Recently, the problem of global warming has been recognized as an important factor in determining the growth and future of the nations industrial development. Eco-friendly, low-energy, green growth has emerged as a national growth engine in Korea. For this purpose, the relevant policies and standards are being enacted. The construction industry has execute effort to reduce energy consumption and environmental load. As a example, since 2000, there has been much study for greenhouse gas emissions infrastructure during buildings life cycle. But, there are few researches on the energy consumption on construction stage of the buildings. In this paper, presented computation process of oil consumption on apartment construction stage. Also the oil consumption of 39 apartment case was calculated. Based of results, this study was carried out correlation analysis between total oil consumption and oil consumption of detail works. correlation analysis result, the impact factor of oil consumption were foundation work, reinforced concrete work, excavation work.

It is important to control the amount of supply water flow rate at all kinds of HVAC systems in order to maintain IAQ and energy efficiency. The most of buildings installed geothermal heat pumps is using fixed water flow rate in spite of the excellent performance of geothermal heat pumps. Especially when the air-conditioning load is low, the flow rate control may be possible to save energy to operate. However, it is effective to apply the variable flow control system in order to reduce energy consumption. Therefore, the purpose of this study, change a water flow rate and improve the whole performance of the geothermal heat pump. Geothermal heat pump system is modeled after the selection of the applied building, by setting the flow rate control to be analyzed through a simulation of performance evaluation. Building energy saving according to the flow rate of the ground circulating water analyze quantitatively and to investigate the importance of the flow control.

This study investigated and analyzed for indoor landscaping of foreign buildings. It surveyed the expected effects, installation methods, and environmental control systems used in their design and operation. These areas were also analyzed based on the buildings’ type. Indoor landscaping was primarily found in business, commercial, residential, public, educational, and healthcare buildings. The main anticipated benefits of indoor landscaping were occupant health, indoor environmental quality, and economic benefits to the building users. The importance of those expectations varied according to building type. Installation methods were classified by planter, garden, and space type. Planters were categorized as raised, recessed, vertical, or sloped. Gardens were categorized as planar or volumetric. Space was categorized as single or multi level. Installation methods also varied according to building usage and indoor conditions. Daylighting, the most common source of light, was primarily brought in through atriums, skylights, and side windows. Electrical lighting was applied to areas where the use of daylighting was ineffective. Although natural ventilation was widely used, mechanical ventilation was the principle means of ventilation. Irrigation used both manual and automated systems. However, manual irrigation was more common in smaller landscaped areas whereas automated irrigation was applied to larger areas. In conclusion, the study found that the methods of lighting, ventilation, and irrigation were more influenced by the architecture of a space rather than by a building’s use.

This study aims to investigate and analyze the present state of ground source heat pump(GSHP) system applied in Korea. It is based on the statistic from the New and Renewable Energy Center in Korea and construction results of the professional companies registered to the center. The research items were installed area, installed year, building use, ground heat exchange type and heat exchanger type of the pump. According to the result of investigation, the using GSHP system have been increasing steadily as the space heating and cooling system in a building. The capacity of this system is also becoming lager based on technical and economical feasibility analysis about the system since GSHP system first introduced in 2000.
지리산국립공원 피아골과 대성골 지역의 산림군집구조 동태(1)

지리산국립공원 피아골과 대성골 지역의 산림군집구조의 동태를 장기간 모니터링하기 위하여 2001년에 고정조사구를 설치하여 2001년과 2006년에 식생조사를 한 결과는 다음과 같다. 피아골, 대성골 지역 산림의 우점종은 각각 서어나무와 신갈나무였으며, 피아골 지역의 산림이 대성골 지역보다 종다양도 지수가 더 높았다. 조사지역 주요수종의 직경급 분포로 보아 안정된 식물군집 구조를 이루고 있으며, 곡간부에 위치한 피아골의 산림과 소능선 사면부에 위치한 대성골의 산림간 종구성은 매우 이질적이었다. 피아골지역 산림의 생장량은 지난 5년간 약 6.4㎡/ha 감소하였으나 대성골지역은 약 8.27㎡/ha 증가하였으며, 이는 노거수들의 고사에 따른 영향으로 보인다. The permanent monitoring plots were installed in 2001 for long-term monitoring the structure of forest communities at the Piagol(Valley) and Daeseonggol(Valley) in the Jirisan National Park, and monitored the forest structure in the studied sites in 2001 and 2006. Dominant species at Piagol and Daeseonggol was Carpinuslaxiflora and Quercus mongolica respectively. Based on the distribution of major species` stem diameter, the species diversity index was higher in Piagol than that of Daeseonggol. The distribution of diameter in major tree species in the studied sites showed a stable plant community structure. The forest of Piagol, which is positioned in the valley, showed a quite a different composition of species from that of Daeseonggol, which is positioned on the slope. In the last five years, the overall grows rate of Piagol Forest decreased by 6.4㎡ per hectare, while Daeseonggol Forest increased by about 8.27㎡ per hectare. I think that this is because of the fact that a lot of large old trees have died.

Renewable energy systems are expected to play a significant role in resolving issues of energy resource depletion and climate change by using infinite and clean natural energy. In this study, we carried out the performance evaluation on energy production and use of solar water heating system installed in a nursery school in summer season. The results showed the energy savings expected from the application of the solar water heating systems despite the irregular energy production due to the effect of the weather. As a result, the energy production of the solar water heating system was greatly dependent on the weather conditions and solar radiation. Collector efficiency refers to the changing production of the collector by the solar radiation, which is affected by the weather conditions, and the collector efficiency curve shows the variations, for which the solar radiation was the greatest influencing factor. Hence, solar hot water system the hot-water load of the building and the weather conditions, and a long-term empirical assessment of this relationship is needed.
