학부제의 현안과 발전 방안: 체육특수목적대

본 연구의 목적은 체육특수목적대학교의 학부제의 현안과 발전 방안을 모색하는 데 있다. 연구 방법은 1·2차 자료, 현장 조사, 그리고 26명과의 심층면접에 근거하였다. 연구대상자 536명 가운데, 381명(71.08%)이 응답하였다. 수집된 자료를 근거로 하여 한국체대 교수 14명이 두 차례에 걸쳐서 토론·논의하였다. 빈도와 백분율과 같은 기술통계가 적용되었다. 질적 자료(연구 대상자별 사례 기록)를 분석하기 위해 귀납적 내용 분석이 적용되었다. 학부제는 학부제의 장점인 소비자(학생) 위주의 교육과 함께 학과 중심의 학부제로 운영되어야 한다. 즉, 이 제도는 학과제로 입학한 후 제한된 복수전공의 운영을 의미한다. 교육과정은 학과에 대한 시장성·경제성·수요성·전문성에 의해 특별화 되어야 한다. 이 제도가 채택·운영되기를 강력히 제안한다. The purpose of the paper was to search for developing scheme after finding out the problems of school system at the specifically-oriented university of physical education. The research methods were primary/secondary data, field survey and in-depth-interview with twenty six subjects. Of five hundred thirty six subjects, three hundred eighty one respondents (71.08%) were answered. Based on collected data, fourteen professors of specifically-oriented university of physical education had discussions and meetings twice. Statistics were used with frequency and percentage. To analyze the data, inductive content analysis was used by recording case over the subject. The school system should be operated by department-oriented school system with consumer-oriented education which is merit of school system. That is, this system should be operated by limited minor s ubject after entering by department system. The curriculum must be specialized by considering marketability, economics, demand, and professional over the department. Or, the system should be operated by true school system.

체육관련 전공 대학생의 교육서비스환경 중요도 및 만족도 분석

본 연구는 체육관련 대학생의 교육서비스환경 요인을 IPA 방법을 이용하여 중요도 및 만족도를 분석함으로써 체육관련 전공 대학생과 대학이 서로 성과를 만들 수 있는 실증적 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이 연구는 유목적표집법을 이용하여 서울시에 있는 체육대학교 2곳을 직접 방문하여 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 총 312부를 분석에 사용하였다. 이 자료를 통해 IBM SPSS statistics 21 프로그램을 이용해 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, Cronbach’s α, 기술분석, 대응표본 t-test, IPA 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중요도에는 환경지원, 진로지도, 취업기대, 학교생활, 강의품질, 물리적 품질 순으로 나타났으며, 만족도에서는 환경지원, 진로지도, 학교생활, 취업기대, 강의품질, 물리적 품질 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, IPA 매트릭스 분석결과, 1사분면(주의 개선항목)에는 다른 직업군 진출 기대, 전반적 학과 분위기, 선배 취업률 바탕 기대, 선후배 및 동기 관계 등 4개 항목이 포함되었으며, 2사분면(강점 유지항목)에는 전반적 학교 생활, 동아리 활동, 전공분야 전망 기대감, 졸업 후 진로계획, 진로지원 프로그램 등 11개 항목이 포함되었다. 3사분면(열등 순위항목)에는 교수 강의 내용, 수업매체 활용 방법, 교수 강의 태도, 수업 기자재 성능, 수업 공간 활용 등 7개 항목이 포함되었으며, 4사분면(과잉노력 지양)에는 수업 참여 확대 방법, 교수 전문성, 교수 의사소통 등 3개 항목이 포함되었다. This study has the purpose of providing basic data for efficient operation of education service environment by analyzing and evaluating the importance degree and satisfaction degree of education service environment factors that the users of sport university recognize by IPA technique. It surveyed the users of two university of sport major in Seoul to find the importance degree and satisfaction degree using purposive random samples extraction method. It collected 312 copies of the survey for data analysis. It performed statistical analysis using SPSS 21 statistics program with the collected 312 copies. All statistical level of significance as set as α=.05. The analysis result is as follows. First, in the importance degree, the environmental support were the highest ones. The next ones are career guidance, expectation of employment, university life, quality of lecture, physical quality, if it was put in order and, in the satisfaction degree, the environmental support were the highest ones. Second, IPA matrix analysis result shows that 1 quadrant (concentration and improvement tendency) includes 4 items such as the expect to the other occupations, overall subject and atmosphere, based on senior employment rate, team and colleague relationship. 2 quadrant (area for maintaining current situation) includes 11 items such as overall university life, extracurricular activities, expectations for major field forecast, career planning after graduation, career support program. 3 quadrant (inferior order) includes 7 items such as lecture contents, how to use the class media, attitude of professors, teaching material performance, utilization of class space. 4 quadrant (rejecting excessive effort) includes 3 items such as how to increase class participation, professorship, professor communication.

스포츠클럽 지도자의 리더십이 운동몰입과 운동지속의사에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 스포츠클럽 지도자의 리더십이 운동몰입과 운동지속의사에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 데 그 목적이 있으며, 이러한리더십을 통한 스포츠클럽의 효과적 운영과 지도를 위한 기초자료를 제시하는 데 그 의의가 있다. 자료 수집을 위해 서울(서초구, 도봉구) 및 경기도(의정부)에 위치한 종합스포츠센터와 사설 스포츠클럽의 회원들을 대상으로 총 400부의 설문지를 배포한 다음, 18부를 제외한 총 382부(95.5%)를 유효 표본으로 사용하였으며, SPSS 19.0과 AMOS 19를 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식모형 검증을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 스포츠클럽지도자의 리더십 중 거래적 리더십, 변혁적 리더십, 서번트 리더십 모두 운동몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠클럽 지도자의 리더십 중 거래적 리더십, 변혁적 리더십, 서번트 리더십 모두 운동지속의사에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 운동몰입은 운동지속의사에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 스포츠클럽 지도자는 회원들과 직접 마주치며 지도하는 중요한 역할을 담당하므로 리더십의 중요성을 파악하고 적절하게 발휘한다면 운동몰입을 높이고 궁극적으로는 운동지속의사를 이끌어 회원의 이탈을 방지하고 안정적인 클럽 운영을 이룰 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to offer fundamental data on sport club administration by studying what effect of sport club instructor’s leadership on movement involvement and duration. The survey was done through 400 members in sport centers and private sport club in Seoul(Seocho-gu, Dobong-gu) and Gyeonggi(Uijeongbu city) and excluding 18 copies ran an analysis on the remaining 382(95.5%) copies. After question investigating the data which is collected used SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 19 program, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach’s α, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, path analysis through structural equation model(SEM). The result of this study were as follows. First, transactional leadership, transformational leadership, servant leadership in sport club instructor’s leadership showed significant effect on movement involvement. Second, transactional leadership, transformational leadership, servant leadership in sport club instructor’s leadership showed significant effect on duration. Third, movement involvement showed significant effect on duration.

초등학생 학부모의 태권도장 선택요인이 만족도와 재구매의도에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 수련생의 학부모를 대상으로 태권도장 경영에 대한 만족도가 구매 행동에 미치는 영향 관계를 조사, 규명하여, 태권도장의 경영전략 수립에 있어서 기초적인 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 따라서 이 연구의 목적은 태권도장 초등학교 수련생학부모의 선택요인에 따른 만족도가 재구매의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 이 연구는 현재 태권도장에 등록하여 수련중인 초등학생의 학부모를 모집단으로 설정하고, 2011년 5월~2011년 8월에 서울·경기 지역의 태권도장 5곳을 직접 방문하여 지도자에게 연구의 취지를 설명한 후, 협조를 얻어 편의표본추출법(convenient sampling method)을 이용하였으며, 가정통신문과 동봉하여 수련생을 통해 학부모에게 배포하였다. 설문지는 자기평가기입법에 의해 작성 되도록 한 후, 완성된 설문지는 도장을 방문하여 회수하였다. 총 배포된 설문지 300부 중, 미회수 11부와 일괄적인 응답 또는 신뢰성이 떨어진다고 판단되는 18부의 설문지를 제외하고 총 271(90.3%)부의 자료가 실제 분석에 사용되었다. 이 연구에서는 통계검증을 위하여 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 빈도분석, 상관관계분석, 단순 및 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 통계검증에 따른 이 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 태권도장의 선택요인 하위 6요인 중 지도자, 환경, 프로그램 요인이 통계적 유의수준 하에서 태권도장 학부모의 만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 태권도장의 선택요인 하위 6요인 중 프로그램, 접근성, 비용요인이 통계적 유의수준 하에서 태권도장 학부모의 만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 태권도장의 만족도는 통계적 유의수준 하에서 재구매의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This research aims to offer fundamental data to formation of economic strategy of Taekwondo studio by researching and investigating the effects of selection factors of elementary school students`` farents on Taekwondo gym to the satisfation and repurchasing intention. Therefore, the purpose of this research lies in investigating the satisfaction of parents from the economic strategy of Taekwondo studios. The population of this research was the parents of elementary school students who are currently enrolled at the Taekwondo studios. During May 2011 to August 2011, the researchers visited 5 different Taekwondo studios in Seoul·Gyeonggi provinces to get consent from leaders to collect data after explaining the purpose of this research. Using the convenient sampling method, parents were given out surveys long with newsletter. Surveys were filled out through self assessment technique and the completed surveys were collected by visiting the Taekwondo studios. Out of the total 300 surveys, a total of 271 newsletters (90.3%) was used as data and in the real investigation. 11 unreturned surveys and 18 uniform answers or unreliable surveys were excluded from the data. For statistical verification, exploratory factor analysis, internal consistency reliability analysis, frequency analysis, relative relation analysis, and simple/ multiple regression methods were used. The statistically verified conclusion of the research are the following. First, out of the 6 factors that contributed to the selection of Taekwondo studios, leader, environment and program were shown to have positive statistical influence on the satisfaction of parents. Second, out of the 6 factors that contributed to the selection of Taekwondo studios program, accessibility, and cost were shown to have positive statistical influence on the satisfaction f parents. Third, the satisfaction of the Taekwondo studios was shown to have positive statistical influence on the repurchase intention.

엘리트스포츠 선수육성 관련제도 개선방향

이 연구는 세계무대에서 한국스포츠가 지속적으로 TOP10의 성적을 유지하고 엘리트스포츠의 발전을 통한 국위선양과 국내스포츠를 선도할 수 있도록 엘리트스포츠선수 육성을 위한 관련제도의 문제점을 탐색하고 개선 방향을 고찰하는데 목적이 있다. 첫째, 대학 입학 시 체육계 동일계 지원제도개선이 필요하다. 엘리트선수들이 은퇴 후 다양한 분야의 직업을 가지고 살아갈 수 있도록 하기 위하여 대학 진학 시 체육학과 이외의 학과에도 진학할 수 있도록 기회를 확대한다. 둘째, 경기력 향상 연금제도 개선이 필요하다. 연금의 지급시기 및 방법을 개선하여 경기력 향상과 은퇴 후 향상된 복지 생활을 割 수 있도록 한다. 셋째, 병역특례제도 개선이 필요하다. 올림픽과 아시안게임에 한정되어 있는 병역특례제도를 세계선수권대회 등 비중있는 국제대회에도 점수를 부여하여 일정한 점수에 도달한 선수에게 병역특례를 적용하는 누적점수제를 시행하여 병역특례 기회를 확대 적용한다. 넷째, 체육특기자 제도 개선이 필요하다. 운동선수의 학습권을 보장하되 경기력도 떨어지지 않도록 튜터링제도 도입 등 공부하면서 운동할 수 있는 환경을 조성한다. The purpose of this study is to find issues on related rules to promote elite athletes system and to consider reformation direction such that the team Koreamaintainstop10intheOlympicGamesandnationalprestigeisenhanced. First, change in college application system that forces pre-college athletes to major only in athletics is needed. Opportunities for elite athletes to study majors other than Physical Education should be provided to help them obtain various jobs after retirement. Second, pension system for enhancing athletic performance is required. Payment time and method need to be modified in order to ensure higher athletic performance and advanced welfare after athletes`` retirement. Third, modification to military service exception rule is necessary. Military service exception cases shall be expanded by assigning points to important competitions other than Olympic Games or Asian Games, such as world championship games, and thereby athletes who have accumulated certain points can be exempted from military service. Fourth, improvement in student athlete system is necessary. Academic-friendly environment such with opportunities for private lesson should be created so that student athletes`` right to study is protected without negatively affecting their athletic performance.

이 연구는 스포츠 스타의 모델 이미지가 광고태도, 브랜드자산 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 그 목적이 있으며, 광고모델을 선정하는데 있어서 스포츠 스타 모델의 효용성을 증명하는데 실증적인 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 의의가 있다. 자료 수집을 위해 서울 및 경기도에 위치한 K대학교, H대학교, Y대학교의 학생들을 대상으로 총 300부의 설문지를 배포하였으며, 6부를 제외한 294부(98%)를 최종 유효 표본으로 사용하였으며, SPSS 21과 AMOS 21을 이용하여, 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식 모형 검증을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 스포츠 스타의 모델 이미지는 광고태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠 스타의 모델 이미지는 브랜드자산에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스포츠 스타의 모델 이미지는 구매행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 광고태도는 구매행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 브랜드자산은 구매행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 여섯째, 광고태도는 브랜드자산에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 우호적인 광고태도와 브랜드자산의 제고를 위해 스포츠 스타의 모델 이미지를 이용한 광고정책을 시도 해볼만 하다고 판단되며, 스포츠 선수의 입장에서도 최상의 기량 유지와 불법행위에 연관되지 않는 사생활 관리를 위해 항상 노력해야 할 것이다. Sixth, advertising attitude showed significant effect on brand equity.

스포츠 해외 파견 사업 미래 전략

이 연구의 목적은 스포츠 공적개발원조(ODA) 해외 파견 사업 미래 전략을 제시하는 것이다. 연구방법은 문헌고찰, 연구전문가 3명, 연구참여자 11명, 심층면접으로 구성되었다. 연구결과는 교육연수, 선발, 봉사단 사업 가치 제고, 해외파견 운영 보완 및 홍보 강화 방안 5가지로서 세계태권도평화봉사단 사업의 가치 제고를 중심으로 교육, 선발, 파견운영에 대한 보완과 홍보 강화로 밝혀졌다. 이는 전반적으로 사업의 효율성을 높이기 위하여 국내ㆍ외 대상별 맞춤형으로 분야별 전략 수립 및 성과 관리의 필요성을 강조하는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 후속연구 관련, 사업의 지속성을 위한 지표수립과 스포츠 해외 파견 실무자간 후속연구를 위한 논의가 필요할 것으로 보인다. The purpose of this study was to present the future strategy of the sport Official Development Assistance (ODA) overseas dispatch project. The research method consisted of a literature review, 3 research experts, 11 research participants, and in-depth interviews. The research results were identified as 5 schemes for education training, selection, enhancing the value of the Taekwondo Peace Corps Dispatch, complementing overseas dispatch operations, and strengthening publicity. These results aimed at enhancing the value of the World Taekwondo Peace Corps for education, selection, dispatch operation, and promotion. overall, in order to increase the efficiency of the project, it could be seen as emphasizing the necessity of establishing strategic strategies and performance management by sectors tailored to domestic and foreign targets. In relation to the follow-up research, it seems necessary to discuss the establishment of indicators for the continuity of the project and the follow-up research among the overseas sports dispatchers.
