Obstacle defines all fixed and mobile objects, or parts thereof, that are located on an area intended for the surface movement of aircraft or extend above a defined surface intended to protect aircraft in flight or stand outside those defined surfaces and that have been assessed as being a hazard to air navigation. The airspace around airports are maintained free from obstacles so as to permit the intended aeroplane operations at the airports to be conducted safely and to prevent the airports from becoming unusable by the growth of obstacles around the airports. This is achieved by establishing a series of obstacle limitation surfaces or airspace imaginary surfaces that define the limits to which objects may project into the airspace. This is a case study that shows an application of obstacle limitation criteria, which must be maintained free from an critical obstacle, for specific conditions of two airports. For the purpose of the application, aeronautical studies/flight safety influence assessments were used to identify possible solutions and select a solution that is acceptable without degrading aviation safety.
디지털 포렌식 관점에서의 구글 클라우드 데이터 분석 연구

구글 클라우드는 사용자가 업로드 및 동기화한 파일과 데이터뿐만 아니라 모든 클라우드 서비스들의 동기화 내역과 사용자의 스마트폰 사용 내역, 위치 정보 등도 포함하기 때문에 사용자 행위 분석 관점에서 디지털 포렌식 조사에 유용하게 사용할 수 있다. 우리는 본 논문을 통해 구글의 Takeout 서비스를 사용하여 수집 가능한 클라우드 데이터의 종류를 확인했고, 사용자 행위 분석에 필요한 데이터를 선별 및 분석하여 디지털 포렌식 연구와 조사에서 유용하게 활용할 수 있는 도구를 개발했다. 구글 클라우드 데이터는 컴퓨팅 기기의 종류와 상관없이 구글 계정을 통해 동기화 되기 때문에 PC, 스마트폰, 태블릿 PC 등 다양한 기기에서 사용한 구글 서비스 데이터를 해당 기기가 없어도 구글 계정을 통해 수집할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문의 연구 결과는 모바일 기기의 정보보호 기술의 발전으로 인해 데이터 수집이 어려워지고 있는 상황에서 디지털 포렌식 연구 및 조사에 매우 유용하게 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Google cloud includes data uploaded and synchronized by users, as well as synchronization history of all cloud services, users' smartphone usage, and location information. Therefore, Google cloud data can be useful for digital forensics from a user behavior analysis perspective. Through this paper, we have identified the types of cloud data that can be acquired using Google's Takeout service and developed a tool that can be usefully utilized in digital forensics research and investigation by screening and analyzing the data required for analyzing user behavior. Because Google cloud data is synchronized through Google accounts regardless of the type of computing device, Google service data used on various devices such as PCs, smartphones, and tablet PCs can be acquired through Google accounts without the device. Therefore, the results of this paper's research are expected to be very useful for digital forensics research and investigation in the current situation.
멀티에이전트 강화학습에서 견고한 지식 전이를 위한 확률적 초기 상태 랜덤화 기법 연구

Reinforcement learning, which are also studied in the field of defense, face the problem of sample efficiency, which requires a large amount of data to train. Transfer learning has been introduced to address this problem, but its effectiveness is sometimes marginal because the model does not effectively leverage prior knowledge. In this study, we propose a stochastic initial state randomization(SISR) method to enable robust knowledge transfer that promote generalized and sufficient knowledge transfer. We developed a simulation environment involving a cooperative robot transportation task. Experimental results show that successful tasks are achieved when SISR is applied, while tasks fail when SISR is not applied. We also analyzed how the amount of state information collected by the agents changes with the application of SISR.

'Visual segment surface' means a surface that extends from the missed approach point of non precision approaches (or the decision altitude location for approaches with vertical guidance and precision approaches) to the threshold to facilitate the identification of and protection from obstacles in this visual segment of the approach. Validation is the necessary final quality assurance step in the procedure design process, prior to publication. The purpose of validation is the verification of all obstacle and navigation data, and assessment of flyability of the procedure. This paper shows how to apply the protection for the visual segment of the approach procedure, and the results of the validation for visual segment surface conducted at an airport.
스프링클러 분기배관 개선시스템에 대한 소화 성능의 실험적 연구

This study is to verify the extinguishing performance of DSB(Developed Sprinkler Branch) developed to reduce fire damage caused by malfunctions such as the skipping effect of sprinkler facilities. DSB is a system in which fire water is automatically supplied to an open SP(Sprinkler Head) subordinated to the bottom when the closed head of the upper part is opened. This was applied to the sprinkler facility of the rack-type warehouse structure and the fire extinguishing performance was reviewed through a Large-scale fire test. The same fire test was performed on the CSB(Conventional Sprinkler Branch) for comparative performance analysis. In cases of CSB, the two SP heads did not work due to the skipping effect and it was impossible to e early fire extinguish because the fire extinguishing performance of the entire system was reduced. On the other hand, DSB operated normally without any malfunctions such as the skipping effect, and it was possible to extinguish the fire early with effective extinguishing. Through additional research, various experiments are needed to supplement and expand DSB.

오버레이 멀티캐스트는 IP 멀티캐스트의 대안으로 많은 관심을 받아 왔다. 본 논문에서는 오버레이 멀티캐스트에서 각 단말의 특성에 따라 적응적으로 멀티미디어를 전송하는 기법을 연구하였다. 데이터 기반으로 컨텐츠를 전달하는 피어-투-피어 형태의 전송 구조를 사용하여 각 단말이 네트웍 특성에 따라 데이터를 요청하는 형태로 구성되었다. 이웃 노드 선택, 버퍼 맵 교환, 필요한 데이터를 전송 요청하는 과정으로 구성되는 피어-투-피어 형태의 전송 구조에서 적응적인 멀티미디어 전송을 지원하기 위하여 전략적 세그먼테이션을 통한 버퍼 맵 교환, Fine-grained 적응 스케줄러를 통한 데이터 교환을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 적용된 기법의 특성을 분석하기 위하여 정성적인 분석 모델을 제시하고 이를 통해 결론을 도출하였다.

종이접기와 키리가미 이론에 기반한 3차원 T-자형 다이폴 안테나 설계

본 논문은 종이접기와 키리가미 이론을 응용하여 단일 평면기판에 접을 수 있는 3차원 T-자형 다이폴 안테나를 설계했다. 종이접기와 키리가미 기술의 2차원 공간을 3차원으로 매핑하는 이론을 기반으로 하여 Lamina Emergent Torsional(LET) 관절 구조를 0.5 mm 두께의 FR4 기판에 적용하였으며, 단일 기판에 인쇄된 T-자형 다이폴 안테나를 접어서 세울 수 있도록 설계했다. 제안하는 T-자형 다이폴 안테나는 마이크로스트립 전송선로의 전기적 커플링을 통해서 급전되어 20 %의 비대역폭(2.7~3.3 GHz)을 가지며, 상대적으로 높은 이득(6.5 dBi)을 가진다. In this study, the design of a 3D foldable T-shaped dipole antenna inspired by origami and kirigami theory is presented. The origamiand kirigami-inspired techniques map 2D to 3D space. Moreover, the lamina emergent torsional (LET) joint is designed to fold the planar structure. The proposed antenna, including the LET joint, is printed on a planar 0.5 mm thick FR4 substrate. The proposed antenna is fed by a capacitively coupled microstrip line to achieve a 20 % fractional bandwidth (2.7~3.3 GHz), with a measured antenna gain value of 6.5 dBi.
