Ginseng was fermented by Aspergillus oryzae to search metabolites on the basis of increased biological activity and modified structure. From this research, two biotransformed compounds (WC2-2-1 and WC2-2-2) were detected and isolated through several chromatographic techniques. WC2-2-2 was confirmed to biologically active compound K by TLC, HPLC, and mass spectroscopy, while WC2-2-1 was going to be identified until now. In biological activity, both WG2-2-1 and WG2-2-2 exhibit the cytotoxicity on PC-3 cells, but WG2-2-2 was more active than WG2-2-1. It is supposed that WG2-2-1 is an intermediate metabolite transforming to final WG2-2-2, compound K.
마이클포터의 가치사슬 분석을 통한 대학원 창업교육 구성방안에 대한 연구

최근 청년실업률은 역대 최고치를 기록하고 있으며 ‘대기업-중소기업’, ‘정규직-비정규직’간의 임금, 고용안정성 등의 격차는 더욱 심화하였다. 정부는 이러한 청년실업 문제의 해결점을 창업을 활성화하는 것으로 해결하고자 한다. 하지만 창업자들이 급격하게 증가하는 상황에서 이를 뒷받침해줄 수 있는 충실한 창업교육이 이뤄지지 않는다면 앞으로도 많은 창업자들이 어려움을 겪게 될 것이다. 충분한 사전 정보와 지식을 갖추지 않은 창업은 곧 실패를 가져오기 때문에 적절한 창업교육이 필요하다. 그래서 본 연구는 중소기업청 주관 하에 2004년 사업이 본격 시작된 창업대학원 창업교육 강좌를 사례 분석하여 체계적인 교육과정을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 창업교육에 대한 정의와 필요성, 창업대학원의 운영현황에 관한 문헌 연구를 실시하고, 10개 창업대학원에 관하여 사례연구 하였다. 이러한 결과로 교과목 대부분이 마이클포터의 가치사슬 항목 중 인프라에 치중되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 교과목 비중이 상업화단계와 안정화단계가 아닌 개념화단계에서 창업교육에 중점을 두고 있음을 확인했다. 사업을 진행하기 위해서는 기업경영을 위한 다양한 분야에 대한 지식이 필요하다. 따라서 대학원 교육과정에는 인프라 외에도 인적자원관리, 기술개발, 조달활동 등과 같은 교과목이 추가되어야 할 것이다. 또한, 사업을 잘 이끌어 나가기 위해서는 상업화단계나 안정화 단계가 왔을때에 필요한 지식과 정보도 충분히 제공할 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구를 진행함에 다음과 같은 한계점이 있었다. 본 연구는 교육 수요자인 대학원생 창업 교육에 관한 제한적 연구만을 실시하였고, 창업교육에 영향을 주는 교수진의 경력사항이나 교수 법에 관한 연구는 실시하지 않은 한정적인 연구를 했다. 이러한 한계에도 불구하고 본 연구는 창업학 도입 초기 단계인 현시점에서 창업학의 학문적 체계를 세우고, 학문적 발전을 위한 기틀을 마련하는데 이바지할 수 있다. The youth unemployment rate has reached a record high of ever before, and the gap of wage and stability and major company - small company , regular workers - irregular workers , has widened. The government wants to resolve the youth unemployment problems by start-up businesses. However, if there is no faithful appropriate education in increasing situation number of start-up businesses, many founders will face difficulties. Start-up businesses without sufficient prior information and knowledge will soon bring about failure, so we need a proper start-up education. So, this research suggests a systematic curriculum through the case analysis based on the business education of graduate school of business founded in 2004 under the supervision of the SMBA(small and medium business administration). To suggest a systematic curriculum of training, I have researched a definition and necessity of entrepreneurship, operating status of the 10 foundations graduate school in Korea. As a result, I could confirm that most of the subjects have been concentrated on the infrastructure Michael Porter s value chain. In addition, I also could study that the ratio of curriculum is focused on education in the conceptual phase, not in the commercialization phase and in the stabilizing phase. To conduct business, they need knowledge of various fields for business management. Therefore, courses such as human resources management, technology development, and procurement activities should be added to the graduate school curriculum besides infrastructure. To lead the business well, it must also be provided sufficient knowledge and information about commercialization phase and the stabilizing phase. As I proceed in this study have the following limitations. First, the study conducted only a limited study on graduate student start-up businesses education. Second, this is a limited study exclusive careers and didactics of faculty members influencing business education. Despite these limitations, this research can be contributed to establish an academic system and foundation of start-up businesses education at the beginning of the initial phase.
창업자기효능감과 창업의지간의 관계연구 : 문제해결능력의 매개 효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 창업자기효능감이 창업의지에 미치는 영향과 문제해결능력이 두 변수간의 매개효과를 가지는지에 대한 영향을 검증하였다. 이를 위해 문제해결능력 기반의 디자인씽킹 교과목을 수강한 대학생을 대상으로 회귀분석을 진행하였다. 연구결과로 창업자기효능감의 하위변수인 자신감, 자기조절효능감, 과업도전감은 문제해결능력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자신감, 자기조절효능감, 과업도전감이 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 문제해결능력이 완전 매개하는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구결과는 실무적으로는 창업교육이 실제 창업으로 전환되기 위해서는 개인적인 특성인 창업자기효능감과 문제해결능력을 강화할 수 있는 교과목의 편성이 요구되며 창업교육 실태조사의 방식을 문제해결능력, 창업자기효능감 등의 역량 중심으로 전환하고 대학에서 콘텐츠 개발을 지원할 수 있는 지원정책이 필요함을 제시한다. In this study, the effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention and problem-solving ability has a mediating effect between two variables was verified. We conducted a regression analysis on university students who took the design thinking course based on problem-solving ability. This study found that self-confidence, self-regulating efficacy, and task challenge, sub-variables of entrepreneurial self-efficacy, significantly affected problem-solving skills. Additionally, problem-solving skills mediate the effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention entirely. The results of this study show that, in practice, in order for entrepreneurship education to be converted into actual entrepreneurship, it is required to organize courses that can strengthen individual characteristics of entrepreneurship self-efficacy and problem-solving ability. Furthermore, it suggests a need for a support policy that can shift to competency-centered and support content development in universities.
COVID-19 팬데믹이 대학생의 신체적 활동과 정신적 건강에 미치는 영향

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the lecture method and physical activity level of Korean university students during the COVID-19 pandemic to determine their effect on the students’ mental health, self-efficacy, and learning motivation. Methods : A total of 203 participants (53 male, 150 female) completed the study. An online survey was distributed through a social media platform between March 24 and April 7, 2021. Participants completed the international physical activity questionnaire-short form (IPAQ-SF), COVID-19 stress scale for Korean people (CSSK), the Korean version of the general health questionnaire (KGHQ-30), and self-efficacy and learning motivation scales. Results : Among the general characteristics of the study subjects, there were statistically significant differences in the IPAQ-SF, CSSK, KGHQ, self-efficacy, and learning motivation measures by sex. There were no significant differences in the degree of IPAQ-SF, CSSK, KGHQ, self-efficacy, and learning motivation among any of the lecture method and university area groups. The level of physical activity corresponded with significant differences in KGHQ, self-efficacy, and learning motivation, excluding CSSK. There was a statistically significant positive correlation between IPAQ and self-efficacy (r=.273, p<.001), IPAQ-SF and learning motivation (r=.201, p<.01), CSSK and KGHQ (r=.271, p<.001), self-efficacy and learning motivation measures (r=.506, p<.001). There was a statistically significant negative correlation between IPAQ-SF and KGHQ (r=-.203, p<.01) and between KGHQ and self-efficacy (r=-.558, p<.001). Conclusion : CSSK and KGHQ measures were significantly higher in female students than in male students. Therefore, it is important to consider sex as a protective factor in the mental health management of university students in the context of an infectious disease pandemic. The results of this study suggest that university students should continue to engage in physical activities, even during a pandemic, and that it is necessary to prepare health management to improve mental health in such situations.
