한중FTA 이후 중국 해외건설업의 규제실태와 진출 활성화 방안 연구

본 연구에서는 최근 중국의 여건변화에 대응하여 중국 현지 진출 국내업체를 대상으로 설문 면담조사와 전문가 조사를 통해 애로사항 및 중국 건설시장 진출 활성화를 위한 요구사항을 분석하였다. 이와 더불어 경제적 유발계수 모형을 이용하여 국내 경제에 파급효과가 큰 부문을 분석하여 진출전략 방안을 제시하였다. 중국시장에 진출해 있는 우리 건설업체들은 면허요건 등의 완화에도 불구하고 여전히 면허 유지에 부담이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 특히 외상투자제도로 인해 시장진입이 어려운 것으로 분석되었다. 재정사업 참여가 거의 불가능하고 PPP사업도 용이하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 중국과의 FTA에 큰 기대를 할 수 없지만, 향후 GPA 협상 등을 통해 우리 업체들의 애로 요인을 제거 내지 감소시키기 위한 정부의 노력이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 향후 중국건설시장 진출 활성화를 위해서는 경제적 유발계수 모형분석을 통해 한 중 업체간 협력모델이 활성화가 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 중국이 우리의 협력을 원하는 분야, 즉 신형도시화, 환경, 수처리 등에서의 협력 모델을 기반으로 중국업체와의 장기적인 동반사업 모델을 구축해나가는 것이 필요하다. 두 번째로 시장진출 활성화를 위한 정부의 지속적인 노력이 필요하다. GATS 서비스 협상에서 중국의 추가적 시장개방을 요구하고 향후 GPA 협상에서 중국의 정부조달 시장개방을 요구해야 한다. 특히 외국업체의 단독 수주가 가능하도록 노력해야 한다. 셋째로 우리 건설기업들은 국제기구 사업에 참여 등을 통해 중국내에서 유대관계 구축에 힘써야 한다. 국제개발은행 등의 프로젝트에 대한 모니터링하고 실제 사업에 참여하기 위해 노력해야 한다. This study analyzes difficulties of enterprise activities in Chinese construction market by surveys on early entrants and interviews with experts. This study also suggests future strategy to enter the market by using inducement coefficient model. Korean construction companies in China are under heavy pressure to maintain requirement of licenses, despite recent deregulation. They are in dire predicament for market entry due to the Foreign Direct Investment System. It is almost impossible to participate in public projects and also it is not easy to do PPP projects. Therefore, Korean government should make more efforts to solve those issues through negotiations in FTA and GPA. For future expansion in Chinese construction market, it is highly recommended to boost cooperation models between Korea and China according to the empirical results of inducement coefficient model. Korean companies should collaborate with Chinese companies in some fields: smart city, environment and water treatment. Also, Korean government should support Korean companies by diplomatic means such as requesting for further opening of China's market. In GPA or GATS negotiation, Korean government should ask Chinese government that Korean companies can obtain order independently (without joint venture with Chinese companies) in China. Lastly, Korean construction companies should participate in construction projects ordered by international organizations such as ADB, AIIB.

N/A Allylaliphatic carboxylate oligomers were prepared from polymerization giving allyl aliphatic carboxylates in the presence of potassium persulfate in methanol and the α-sulfonation of these allyl aliphatic carboxylates oligomers were carried by direct addition of dry sulfur trioxide. The dispersing performance of oligomer type anionic surfactants and SDS in the aqueous suspension of Fe_2O_3 and Tio_2 particles were evaluated by particle size distribution and ζ-potential measurement. As results, the particles of Fe_2O_3 and Tio_2 were flocculated by addition of small amount of oligomer type anionic surfactants and SDS, then the flocks redispersed by more addition oligomer type anionic surfactants and SDS. The dispersion and flocculation were observed in lower concentration range of oligomer type anionic surfactants than SDS.

상담 현장에서 내담자의 “꿈”을 통한 치료과정 사례연구: 옥덴과 비온의 이론을 중심으로

“꿈”이 프로이트 이후 융의 분석심리학, 후기 정신분석에 이르기까지 내담자의 무의식 세계에 대한 이해와 통찰을 가져오도록 한다는 사실은 잘 알려져 있으며, 정신분석에서 중요한 주제로 자리 잡고 있다. 본 연구는 내담자가 갖고 온 꿈이 상호주관적 장안에서 상담자와 내담자 사이를 오고 가며 어떻게 치료적인 작용들이 일어나는지에 대한 일련의 과정을 사례를 통해 제시하는 사례연구이다. 또한 내담자의 무의식 세계의 “꿈”은 자면서 꾸었지만 상담실 안에서 꿈을 갖고 왔을 때, 내담자의 꿈은 더 이상 내담자만의 꿈이 아닌 상담자와 내담자가 함께 깨어 있는 상태에서 꾸는 “함께 꾸는 꿈”이 되어 서로에게 상호주관적인 치료적 장을 형성하게 되는 과정을 보여주고자 한다. 임상사례에 대한 이론의 틀을 구성하기 위해 비온과 옥덴의 이론을 제시하여, 그들이 말하는 치유와 심리적 성장에 대한 이해를 도출하며 이론과 임상이 만나도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다. It is well known that “dream” brings insights and understanding of the client’s unconscious world from Freud to Jung’s analytical psychology to post-psychological analysis, and has become an important topic in psychoanalysis. This study aims to present a series of processes on how therapeutic interactions occur between the counselor and the client, making the dream of the client’s interact in an intersubjective context. In addition, this study also aims to show how the client’s “dream” of the unconscious world is dreamed while sleeping, but when the client comes with the dream in the counseling room, the client’s dream is no longer his or her own dream, but a “dream together” that the counselor and client mutually have while awake, forming an intersubjective therapeutic field. The purpose of this is to build the framework of theories about clinical cases by substituting the theories by Bion and Ogden to derive their understanding of what they call healing and psychological growth, and to ensure that theories and clinical practice meet.

초등학교 스포츠강사제도의 운영 현황 및 과제

이 연구는 초등체육교육의 내실화를 위해 현재 운영되고 있는 스포츠강사제도가 어떠한 방향에서 운영되어야 하는지를 살펴보고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 6개 시․ 도 635명의 스포츠강사에게 설문을 실시하였으며, 그 결과를 바탕으로 결론을 도출 하였다. 연구 결과 대부분의 스포츠강사들이 체육수업을 주도적으로 하고 있었으며, 스포츠강사들의 보수수준을 비롯하여 근무여건이 열악하였다. 이러한 운영 실태로 인해 스포츠강사들은 직업 정체성을 갖지 못하게 되고 스포츠강사직에 대한 만족도 가 매우 낮았다. 스포츠강사들의 업무 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 근무여건을 개선하 는 노력이 필요하다. 결국, 초등체육교육의 내실화를 위해서는 정과체육수업과 학교 스포츠클럽이 공존하는 체제가 되어야하며, 이를 위해서는 초등교사에게 가중되는 업무 부담을 줄여야 한다. 그런 점에서 새로운 인적 자원으로서 스포츠강사의 역할 재정립이 필요하다. This study aims to investigate the current physical education classes at elementary schools and to suggest their future directions for providing quality education. For this purpose, 635 participants who participated in the workshop for sport instructors from two universities were asked out to fill out the questionaries. The result from the survey proposes that sport instructors play dominant roles in physical classes yet most of them get low salary. Because of this, most of sport instructors do not have a job identification along with low job satisfaction. To provide high quality physical education for elementary schools, regular physical education classes and sport clubs should co-exist. Heavy workload of teachers makes school sport clubs inactive therefore it is necessary to establish roles of sport instructors as new human resources.

본 연구에서는 내생적 성장모형으로 지역공공자본이 지역경제성장에 유의미한 영향을 주는 지를 실증분석하였다. 지역별 공공자본은 Garcia-Mila·McGuire(1992)와 박철수 · 전일수 · 박재흥(1996) 등의 연구처럼 전체자본을 지역으로 배분하여 추계하였고, 아울러 자본적 지출을 중심으로 추계하여 각각 분석해 보았다. 지역경제성장의 지표로 지역총생산이, 생산요소로 민간자본, 노동력, 인적자본, 공공자본이 고려되었다. 통계적 유의성을 위해 패널자료(paneldata)를 이용하였고, 지역경제의 전반적인 흐름과 지역적 특성을 고려하기 위하여 고정효과모형을 사용하였다. 본 연구에서는 공공투자의 회귀계수는 지역더미가 포함되지 않은 경우 공공자본의 탄력성계수는 0.283으로, 지역의 특성이 고려된 경우에는 0.248로 나타나 지역경제 성장에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

건설산업의 부패도 인식에 관한 문화경제작 고찰·

International interest on fair competition has been encouraged in the Global market economy. As economic approach on fair competition has focused on market structure and industrial organization, it has passed over behavior analysis of corruption activities. Fostering economic circumstances to scrap out corruption, for example international agreement on anti-corruption, survey on perception level of corruption, and strengthening of regulation, is very important. However, it is more significant establishing the culture of anti-corrupt economic activities in order to intensify actual competition power in industry. The perception of corruption level in the construction industry is more serious than any other industry in Korea. Internal corruption structure and social perception of the construction industry have made a vicious cycle. Negative image on the construction industry has been formed by the recognition of lackness in credibility, transparency, and fairness of the construction industry. Failure of systematic improvement and construction firm's innovation is caused mainly by over-emphasizing normative and macro approaches on negative image, unfairness, and corruption. Therefore, culturenomic analysis is strongly recommended. The internal innovation and the reform of social perception can be realized based on culturenomic approach.

In this paper, we have analyzed the power consumption property of EVs(Electric Vehicles) chargers established in a public place, proposed reasonable demand factors by the number of established EV chargers and its control method in apartments. The optimization of power system and the suppression of the peak load can be controlled through the proposed demand factors and charging scheduling control algorithm. In this paper, electrical design and an case analysis were carried out on a sample apartment complex to prove the effectiveness of the power system. As a result, emergency power transformer capacity has been reduced by approximately 25%, and we have confirmed that the electric rates saving and the control of peak load value is possible.

초등 체육교과 내용 교수 지식(PCK) 습득을 위한 실행연구

이 연구는 연구자가 강의하고 있는 ‘초등체육과교재연구 및 지도법’을 2014년부터 2017년 1학기까지 수강한 예비교사들을 대상으로 체육 내용 교수 지식(PCK)이 어떠한 과정 속에서 습득되는지를 알아보기 위해 실행연구로 진행되었다. 이를 위해 연 구자는 15주 30차시로 이루어지는 강의 내용을 체육 내용 교수 지식(PCK)의 하위요소를 습득할 수 있도록 재조직하였으며, 이를 통해 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 수업 참여 학생들은 초등학교에서 체육을 가르쳐야 하는 이유를 체육의 가 치를 실현하는 것으로 인식하였으며, 체육 수업에서 체육의 가치를 통합적으로 적용하려는 경향을 보였다. 둘째, 수업 참여 학생들은 교과용 도서에 제시되어 있는 내용을 그대로 가르치는 것이 아니라 교육내용을 새롭게 조직하여 가르치려는 모습을 보 였다. 셋째, 수업 참여 학생들은 좋은 수업의 전략 측면에서 체육수업모형의 적용 타당성을 찾았다. 넷째, 수업 참여 학생들은 학생의 실태를 수업에 반영하기 위해 수준별 수업을 적용하였다. 다섯째, 수업 참여 학생들은 학생중심 평가를 지향하고 있었 다. 여섯째, 수업 참여 학생들은 스포츠강사와의 협력을 통해 수업 상황의 환경적인 어려움을 극복하였다. 연구과정에서 팀원과의 협의 과정을 통해 당면한 문제를 해결해 가는 모습은 다양한 예비교사교육 상황에 적용할 수 있고, 나아가 현직교사교육 에서도 협력을 기반으로 하는 교사공동체가 활성화될 필요성이 있음을 시사한다. This study aims to enhance pedagogical content knowledge in elementary physical education and was conducted using a class. The instructional design for teaching physical activities and pedagogy was from the year, 2014 to the first semester in 2017 and was used to instruct students in the researcher’s class. For this purpose, the researcher re-constructed the lecture content within a time frame of 30hours over 15 weeks, allowing students to acquire sub-elements. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, students who took this class recognized the purpose of physical education at elementary school as being about the realization of its value and they tended to its value integrally. Secondly, they taught seemed to teacher-constructed content.. Thirdly, students tried to verify the validity of the model of PE class from the perspective of favorable class strategy. students overcame challenges from classroom environments with the cooperation with sports instructors. Consultation for problem-solving strategies in the research process can be applied to pre-service teacher education in various situations. This study suggests the teacher community needs to be invigorated based on the cooperation of in-service teacher education.
