전 세계적으로 많은 국가들이 유엔 기후변화협약 대응을 위한 방안을 마련하고 있다. 만약 우리나라가 기후변화협약 대상국이 된다면 $CO_{2}$를 비롯한 온실가스 배출이 많은 발전분야에 많은 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상된다. 이 논문에서는 $CO_{2}$ 배출량 제약과 교토프로토콜의 유연성 체제 중의 하나인 배출권거래가 시행될 경우 이 들을 급전계획에 반영하는 수리적 모형을 제안하고 급전계획이 어떻게 바뀌는지를 사례연구를 통해 보이고자 한다. Many countries have been preparing the exercise of UNFCCC (United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change). If UNFCCC is enforced, considerable changes in generation sector are expected due to the imposed greenhouse gas emission. This paper proposes dispatch scheduling algorithms which incorporate the emission constraints and emission trading. Numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the availability these algorithms.
과도 안정도를 고려한 가용송전용량(ATC) 계산에 관한 연구

In recent years, electric power systems have been experiencing a rapid change due to the increasing electricity market. For the effective use of power system under the deregulated environment, it is important to make a fast and accurate calculation of the maximum available transfer capability(ATC) from a supply point to a demand point. In this paper, the purpose of this research is to calculate ATC fast and accurately for securing the stability of system and raising the efficiency as a result of anticipating transmission congestion according to transmission open access progressed in the future under the regulated environment of electricity market. In this paper, a study utilized a relation of the potential energy and energy function by which calculated CCT and then utilized a relation of PEBS for transient stability ATC calculation. In this paper, ATC was calculated as RPF and Energy Function method and calculation results of each method was compared. Contingence ranking method decided the weak bus by the Eigenvalues of Jacobian matrix and overloading branches by PI-index. As a result, a study proved the fast and accurate ATC calculation method considering transient stability suggested in this paper. Through the case study using New England 39 bus system, it is confirmed that the proposed method can be used for real time operation and the planning of electric market.

WASP which is used to plan generation expansion has disadvantages that can't manage environmental factors and regional supply-demand planning. But with the effectuation of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and Kyoto Protocol, it is expected that reducing greenhouse gases affects power system in its long-term generation expansion planning. Therefore national countermeasures is needed. This paper formulates a mathematical model considering CO2 emission constraints and Emission Trading that will be enforced. This model is based on the MEFISET (Model for Economic Feasibility of Interstate Electrical Ties) which was made by Korea Energy Economics Institute and Hong-ik university and manages generation expansion planning. And this mathematical model is verified by studying a case system.

Consumption of fossil fuel has been increasing steadily, and it has seriously affected environment. Due to this situation. UN established UNFCC (United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change), and since Feb. 2005, Kyoto Protocol has come into effect for UNFCC obligation. In Korean power system. coal and oil thermal generation emitting large CO2 form about 46% of total generation. Moreover since electricity demand has been increasing continuously, various alternatives should be designed to comply with Kyoto Protocol. In this paper, we analyze changes of each GENCO's generation pattern and resource planning under CO2 emission constraints. For this analysis, we incorporate CO2 emission constraints and the emission trading mechanism into the conventional OPF model.

Wien Automatic System Planning Package (WASP) which is used to draw out generation expansion planning applies Dynamic Programming in Korea power system panning. While this package has an advantage that computes annual capacity, it has a disadvantage that can't consider environmental constraints. With the effectuation of the Kyoto Protocol in February, 2005, it is expected that CO2 emission has a severe effect on Korean power system. Therefore, as the most important issue, the generation expansion planning considering environmental constraints is rising in power system. This paper develops a mathematic model including not only generation expansion planning but transmission planning and considering regional supply-demand and environmental constraints, especially CO2 emission, and verifies propriety through the case study.

For last century, the role of preaching has been very tremendous in the growth and development in the Korean Church, as preachers. who had secured the rostrum during the period of development of the church, and their preaching, made today’s Korean church. However, in 2017, the historical time of the 500th anniversary of the Protestant Reformation, we should think of the crisis in the Church and rostrum, because the narratives of growth and development in the short Korean Church history has been already tarnished, and the pathetic stories about the Church blamed by our society are heard now. The reality of today’s Church is too dangerous for attributing to the side effects of rapid growth. Though there have been diverse efforts to seek new changes and challenges under these situations, many people agree on that the start of changes should be from the rostrum. In order to suggest the direction for the Church in the new second century and to make Christians who will responsible for this world live more premature faithful, we need to change perception of the rostrum and preachers. In these times, the review on life of Rev. Sang-geun Lee, who always lived a servant of the word rightly according to the basic spirit of the Reformed Theology among the preachers who had gone through the era of the growth and development in the Korean Church, as a preacher, his theology of preaching, and preaching, might be a meaningful attempt to follow the Protestant Reformation of ‘ad fontes’. By studying Rev. Sang-geun Lee’s life of poverty like monk as a preacher and his preaching declared based on the Reformed Theology, we may establish newly an attitude of faith that we should recover today, and right directions of the theology. When powerful wind of secularism has broken the Church and the rostrums slowly, we did not resist against it but followed the flow, and as a result, today’s crisis might be a consequence without doubt. However, if we recognize our reality, recover precious spiritual assets from our predecessors of faith, and try to changes with bone-cutting efforts to retrieve our original positions, today’s crisis will be a new chance. In trying for these changes, Rev. Sang-geun Lee’s preaching, theology, and narratives of his live will play a role as a milestone of the Korean Church which is preparing for a new future.

Along with Fred Craddock, Eugene Lowry has been one of the major homileticians who have enormously influenced the New Homiletic of North America. Both homileticians has proposed each homiletical option for the New Homiletic. The purpose of this study is to explore Eugene L. Lowry’s creative and insightful homiletical method, “homiletical plot.” In other words, Lowry"s proposed form of sermon is a discussion about the meaningful contributions and effects that have been brought on by the flow of North America"s New Homiletic. His sermon, in particular, is a theory that has developed with a close connection to the New Homiletic, Fred B. Craddock, Narrative, and Jazz Music. It would be a meaningful approach to look at how the sermon methodology he has argued in the development of contemporary homiletic has changed in relation to the development of communications. Through this approach, the main objective is to look at the concrete process and emphasis of change in Lowry"s narrative preaching methodology and evaluate its meaning and value from the perspective of modern homiletic.
