중학교 사회과교육과정 공민교육 내용의 변천

본 연구는 지난 60여 년 간 중학교 사회과교육과정 공민교육 내용의 변천을 탐색하여 미래의 내용은 어떻게 선정 • 조직되어야 바람직한가를 찾아보려는 목적으로 이루어졌다. 향후 사회과교육과정 개정시에는 다음과 같은 점을 고려하여 공민영역의 내용을 선정 • 조직할 것을 제안한다. 우선,공민영역은 지리 • 역사영역과의 연계성과 통합성을 고려하면서,생활주변의 사회현상 파악뿐만 아니라 각 지역,국가, 세계의 사회현상 파악 및 문제해결에 이를 수 있도록 조직해야 한다. 둘째, 공민영역의 기본개념 및 핵심 아이디어를 학습자의 시 • 공간의식의 발달과 연계하여 배열하여야 한다. 아울러 국지적, 지역적,국가적, 그리고 지구적 내용 간의 균형 및 과거, 현재,미래와 관련된 내용 간의 균형도 추구할 수 있도록 한다. 셋째,공민교육의 목표, 주제의 특성에 따라 내용의 분량과 비율이 적절히 선정 • 조직되어야 한다. 공민교육 내용은 목표와의 연관성, 각 주제의 특성과 이해가능성 등을 고려해 내용의 분량과 방식을 적절히 조정해야 한다. 넷째,공민교육 내용은 학생의 홍미와 요구 및 관심을 실질적으로 반영하여 선정 • 조직되어야 한다. 마지막으로 사회과의 내용 구조에서는 현대사회 문제해결을 위한 학문 간의 통합적 지식의 요구에 따라 보다 통합된 사회과를 지향하되, 고학년으로 갈수록 학문의 특성도 살리는 방향으로 조직해야 한다. The purpose of this study is to discover and list out the transition in contents of citizen area in the middle-school social studies curriculum during the past 60 years. Following this discovery and enumeration will be a detailed explanation for better ways in which to organize and present the curriculum of the future. It has been suggested to select and construct the contents of the citizen area after considering followings when the curriculum of a subject of social studies needs to be changed in the future. First of all, citizen area should be constructed by considering connections and integrations that exist between geography and history area so that the social phenomena not only around our lives but also in respective regions, nations, and world can be grasped and the problems caused by those phenomena can be solved. Second, the basic concepts and the key ideas of a citizen area should be arranged linking with the development of learner's time and space perception. Also the balance between local, regional, national, and global contents and the balance between contents regarding the past, the present and the future should be pursued. Third, the quantity and the ratio of the contents of civil education in accordance with its goal and topic characteristic should properly be selected and constructed. The contents of citizen education should be properly adjusted in terms of quantity and approach in consideration of a link with goal, the characteristics of each topic and the possibility of understanding. Fourth, the contents of civil education should be selected and constructed in a virtual reflection of students' interests, demands and curiosities. Lastly, in terms of content structure, more integrated subject of social studies should be pursued in accord with the demand integrative knowledge between sciences in order to solve the many problems of modem society. Also, the contents should be organized in the way that the characteristics of science are also emphasized as the grades advance.

社會科 協同學習에서의 Johnson 方法과 實際

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the theory and practice of Johnson's method of cooperative learning in social studies education. By the present, learning of the social studies in Korea has been competitive learning by teacher's one-sided teaching. But the fosterage of desirable democratic citizenship is based on the social cognition, and it is the final object of social studies. It can't be attained through competitive learning method. Therefore, the final object of the social studies education can be more attained. When it raises democratic community life ability through social studies learning. By the way cooperative learning is to establish communitive learning object in learning group and study to attain it, help each other. And it is to attain good effects which all of them want to do. Especially it appears that in cognitive, emotional area such a method is more effective. And so this study has inquired the theory of cooperative learning and applied Johnson's method to the classroom. The method is one of many cooperative learning method. It is alternative teaching method which can be applied to social studies in Korea and is also the method for building human naturalism, but I postponed the effect verification the next time.

원본정보 없이 씰영상의 추출이 가능한 이미지 워터마킹 기법

The emergence of digital imaging and digital networks has made duplication of original artwork easier. In order to protect these creations, new methods for signing and copyrighting visual data are needed. In the last few years, a large number of schemes have heen proposed for hiding copyright marks and other information in digital image, video, audio and other multimedia objects. In this paper, we propose a technique for embedding the watermark of visually recognizable patterns into the frequency domain of images. The embedded watermark can be retrieved from the decoded sequence witbout knowledge of the original. Because the source image is not required to extract the watermark, one cannot make the fake original that is invertible to watermarking scheme from the waternlarked image. In order to recover the embedded signature data without knowledge of the original, a prediction of the original value of the pixel containing the information is needed. The prediction is based on a averaging of amplitude values in a neighborhood around the pixel itself. Additionally the projxJsed technique could survive several kinds of image processings including JPEG lossy compression. 디지털 이미지 기법과 디지털 네트웍의 출현으로 예술적 작품의 복사가 더욱 쉬워지고 있다. 이러한 창작품을 보호하기 위해 데이터 안에 저작권을 표시할 수 있는 표식이나 인식 가능한 데이터를 삽입하는 기술이 필요해지고 있고 지난 몇 년간 디지털 이미지나 오디오, 비디오 등의 멀티미디어 데이터에 저작권을 표시하기 위한 데이터나 기타 다른 정보를 삽입할 수 있는 많은 기법들이 제안되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 이미지의 주파수 영역에 인식 가능한 패턴을 삽입하고 추출하는 워트마킹 기법을 제안한다. 또한 삽입된 워터마크를 원본이미지의 정보 없이 추출할 수 있도록 하여 임의의 사람이 워터마크 된 이미지로부터 가짜원본을 생성하는 것이 어렵도록 한다. 원본정보 없이 워터마크를 추출하기 위해서 화소의 원래 값을 예측하는 방법을 사용한다. 예측기법은 구하고자 하는 화소의 주위값을 평균한다는 것을 의미한다. 부가적으로 워터마크를 이미지 주파수 영역에 삽입함으로써 JPEG같은 손실압축바업에도 견딜 수 있도록 한다.

Due to major policies of the current government such as balanced development of nation, lots of changes of major cities in Chucheong area expected in city structure and trading area. In case of Dajeon city which is the largest-sized city in Chucheong area adjacent to these candidate cities, people's attention is focused on various kinds of industries. In future, the trading area of Daejeon city includes lots of opportunities including the qualitative and quantitative improvement of consumption caused by increase of inflow population and improvement of consumption culture according to the change of city structure such as the pivotal function movement and the new city development by each step of the policy of decentralization. However it has also threats factors that the purchasing power of existing commercial power may be decentralized and flown out. Therefore, from the viewpoint of Daejeon city, it is necessary to escape from existing regulation-centered policies and to reinforce the trading area concentration function based on a political effort to reinforce centralization as a base city. If commercial centralization is reinforced, firstly, it is possible to absorb the purchasing power of shopping goods from new towns and neighboring small and medium-sized cities, and so to enlarge the local commercial power and to attract the offshore purchasing power. Secondly, it is possible to prevent the purchasing power of daily necessaries in areas adjacent to Northwest Daejeon from outflowing to new towns. From the viewpoint of retail companies, they will have to establish the upward positioning strategy comparing to current level for 4P's Mix Strategy to correspond to characteristic of new city residents.
