifty qualitative studies. The focus was on research methodology and techniques to establish validity of the study. Results: Most frequently used methodological orientation was phenomenology (48.0%) and the analytic method was Colaizzi’s. Nearly two-thirds of studies focused on general population or psychiatric patients dwelling in community settings. There were no comments on validity in fifteen studies, and in the rest of studies, the description about the techniques to enhance the validity of study were not elaborated. Conclusion: Although qualitative studies in health care environment have increased recently, the proportion of qualitative studies compared with quantitative studies was relatively low in the Journal of Korean Academy of Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing. In order to make qualitative studies useful to nursing research, practice, administration and education, authors employing qualitative research methods should exert efforts to enhance validity of studies.
군 복무 후 복학한 남자 간호학생의 학교생활 적응 경험

Purpose: This study aimed to explore and describe the school life experience of male nursing students reinstated at school after military service. Methods: The participants in the current study were 20 male nursing students from three universities. The data were collected in focus group interviews, and an inductive content analysis was performed on the data obtained from six focus groups. Results: The content relating to the school experience of the participants was categorized into four themes: making a new start, facing challenges, trying to find one`s place, and confusion about one’s professional identity. Conclusion: Nursing education in Korea needs to be reconsidered, as it adheres to a gender-stereotyped identity. This study provides implications for improving the content and quality of nursing education.

Die politische Freiheit hat eine entscheidende Bedeutung im heutigen demokratischen Staat. Die Meinungsfreiheit und die Versammlungsfreiheit gehoren zu den Grundlagen der Demokratie. Die Verfassung gewahrleistet nur die friedliche Versammlung. Die Versammlungsfreiheit gewahrleistet den Grundrechtstragern das Selbstbestimmungsrecht uber Ort, Zeitpunkt, Art und Inhalt der Veranstaltung. Art. 21 (Versammlungsfreiheit) Koreanische Verfassung (KV) gewahrleistet grundsatzlich die Versammlungsfreiheit. Nach § 10 (Verbot von Versammlungen in der Nacht) Versammlungsgesetz (VersammlG) ist hingegen die Versammlung in der Nacht grundsatzlich verboten und wird nur ausnahmsweise mit strikten Auflagen erlaubt. Wahrend Art. 21 KV ein Regel-Ausnahme-Verhaltnis darstellt, ist es bei § 10 VersammlG umgekehrt. § 10 VersammlG ist daher verfassungswidrig. In Verfassungsgerichtsentscheidungen, aber auch in sonstigen Aufsatzen wird der Begriff Demonstration als sich fortbewegende Versammlung unter freiem Himmel zum Ausdruck gebracht. Aber sich fortbewegende Versammlung unter freiem Himmel oder Durchfuhrung der Versammlung stellen per se keine Demonstration, sondern einen Aufzug dar. Demonstration bezeichnet eine politische Versammlung unter freiem Himmel oder das Zusammenkommen einer relativen Vielzahl von Menschen zur gemeinsamen Zweckverfolgung. § 23 VersammlG bestraft den Versammlungsveranstalter wegen des Verstoßes gegen das Verbot von Versammlungen in der Nacht und erhoht sogar die Strafe abhangig von der Eigenschaft als Veranstalter, Ordner oder Teilnehmer. Der Veranstalter, der Ordner und der Teilnehmer machen sich bei Verstoßen stets strafbar, fur sie besteht nicht die Moglichkeit einer Geldbuße. Außer bei Spontanversammlungen, die sich aus einem momentanen Anlass ungeplant und ohne Veranstalter entwickeln, existiert stets ein Veranstalter. Der Schutz des Veranstalters ist Voraussetzung fur den Schutz der Versammlungsfreiheit. Diese unterschiedliche Behandlung verursacht einen chilling effect im Bereich der Versammlungsfreiheit. Daher sollen alle, der Veranstalter, der Ordner und der Teilnehmer, im Minimum der Strafe gleich behandelt werden.

Durch die Kritik an den erst- und zweitinstanzlichen Urteilen im sog. Kwak-No-Hyun-Fall zielt dieser Aufsatz auf Bestatigung der Verfassungswidrigkeit der Vorschrift §232 Absatz 1 Nr. 2 (Die sog. Kandidatenbestechung nach dem Rucktritt von Kandidaten bzw. nach der Wahl) koreanisches Wahlgesetz (KWahlG) ab. Die Vorschrift §232 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 KWahlG ist durch die Urteile der ersten und zweiten Instanz als verfassungswidrig ausgelegt worden. Der Tatbestand der Regelung muss als spatestens bis vor dem Rucktritt von Kandidaten interpretiert werden. Alle Delikte der Kandidatenbestechung konnen durch die Vorschrift §232 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 KWahlG hinreichend bestraft werden. Die Vorschrift §232 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 KWahlG ist m.E. verfassungswidrig.

In this paper, we examine the supervisory support affect the job satisfaction, customer orientation and management performance. Especially, we focused pro-environment health care service. From the literature review, A research model consist of 4 factors, that were supervisory support, job satisfaction, customer orientation and management performance, have tested empirically. Our findings indicate that supervisory support have not only influence on job satisfaction and customer orientation, but also job satisfaction and customer orientation have influence on management performance. 학제간 의사소통을 포함한 시뮬레이션 교육이 간호대학생의 의사소통 자신감, 의사소통 행위, 기술적 술기 수행에 미치는 효과

Purpose: Ineffective communication between healthcare professionals leads to medical errors and puts patients at risk of harm. The aim of this study was to examine the effects of interdisciplinary communication training in simulated settings on self-confidence in communication, observed communication behavior, and technical skill performances of nursing students. Methods: A repeated measures design with one group was conducted. Data was collected from 92 nursing students through a self-administered questionnaire and an observed behavior checklist. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, a paired t-test, the Wilcoxon signed rank test, the Friedmann test, a Repeated Measures ANOVA, and the Spearman correlation coefficient. Results: Self-confidence in communication, observed Identification-Situation-Background-Assessment-Recommendation-Read Back communication behavior, and technical skill performances of nursing students were significantly improved. In observed communication behavior, the performance of Assessment and Read Back communication significantly improved. However, communication of Background, Assessment, and Recommendation did not improve to a satisfactory level. Observed communication behavior was not correlated with the overall technical skill performance. Conclusion: These results indicate that interdisciplinary communication training in simulated settings was effective in improving nursing students’ confidence and communication skills with physicians. Longitudinal studies with larger samples are recommended in order to verify the effects of interdisciplinary communication training on clinical outcomes as well as communication competence.
