『82년생 김지영』(2016)과 겹쳐 읽은 『무소의 뿔처럼 혼자서 가라』(1993) - 페미니즘과 소설의 전략

Gong Ji-young’s novel Go Alone Like a Rhino’s Horn (1993) and Cho Nam-joo’s Kim Ji-young, Born in 1982 (2016) are representative female novels of each era and are works that resonated with the public. Despite the difference between narrative form and writing attitude, they have something in common that they show women’s experiences and issues based on women’s life cycles as much as possible, dating back to the “present” of Korean women in their 30s. Based on the same consciousness of “unchanging women’s reality and gender structure,” they respectively take different narrative strategies in the context of the 90s and the 2010s, Rhino’s Horn expresses explicit antipathy and anger toward male-centered “Korean society” through the prism of women’s self-consciousness, on the contrary, Kim Ji-young takes an objectification strategy that gives a realistic (historical) “references” to women’s reality in the form of a male psychiatrist’s “clinical report”. This can be said to be an example of a change in the way female narratives speak about ‘Korean society’ and women’s reality. This makes it possible to read Kim Ji-young as the result of its inter-working and intertextuality that inherited and overcame the preceding female narrative texts. The two novels recognize in common that the world did not change because the fundamental structure in which gender works has not changed, While Rhino’s Horn tried to confront the reality as a matter of individual consciousness and choice, Kim Ji-young reproduces the reality of despair by recording the structure in which an individual has been deleted. The two novels, which have a time difference of more than 20 years, show that women’s stories must be read again in the genealogy of women’s narratives and written anew beyond them.

광음향 영상 기술은 광학영상 및 초음파영상 기법을 융합한 영상 기술로 높은 공간 해상도 및 대조도의 영상을 실시간으로 제공이 가능하다. 광음향 영상은 전임상 연구에서 많은 연구가 진행되었으며 최근 광음향 영상의 임상적 응용을 위한 연구에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 논문은 광음향 영상을 이용한 원발 종양 및 전이 진단 기술 연구 현황에 대해 소개하고 임상적용을 위한 문제점에 대해서 알아보도록 한다. Photoacoustic imaging is a hybrid real-time imaging technique that combines high optical contrast and ultrasonic resolution. It has primarily been utilized in pre-clinical research and has evolved into clinical practice. In this paper, we review photoacosutic imaging for detection of primary canccer and metastatis and its limitation in translation from pre-clinical to clinical application.

보중익기탕(補中益氣湯)이 Lymphocyte와 CD4+ T cell에 미치는 영향(影響)

Introduction The effects of Bojungikkitang on the immunosuppression induced by methotrexate in rats were investigated in this experiment. The multiple parameters of immunity assessed in. each rats includes the rate of body weight loss, weight changes in thymus, spleen and axillary lymphnode. The number of lymphocyte and CD4+ T cell count in blood, thymus, spleen and axillary lymphnode were also measured. Methodology Male Sprague-Dawley rats were chosen as an experiment object and were divided into 3 groups by a random selection. Each group consisted 6 rats. The normal group didn't receive any treatment. The control group was administered methotrexate for 4 days. The sample group was administered with both Bojungikkitang and methotrexate for 4 days. The dosage of medication was 2cc/day, 1cc given at 10AM and another 1cc given at 5PM. Results The rate of body weight loss was significantly decreased in the sample group. The weight of thymus was significantly increased in the sample group while the weight of spleen did not show much increase. Blood CD4+ T cell count, thymus lymphocyte count, thymus CD4+ T cell count, spleen lymphocyte count, spleen CD4+ T cell count and axillary lymph node CD4+ T cell count were significantly increased in the sample group while blood lymphocyte count and axillary lymphnode lymphocyte count did not show much increase. Conclusion As one can witness from the above results, administration of Bojungikkitang played potent role in increasing immune system among the rats treated with methotrexate which induces immunosuppression. Overall increase of lymphocyte count and CD4+ T cell count in the sample group with Bojungikkitang effectively proves its ability to boost the immune system.

마이크로웨이브를 조사한 흰쥐 폐조직의 Phospholipae A₂ 활성과 Arachidonic Acid Cascade계에 미치는 녹차 Catechin의 영향

본 연구에서는 흰쥐에 마이크로웨이브를 조사한 후 폐조직을 대상으로 폐조직 기능장애를 일으키는데 주된 역할을 하는 혈전생성능을 arachidonic acid(AA) cascade계를 통해 관찰하여 마이크로웨이브에 의한 폐혈관 기능장애와 그에 대한 녹차 catechin의 항혈전 효과를 규명하고자 하였다. 실험군은 마이크로웨이브를 조사하지 않은 정상군과 마이크로웨이브를 조사한 군으로 나누고 마이크로웨이브 조사 군은 다시 식이 중 catechin 공급수준에 따라 catechin을 넣지 않은 군(MW group), catechin을 0.25% 급여한 군(MW-0.25C group), catechin을 0.5% 급여한 군(MW-0.5C group)으로 나누었다. 식이와 음료는 자유 섭식시키면서 2주간 사육한 후 2.45 GHz 대역의 주파수를 15분간 1회 조사하였으며 마이크로웨이브 조사 후 6일째 동물을 희생시켜 본 실험에 사용하였다. 실험군의 실험동물 수는 각각 10마리로 실험하였다. $PLA_2$ 활성은 마이크로웨이브 조사로 30% 증가하였으며 MW-0.25C군은 15% 증가였으나 MW-0.5C군은 정상군 수준이었다. 인지질분자종의 변화를 관찰한 결과 lyso PE가 MW군에서 47% 증가되었으나 MW-0.25C군 및 MW-0.5C군에서는 각각 18%, 20% 증가되었다. $TXA_2$ 생성은 MW군에서 50%의 현저한 증가를 보였으나 catechin 공급군인 MW-0.25C군 및 MW-0.5C군은 정상군 수준이었다. $PGI_2$ 생성은 MW군에서 31%의 유의적인 감소를 보였으나 catechin 공급군인 MW-0.25C군 및 MW-0.5군은 정상군 수준이었다. 따라서 혈전생성지표인 $PGI_2/TXA_2$ ratio는 정상군에 비해 MW군에서 43% 유의적으로 감소되었으나 MW-0.25C군 및 MW-0.5C군은 정상군 수준이었다. 지질과산화물의 함량은 MW군에서 34% 유의적으로 증가하였으며 catechin 공급군은 정상군 수준이었다. 결론적으로 마이크로웨이브에 피폭된 흰쥐 폐조직에서는 AA cascade계의 율속 효소인 $PLA_2$ 활성의 증가와 혈전생성지표로 인식하는 $PGI_2/TXA_2$ ratio의 불균형이 초래되었으나 catechin은 TBARS 농도를 낮추면서 $PLA_2$ 활성을 저해시키고 AA cascade계를 개선시킴으로써 항혈전 작용을 나타내었다. In the present study, the effects of green tea catechin on microsomal phospholipase $A_2$ ($PLA_2$) activity and the arachidonic acid (AA) cascade in the lungs of microwave exposed rats were investigated. One Sprague-Dawley male rats weighting $100{\pm}10$ g was randomly assigned to the normal group and three were assigned to the microwave exposed groups. The microwave exposed groups were subdivided into three groups according to the levels of dietary catechin supplementation: catechin free diet (MW) group, 0.25% catechin (MW-0.25C) group and 0.5% catechin (MW-0.5C) group. Rats were sacrificed on the 6th day after microwave irradiation (2.45 GHz, 15 min). The lung microsomal $PLA_2$ activity in the MW and MW-0.25C groups was 30% and 15% greater than that of the normal group, respectively, whereas no significant difference between the normal group and MW-0.5C group was observed. The percentage of phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) hydrolyzed in the lung microsome in the MW, MW-0.25C and MW-0.5C group increased by 47%, 18% and 20%, respectively, due to microwave irradiation. The formation of thromboxane $A_2$ ($TXA_2$) in the lung microsome was 50% greater in the MW group than in the normal group. However, the levels of $TXA_2$ in the MW-0.25C and MW-0.5C group were normal. The formation of prostacyclin ($PGI_2$) in the lung microsome was 31% lower in the MW group than in the normal group, while the levels of $PGI_2$ in the MW-0.25C and MW-0.5C group were similar to the normal group. The lung microsomal thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) concentration, which can be used as an index of lipid peroxide was 34% greater in the MW group, when compared with the normal group. However, there was no difference between the MW-0.25C, MW-0.5C and normal groups. In conclusion, lung function appeared to be improved by green tea catechin supplementation due to its antithrombus action, which in turn controls the AA cascade system.

한국 근대문학 연구에서 랑시에르의 `문학 정치` 개념 적용에 관한 일고찰

프랑스의 철학자 자크 랑시에르의 저작들이 한국 사회에 본격적으로 소개되기 시작한 지 10여 년, 한국에서는 특히 문학의 영역에서 랑시에르의 사유와 개념들이 큰 반향을 불러일으켰다. 문학과 정치, 문학적 미적 실천에 대한 새로운 사유를 열어 보인 것으로 받아들여진 랑시에르의 논의는 한국 근대문학 연구의 장에도 새로운 읽기 패러다임이라고 부를 수 있을 법한 하나의 흐름을 만들고 있다. 이 글은 랑시에르의 입론, 개념, 사유를 적극적으로 문학 연구 특히 텍스트 연구에 활용하고 있는 논문들을 검토하여, 랑시에르가 한국문학 연구에서 적용되고 전유되고 있는 양상을 밝히는 것을 목적으로 한다. 랑시에르가 문학을 정치의 이름으로 호명한 것은 흔히 이해하듯 문학의 이념성, 정치참여의 문제 또는 미적 자율성 자체가 담보하는 정치성 등과는 거리가 멀다. 랑시에르는 말과 목소리와 단어들의 신체 배분, 가시적이고 감각적인 것들이 분배되는 사이에 발생하는 불일치와 불화, 치안의 정치가 부여한 주체화에 대항하는 탈정체화 등을 정치로 명명하고 이에 문학이 개입하는 방식을 문학의 정치로 보았다. 한국 근대문학의 여러 작가들과 작품들 특히 정치와 비정치, 순수와 참여라는 이항대립 패러다임의 한 부분에 귀속되었던 작품들이 랑시에르의 정치 개념을 통해 새로이 정치의 이름을 부여받은 것이 한국문학 연구에서 랑시에르가 전유되어 온 방식이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 랑시에르의 아이디어는 작가론이나 작품론 속에서 텍스트 분석의 도구 또는 해석의 방법론으로 받아들여져서는 곤란하다. 텍스트, 작가적 실천, 독자의 전유 방식, 쓰기와 읽기의 체제, 치안의 질서 등을 둘러싸고 벌어지는 좀 더 첨예한 감각적인 것들의 나눔의 현장을 포착하고 이 속에서 문학의 민주주의 그리고 감각의 공동체가 어떻게 수행되고 실천될 수 있는지에 대한 성찰이 요구된다. It is the late 2000’s when works of Jacques Ranciere were introduced and translated first in Korea. And for about 10 years, the French philosopher pushed for discussions in the field of literature, aesthetics and criticism. Especially it was literary field that appreciated Ranciere’s terms, ideas and perspectives. His idea of ‘politics of literature’ is distant from ideological characteristics of literature, engagement of literature/writers in the field of politics, or aesthetic autonomy. In the politics of literature the heart of the idea is configuration of words, voices and bodies, dissensus in ‘distribution(partage) of the sensible’, de-subjectification against the subjectification in "order of police" etc. Ranciere’s theories on politics and democracy(democratia), and ideas on ‘politics of literature’, inspired many Korean scholars to investigate Korean modern literary texts with his ideas and in his manners as he read Madame Bovary. It could be said that a sort of ‘reading paradigm’, that is to say a trend of ‘reading like Ranciere’ has been formed in a sense. There are over ten thesis of that kind of studies, they put the title of ‘politics’ to the diverse Korean modern literary texts from 1920’s to the present. On one hand, works which had been given non-political position in the past got to take ‘sense of politics’. On the other hand works which had been categorized as political texts in the sense of past political/nonpolitical framework were illuminated in different ways and terms, earned new name of ‘political’. It is true that the idea of Ranciere has performed important role in the reflection on traditional reading paradigm. Nevertheless it is much more needed to reflect and examine the relationship between texts, literary practices, appropriation of readers and order of police etc.

e-CRM 구성요인이 e-쇼핑몰 고객만족 및 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

고객관계 관리는 일련의 과정 및 특정고객과 장기적인 관계를 정립하여 이윤을 추구하는 영업전략 지원 시스템으로 구성되었다. 성공적인CRM 전략은 예외 없이 고객자료 및 정보통신 기술에 기반 하여 형성된다. 최근들어 인터넷이 생활화되고, IT기술이 급속히 발달하면서 고객관계관리가 인터넷상에서 이루어지는 e-CRM이 등장하게 되었다. 이 연구를 통해 e-쇼핑몰에서의 e-CRM의 가 구성요소들이 소비자의 고객만족과 충성도에 어떠한 영향관계를 미치는지 조사한다. 그리고 e-CRM구성요소들을 통한 고객의 만족이 인터넷을 통한 구전효과나 구매선택에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. Customer relationship management (CRM) comprises a set of processes and nabbing systems supporting a business strategy to build long term, profitable relationships with specific customers. Customer data and information technology(IT) tools form the foundation upon which any successful CRM strategy is built. Recently, the Internet rectifying this life, IT technology and the rapid development taking place over the Internet, customer relationship management, e-CRM has emerged. The purpose of this research is to investigate the important elements of e-CRM which in fluence the customer satisfaction and the brand loyalty in e-shopping mall. And this study is to investigate the relationship between customer satisfaction and repurchase intention and word of mouth intention.
