This study explores solutions for the problems of the current secondary English teacher selection test in Korea. The study was performed in the form of survey including a total of 557 participants, among whom were professors teaching at the departments of English education, students majoring English education, English teachers who had taken the selection test, test-takers of the test, and public officials in charge of English education in the offices of education. The questionnaire consisted of 29 questions which were designed to elicit the participants' perception or belief about the test itself, the relationships between the test and the curricula of the department, the test-making process, and the first stage of the selectional process. Analyzing the results of the survey, the present study proposes possible solutions for the problems regarding the question types of the test, the proportions of each field of the major, the curricula of the department of English in the college of education, and the test-developing and grading process.
지식공유 영향요인들이 형식지와 잠재지의 공유에 미치는 영향의 차이에 관한 연구

Factors affecting knowledge sharing in terms of organizational, knowledge trait and knowledge management system were identified. And the differences between their effect on actual sharing of explicit and implicit knowledge were surveyed. The subject of this study was organizations using any forms of knowledge management system. 108 questionnaires were collected and analyzed. The results are as follows. First of all, explicit knowledge sharing factors are support for knowledge management infrastructure, evaluation and compensation, and top management support in the organizational context. Codifiability and dependability are also identified in view of knowledge trait. In addition. perceived ease of KMS use and perceived KMS usefulness were identified as system factors. Secondly, we extracted implicit knowledge sharing factors, which are evaluation and compensation, top management support in the organizational context, codifiability in knowledge trait view, and perceived ease of KMS use in system view. The results show us that the extent of knowledge standardization is related with determination factors affecting knowledge sharing. Finally, organizational factors, knowledge trait factors and system factors are all affecting knowledge sharing irrespective of knowledge classification.

Since traction motors for powertrain of electric vehicles have a wide operating range, they are not equally efficient at every speed and torque condition. Typically, powertrain system of electric vehicles consists of traction motor and single speed gearbox, but this configuration is not enough to get optimal fuel economy and driving performance for real-world driving cycles which have different characteristics simultaneously. A multi-speed configuration of powertrain could reduce the electric energy consumption without degradation of drviving performance, evne if the traction motor power is reduced.

The output power efficiency of the fuel cell system depends on the anode pressure, cathode pressure, temperature, demanded current, air and hydrogen humidity. Thus, it is necessary to determine the optimal operation condition. In this paper, we developed a dynamic model of fuel cell system which contains mass flow model, membrane hydration model and electro-chemistry model. Experiments have been performed to evaluate the PEMFC stack model. In order to determine the maximum output power and minimum use of hydrogen in a certain condition, Response surface methodology (RSM) optimization based on verified PEMFC stack model is presented. The results provide an effective method to optimize the operation condition in varied situations

임상 의사들은 protamine 의 사용에 있어 그 부작용에 대한 대비를 충분히 해야 한다. Vasopressin 은 최근 들어 심폐소생술 중 심혈관 허탈의 치료에 적극적으로 이용되고 있으며, protamine 에 의한 불응성 저혈압의 치료에 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 판단되며, 카테콜라민 치료에 반응하지 않는 저혈압 치료에서 vasopressin 의 용량과 용법은 추후 적절한 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각한다. The adverse effects of protamine is well known and vary from mild skin rash to anaphylactic shock and death. However, treatment for anaphylaxis or anaphylactoid reaction to protamine is difficult and challenging task to clinicians, especially anesthesiologists. Vasopressin is a potent endogenous hormone and that`s function are to retain water and to constrict vascular smooth muscle. Vasopressin is useful for the treatment of septic shock and is also alternative drug for epinephrine in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation. We report that a male patient who received with protamine had a severe hypotension, which was unresponsive to catecholamine therapy during off-pump coronary artery graft. His refractory hypotension was successful treated by vasopressin without any complications.

Thus, it is necessary to determine the optimal operation condition for maximum power efficiency. In this paper, we developed a dynamic model of fuel cell system which contains mass flow model, diffusivity gas layer model, membrane hydration and electrochemistry model. In order to determine the maximum output power and minimum use of hydrogen in a certain power condition, response surface methodology (RSM) optimization based on the proposed PEMFC stack model is presented. The results provide an effective method to optimize the operation condition under varied situations.
