꽈배기 모자반 물 추출물의 항산화능과 물리적 특성에 대한 감마선 조사의 영향

본 연구에서는 꽈배기모자반 물 추출물에 식품산업에서 사용이 확대되고 있는 감마선 조사기술을 이용하여 항산화능의 변화를 알아보고, 꽈배기모자반 물 추출물의 높은 점성과 짙은 색상으로 인한 문제점을 개선하고자 하였다. 꽈배기모자반 물 추출물의 감마선 조사에 따른 항산화능의 변화를 알아보기 위해 총 페놀화합물 함량을 측정하고 DPPH radical 소거능을 측정하였다. 그 결과, 3~20 kGy의 감마선을 조사한 꽈배기모자반 물 추출물은 조사선량이 증가할수록 총 페놀화합물 함량이 증가하였고, DPPH radical 소거능도 증가하여 감마선 조사에 의해 항산화능이 증진되었다. 그리고 꽈배기모자반 물 추출물에 감마선 조사 시 물리적 특성 변화를 알아보기 위해 색상과 점도를 측정한 결과, 감마선 조사선량이 증가할수록 색이 옅어지고 점성이 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 꽈배기모자반 물 추출물에 감마선을 조사한 후 식품에 적용 시 가공특성을 개선시킬 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 따라서 감마선 조사는 꽈배기모자반 물 추출물의 물리적 특성을 개선시키고 항산화능 또한 증진시키므로 식품산업에 적용 시 기존의 천연 항산화제의 단점을 개선시킬 수 있는 기술로서 사용이 확대될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. In this study, the antioxidant properties and physical characteristics of irradiated Sargassum siliquastrum water extract were evaluated. Samples were irradiated with Co<SUP>60</SUP> γ-ray at doses ranging from 3 to 20 kGy. They were then analyzed to investigate antioxidant properties, including total phenolic compound content and DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) radical scavenging activity. In addition, physical properties such as viscosity and color were evaluated. The results demonstrated that total phenolic compound content and DPPH radical scavenging activity were significantly improved (p<0.05) by irradiation. In terms of physical properties, viscosity and color were reduced in the irradiated extracts as compared to non-irradiated samples. In conclusion, gamma irradiation improved the antioxidant properties of Sargassum siliquastrum water extract, improving its original weak point as a natural antioxidant when applied in the food industry.

텍스트마이닝을 활용한 국외 노인작업치료의 연구동향 분석

목적( : 본 연구는 텍스트마이닝을 활용하여 국외 노인 작업치료의 양적 변화와 현황 파악을 정량적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 연구 방법 : 2009~2019년까지 PubMed를 활용하여 Elderly, Health, Occupational therapy가 들어간 제목과 초록이 존재하는 연구논문을 분석대상으로 선정하여 초록의 단어들을 수집하였다. 수집된 정보를 통해 연도별 발생 논문 편수, 핵심어 분석, 연도별 핵심어 분석, 단어들 간의 관계성을 분석하였다. 결과 : 2009-2019년에 발표된 논문은 9,941편이며, 2009년부터 점차적으로 증가하여 2017년 또는 2018년에 최다 빈도를 보인 후 2019년에 감소하는 추이를 보였다. 최근 5년간 빈도수가 많은 단어는 Care, Group, Intervention, Pain, Treatment, Work이었다. 최근 11년간 평균적인 빈도수를 기준으로 단어 간의 관계성을 파악한 결과, Function, Health, Intervention, Participation이 단어들 간의 높은 관계성을 보였다. 결론 : 본 연구는 텍스트마이닝이라는 새로운 연구방법을 적용하여 작업치료의 동향을 실증적, 체계적으로 분석하여 거시적이고 종합적인 결과를 제시했다는 점에 의의가 있다. 이를 토대로 노인과 관련된 작업치료 임상 및 연구 현장에서 새로운 연구방향을 설정하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다. Objective : The purpose of this study was to quantitatively analyze the quantitative changes in, and the status of, overseas occupational therapy using text mining. Methods : Using PubMed, research papers on Elderly, Health and Occupational therapy published between 2009 and 2019 were selected for analysis, Abstracts of the selected papers were analyzed. The number of annual papers, the key words, the key words by year, and the relationship between the words were analyzed. Results : The number of papers published from 2009 to 2019 was 9,941, there was a gradual increase from 2009 to the highest in 2017 or 2018, followed by a decreasing trend in 2019. Within the last five years, the most frequent words were Care, Group, Intervention, Pain, Treatment, and Work. There was a strong relationship between the words based on the average frequency over the last 11 years, function, health, event, and partition. Conclusion : This study is meaningful because it applied a new research method called text mining to the empirical and systematic analysis of trends in occupational therapy and presented macroscopic and comprehensive results. The findings are expected to help establish new research directions at clinical and research sites for occupational therapy related to older adults.

아동 및 청소년의 라이프스타일 평가도구에 관한 조사: 체계적 고찰

목적 : 아동 및 청소년의 다면적인 라이프스타일을 평가하는 표준화된 평가도구 개발을 위해 라이프스타일 평가도구와 라이프스타일 구성요소별 평가도구들을 체계적으로 분석하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 기간은 2001년부터 2020년까지였으며, 검색엔진은 CINANL, NDSL, PubMed, RISS를 사용하였다. 검색어는 ‘lifestyle assessment’ OR ‘lifestyle profile’ OR ‘lifestyle test’, ‘physical activity assessment’ OR ‘physical activity participation profile’, ‘nutrition assessment’ OR ‘nutrition profile’, ‘activity participation assessment’ OR ‘activity participation profile’을 사용하였다. 결과 : 5,883편의 연구에서 중복제거 후 제목, 초록, 전문을 검토한 결과, 총 24개의 평가도구가 선정되었다. 세부 결과로는 라이프스타일 평가도구 5개, 신체활동 평가도구 7개, 식습관 평가도구 9개, 활동참여 평가도구 3개가 도출되었다. 결론 : 아동 및 청소년의 라이프스타일 평가도구에 대하여 각 항목별 평가도구의 평가항목, 측정방법, 평가대상연령을 분석하였다. 향후 아동 및 청소년을 위한 표준화된 다면적인 라이프스타일 평가도구의 개발에 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

In Korean costumes, silk, ramie, and cotton fibers have long been used. Since the physical properties of the silk and cellulosic yarns are different, the resulting hand of the union fabric becomes unique in stiffness, springiness, smoothness, etc. These unique characteristics are mainly due to the anisotropic nature of the specimens. The hand properties of the union fabrics for the usage of summer clothing were evaluated using a fabric objective measurement system, KES(Kawabata Evaluation System). In this study, the dyeing properties of union fabrics of silk and cellulosic yarns were investigated. Even without mordants, dyeing of cellulosic fibers or silk fibers using safflower as a natural dyeing material is possible. Appropriate extraction conditions and dyeing conditions were investigated for the dyeing of the union fabric specimens, comprising silk and other fiber such as cotton, linen, ramie, and 'Hanji'. pH control for the extraction procedure is extremely important. In this study pH10.5 was maintained during the extraction procedure, in order to obtain red color, along with the dye bath pH control. Due to the different absorption characteristics of the silk and cellulosic yarns toward the safflower's dyestuff components, different color values were obtained under the observation direction of the union fabric specimens. Color characteristics of the dyed union fabric specimens were analyzed using colorimeters. Image analysis system/software under specific illumination condition was also adopted for the analysis. The union fabric specimens dyed using safflower exhibited compounded nature in terms of the hand of fabric and the color. Since the warp and filling yarns are of different fiber materials, when the observing directions are changed, the color of the dyed union fabric changed accordingly. This would add some unexpected beauty and sensibility - under wearing conditions - attributable to the directional color change, dependent on the observation position, of the dyed fabrics.

감초 첨가에 의한 탁주의 저장성 및 품질증진 효과

탁주의 소비증대와 저장성 및 품질 증진을 도모하고 기능성 탁주 개발을 위하여 감초(Glycyrrhiza uralensis) 추출물을 탁주에 첨가(0.005%, 0.05%, 0.5%)하여 저장성 및 품질 증진에 미치는 효과를 알아보았다. 탁주에 포함된 효모 등의 미생물은 첨가된 감초 추출물에 의해 저장 기간 중에 크게 변화를 받지 않으나 첨가하는 농도가 높아짐에 따라 약간의 감소현상을 보였다. 산화도는 추출물 첨가 농도가 증가함에 따라 감소되는 경향을 보여 산화방지에도 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 당도는 저장 기간에 따른 유의적 변화를 보이지 않았으나 감초 추출물의 첨가 농도가 높을수록 당도가 높아져 기호성이 높아지는 원인이 되었다. 감초 추출물의 첨가량이 증가할수록 현탁 안정성이 높아져 0.5% 첨가 시 저장 전 기간 중 거의 완전하게 유지되었다. 감초 추출물 첨가구의 pH는 무첨가구에 비해 높고 안정하게 유지되었으나, 산도는 초기에 약간 감소하였다가 완만하게 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 명도와 황색도는 감초 추출물 0.5% 첨가구에서 높게 나타났으나 그 외의 첨가구에서는 거의 차이가 없었고, 적색도는 무처리구와 감초 추출물 첨가구간의 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 저장 9일차의 관능평가 결과, 감초 추출물 첨가구의 전체적인 기호도가 무처리구에 비해 높게 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 0.5%의 감초 추출물을 탁주에 첨가할 경우 무첨가구에 비해 최소 3일 이상 저장기간을 연장할 수 있을 것으로 생각되며, 기호성 증진에도 효과가 있으리라 사료된다. This study was performed to examine the properties of takju containing added Glycyrrhiza uralensis ethanol extract (GUEE) at 10℃ for 12 days. Change in TBARS values was lower in the takju with GUEE as compared to control. The total viable cell count and yeasts cell count of all samples remained constant over the storage period. The brix of the takju treated with 0.5% GUEE (3.8-4.3) was higher than that of the control (3.8-4.0). Suspension stability and yellowness increased as the added concentration of GUEE increased. After 12 days of the storage, the pH level of the 0.5% GUEE takju was 3.9, which was 0.2 higher than that of control. In terms of acidity, the 0.5% GUEE takju ranged from 0.269 to 0.282, whereas the acidity of the control ranged from 0.294 to 0.302. In treated Takju with GUEE represented at treated takju with GUEE had the positive effects toward improving its preservation and quality.

아동기의 축구놀이에 따른 신체조성과 신체적능력 및 문제행동의 변화

PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences and correlation between body composition, exercise performance, and behavior based on playing football in childhood. METHODS: 16 subjects who played football in childhood participated in the study. Body composition and exercise performance were measured, and problem behavior was assessed for each of them. All subjects were asked to play football 50 min/day, one day/week for 8-weeks. RESULTS: Muscle mass, muscular strength, balance, and cardiopulmonary endurance, anxiety depression, atrophy depression, attention problems, rule violations, DSM somatization problems, DSM rebellious behavior problems, and sociality significantly increased after 8-weeks. There was a negative (-) correlation between anxiety depression and atrophy depression, and DSM somatization problem and muscular strength, attention problem and balance, and rule violation and cardiopulmonary endurance, after playing football. CONCLUSION: These results confirmed that playing football in childhood had a positive effect on body composition, and that exercise performance and problem behavior were related.

개인의 건강과 질병에 영향을 미치는 가족기능 구성요소에 관한 사전연구 : 델파이 연구

목적 : 개인의 성장과 사회적 활동에 영향을 미치는 국내 가족기능 요소를 개발하기 위해, 가족기능 평가도구인 McMaster 모델을 기반으로 국내 문화와 적합한 내용을 도출하여 가족기능에 영향을 주는 요소들을 델파이 기법을 통해 확인하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 가족기능과 관련이 깊은 분야의 전문가 패널 12명을 대상으로 델파이 기법을 실시하였다. 기간은 2020년 5월부터 6월까지 총 7주간 진행되었으며, 델파이 조사는 2회 실시하였다. 1차 조사에서는 McMaster 모델의 국내 문화와 적합한 내용을 선정 및 한글화를 진행한 후, 구성요소에 관한 폐쇄형항목 및 개방형 항목을 사용하여 전문가들의 의견을 수집하였다. 2차 조사에서는 구성요소의 적합도및 중요도를 조사하였다. 결과 : 1차 델파이 조사 결과, 제시된 53개의 항목에서 18개의 항목이 삭제되었고, 11개의 항목이 추가되었으며, 의미가 중복되는 항목을 제외하여 40개의 항목이 선정되었다. 이 후 이해가 어려운 문장을 친숙한어휘로 수정하고 2차 조사지를 구성하였다. 2차 델파이 결과에서는 총 33개의 항목이 선정되었으며, 최종 선정된 구성요소에 대한 내용타당도 비율은 0.76, 안정도는 0.28로 도출되었다. 결론 : 본 연구를 통해 도출된 국내 가족기능 평가를 위한 영향요소들은 가족기능을 포함하고 임상현장또는 관련연구에서 가족기능 평가 및 중재를 시행하는데 활용되기를 기대한다. Objective : This study aimed to determine Korea-type family function factors that affect individual growth and social activities, and examine check the appropriate contents and domestic culture components based on the McMaster model, a family function evaluation tool, through the Delphi technique. Methods : The Delphi technique was applied to 12 expert panels in fields related to family function. The period lasted 9 weeks, from May to June 2020. The Delphi survey was conducted twice. In the first survey, the domestic culture and appropriate contents of the McMaster model were selected and localized, and expert opinions about the components were collected using closed and open-ended questions. In the second survey, the fitness and importance of the components were investigated. Results : As a result of the first Delphi investigation, 18 items were deleted from the 53 items presented. After adding 11 items and excluding any overlapping items, a total of 40 items were selected. Subsequently, sentences that were difficult to understand were revised to familiar vocabulary. A second survey was constructed, with an example sentence. In the second Delphi investigation, 33 items were selected. The average content validity ratio for the final selected component was 0.76, and the stability was 0.28. Conclusion : Family function and the factors influencing domestic family function identified though this study can be used to conduct family function evaluations and interventions in clinical sites or relevant research studies.
