차원해석을 이용한 사용후 핵연료 수송용기의 충격력 실험식 공식화

방사성물질은 다양한 분야에서 사용되고 있으며 이에 따른 국내 및 국제간 운반이 계속적으로 증가하고 있다. 방사성물질을 수송하기 위해서는 수송용기의 안전성이 확보되어야 한다. 방사성물질 수송용기의 안전규정에 관해서는 국내 원자력법 운반안전규정 및 IAEA 운반규정에서 규정하고 있다. 방사성물질 수송용기 중에서 사용후핵연료를 운반하는 수송용기는 본체와 충격완충제로 구성되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용후핵연료 수송용기의 충격완충제에 작용하는 충격력을 계산하는 간편한 실험식을 차원해석을 통하여 유도하였다. 해석결과는 기존의 충격면적법 및 유한요소해석과 비교를 통하여 그 타당성을 입증하였다. 본 실험식을 이용하여 수송용기의 낙하충격력을 쉽게 예측할 수 있다. Radioactive material is used in the various fields. The numbers of transport for radioactive material have been gradually increased in both domestic and International regions. The safety of the cask should be secured to safely transport of radioactive material. The korean atomic law and the IAEA safety standards prescribe regulations lot the safe transport of radioactive material The cask for spent fuel is comprised of the body and the impact limiter. In this study, the empirical equation of the cask impact force is proposed based on the dimensional analysis. Using this empirical equation the characteristics of the impact limiter are analyzed. The results are also validated by comparing with the previous results of the impact area method and the finite element analysis. The present method can be used to predict the impact force of the cask.

Cyclosporine A(CsA) is a powerful immunossuppresive agent used to prevent graft rejection of organ and treat autoimmune disease. One of the major side effects associated with CsA treatment is the development of gingival overgrowth. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the expression and association of the several growth factors in gingival overgrowth induced CsA using by immunohistochemical technique. Normal tissues as control were obtained from healthy normal gingivae and overgrowth gingival tissues as experiments were obtained from the patients taken the CsA. The expressions of the MMP-1, TIMP-1, TGF$\beta$-1, p21, p53, PCNA were evaluated by immunohistochemical technique. The more overgrowth was detected at the epithelial and connective tissue area in experimental group. The MMP-1, TGF$\beta$-1, p21, p53, PCNA expressions were significantly increased in experimental group. The TIMP-1 expressions was not significantly increased in experimental group. We could conclude that the gingival overgrowth induced CsA was related with the collagen matabolism in connective tissue and also the production of the growth factor from epithelial tissue.

본 논문은 주택건설산업에서의 공급망관리(SCM) Template시스템을 개발하는 데 있어 비즈니스프로세스 분석방법론(UNCEFACT Modelling Methodology, 이하 UMM), 비즈니스모델 등을 활용하여 주택건설산업업계에서 필요한 공급망관리를 개발하였는데 공급망관리 개발에 기여하고자 하여 공급망관리의 현황, 문제점 및 개선사항, 연구의 한계 등으로 구분하였다. 또한 공급망관리시스템을 사용하면, 주택건설관련 상품제조업자와 상품을 공급받는 자가 최소의 비용으로 거래를 할 수 있어 거래비용을 절감하여 주택건설산업체의 경쟁력을 향상시킬 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 정리하면, 첫째, 주택건설산업에 있어서 공급망관리를 어떻게 개발할 것인가에 대하여 UMM에서 권고하고 있는 비즈니스 프로세스 분석방법, 연구개발 방법론에 대하여 살펴보고, 둘째, 주택건설산업에 있어서 공급망관리의 내용 및 시스템에 대하여 살펴보고, 셋째, 주택건설산업에 있어서 공급망관리의 활용 방법 및 활용도를 높이기 위하여 표준 전자문서 제정 및 사용방안에 대하여 살펴보고. 넷째, 기존 공급망관리의 문제점 및 개선방안, 다섯째, 이 논문의 문제점과 한계사항에 대하여 살펴보고, 마지막으로 공급망관리시스템 활용방안 및 기대효과에 대하여 살펴봄으로써 주택건설산업에 있어서 공급망관리의 활용도를 제고하고자 하였다. This study researches on the development of Supply Chain management related housing construction industries.We have not been sufficiently conducted. This study attempted to advise " How to develop on the Supply Chain management related housing construction industries. The purpose of this study was to analyze "How to develop on the Supply Chain management related housing construction industries". To achieve this purpose, the study used International Trade Reference Model(UNCEFACT Modelling Methodology) and Open-EDI Reference Model(ISO JTC SC 32 WG1 Global Standards). We recommended Supply Chain management operator related housing construction industries to use standards of electronic document. If you were use standards of electronic document, Trade cost will be reduced very well. Internationally, since late 1980s, UN/EDIFACT has developed 55 specifications through the standardization of EDI electronic message. In Korea, 405 EDI-based standard electronic messages (37 in trade, 37 in sea transport, 31 in exchange finance etc.) were developed and used by businesses. Though electronic business has increased with the development of the Internet since 1997, the major obstacle for the widespread use of electronic business was the problem of interoperability. With the focus on resolving the problem of interoperability, UN/CEFACT and OASIS jointly launched the 18 month XML and Internet based ebXML project and completed the project with success. The ebXML project will be continued jointly by UN/CEFACT and OASIS with an appropriate division of work for further development. In Korea, Korea Institute for Electronic Commerce, as a competent organization and to promote electronic business to standardize electronic documents, electronic messageand ebXML in Korea, has participated in the ebXML Standardization meeting to reflect Korean stance, has launched ebXML standardization activities in Korea, and built the Korea national ebXML central registry and repository. This paper research method is that there is summary of current status and future of Supply Chain management and "How to develop on the Supply Chain management" related housing construction industries.

This paper deals with the standardization of electronic cataloge. Internationally, since late 1930s, World Customs Organization have been developing through the standardization of Customs Systems(Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System). In Korea, standard electronic cataloge were developed and used by businesses.<BR> For the facilitation of B2B Electronic Commerce, standardization of electronic message, electronic cataloge, payment and settlement, and components and goods are said to be essential.<BR> Though electronic commerce has increased with the development of the Internet(Internet Business) since 1997, the major obstacle for the widespread use of electronic commerce was the problem of interoperability.<BR> In Korea, EAN Korea and Korea CALS/EC Association, as a competent organization to standardize electronic catalogue, has participated in the electronic cataloge Standardization meeting to reflect Korean stance, has launched electronic catalogue standardization activities in Korea, and built the Korea national electronic catalogue (ebXML) central registry and repository.

With the development of the Internet, e-Payment(Electronic Usance Sales Bond) was introduced to domestic B2B electronic commerce and is widely used.<BR> It was created by the collaboration among such Large enterprises as Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics, Samsung Distribution, etc., theirs partners and Shinhan Bankis and is being firmly settled as a new payment system.<BR> Currently, banks do the activities of going to large enterprises, checking the fact of transaction, and receiving the fixed date of the transaction at the public notarial service agency to verify the fact of transaction and obtain the priority bond off-line.<BR> However, the B2B ePayment system will be much expanded and B2B electronic commerce will be promoted if the above process is conducted online.
