By employing the in-situ Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and curve-fitting, we studied the evolution in the ordering of vacuum-deposited pentacene films. In the FTIR spectra, the thin film and bulk phases appeared at 903.2 cm1 and 907.2 cm1, respectively. The misoriented phase was also observed at 904.4 cm1. The position and the intensity of each phase varied with the film thickness as well as the growth temperature. The results indicated that most of pentacene molecules formed initially the thin film phase until the bulk and misoriented phases began to form at the increased thickness. Our study suggests that FTIR spectroscopy is an effective tool to monitor in real time the ordering of organic films for quality control.
3단 스피드 선풍기 모터의 정상 및 고정 운전에 대한 전압, 전류 및 온도 신호 분석

This paper is aimed to find electrical fire danger for analyzing the characteristics of temperature, current and voltagesignals for motor on electric fan. In order to attain this purpose, detected were the temperature, current and voltage signalson electric wire with free (normal state) and locked (abnormal state) motor. For voltage and current signals, voltagesignal is no big difference with normal and abnormal states and current signal is higher in abnormal state (highest309 mA) than the normal state (highest 203 mA). In the case of Temperature signal, the temperature distribution of themotor as a whole is different. It is difference in the case of the normal state 4 oC and the abnormal state 18 oC. In particular,most of the electric wiring to the motor of the fan is attached to the fixture of motor back. Considering at allowabletemperature (60 oC) of the electric wire could be accelerated to insulation deterioration. The results of this study will beeffectively used in analyzing for electric fire and developing the preventive devices of electric fan. 본 논문은 선풍기 모터의 회전을 정상 및 고정상태로 구분하여 주권선에서의 전압 및 전류, 모터 전체의 온도특성을분석하여 전기화재 위험성을 제시하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 전압과 전류 신호에 대하여, 전압의 경우 정상상태와 고정상태에 대하여 큰 차이점은 없었으며, 전류의 경우는 비정상상태(최대 203 mA)보다 정상상태(최대 309 mA)가 상당히높았다. 온도신호의 경우, 모터 전반에 있어서 온도 분포도가 다르게 나타났으며, 정상상태의 경우는 4 oC, 고정상태는18 oC 차를 보였다. 특히 대부분의 선풍기의 전기배선이 모터의 고정자철심에 부착되어 있었으며 해당전선의 허용온도가60 oC를 감안했을 때에 절연열화가 가속될 수 있다. 또한 본 데이터는 선풍기 안전장치개발의 기초자료나 전기화재에 대한 조사 자료로 활용할 수 있다.

N/A This study hay been carried out to investigate into the rolling wear characteristics of austempered ductile iron under unlubricated dry rolling condition by Amsler type test with 9.09% sliding ratio. Wear amount is increased with increasing of ferrite and retained austenite and it has been found that the amount of rolling wear is decreased when the hardness of matrix are higher. The rolling life up to generation of abnormal condition is conspicusly increased and amount of rolling wear is increased asrolling revolutionis increased and wear of austempered ductile ironunder dry rolling condition. Matrix has been obtained to upper bainite, low bainite at heat treatment, obtained to bull`s eye structure at as cast. It has been found that the amount of rolling wear is decreased when the tensile strength of the casting are increased and then the rolling life up to generation of abnormal wear in conspicuously increased and amount of wear was intend to graphite content.

The paper considers the electrical shock risk of the human body due to underwater leakage current in electric field. The characteristics of electric shock in fresh water due to the leakage of submerged electric facility in the bathtub in public baths were conducted. The exposed live electrode is modeled as a point source of electric current source. It is assumed that divergent monopole field exists in the vicinity of the current source, regardless of the presence of return electrode and insulating boundary. Diesen and Mole equations are measured according to the distance from leakage source. The results show that the increased shock risk and safe distance are estimated by the bathtub of limited width and the voltage calculated on the basis of a divergent monopole field concept is compared with the measured value.

This paper is purposed to analyze current and voltage waveforms and thermal characteristic for poor contact of electrical connector(breaker load connector). In this paper, current and voltage waveforms by loads(lamp, drill and electric heater) and thermal data by poor contact are analyzed distinguishing data for normal state. The current and voltage waveforms can not easily distinguish between poor contact and normal state. Thermal characteristic without vibration is generated thermal energy different then normal state and after 20 minute, breaker load connector is generated high thermal energy of over 210℃. Therefore, the poor contact data are referred and applied by poor contact basic data of current and voltage waveforms and thermal data.
